hi folks let me tell you what i think is going on right know Prices falling while value is increasing can only mean 2 things: 1. Either the price went up too much last year and is now correcting, or 2.: people don't get the value yet and we will see a strong price increase in a few months most likely is second option We will soon find out! tell me what do you think  For me current price fall was due to whales controlling the market they squeeze everything to newbie and weakhands to sold their Bitcoin and once this is over except whales would pump the price. For me, the price is decreasing because there are no big investors that are interested again with bitcoin and some of us already sold their bitcoin that's why the price is decreasing. Some of us who still holds their bitcoin is still hoping that bitcoin will increase but I think it will take a long time again for bitcoin to recover because of the last hard drop of the price last year A lot of us are now afraid because of the unstable price of it. |

Did we hit the bottom already? What is your bet? I think yes, we did last Sunday when we hit 3130 for Bitcoin, since then we are flying.
What is your next move?
Are we in already in the next bull run?
According to my experience in a bull run, Bitcoin and other big cap coins will increase such as Bitcoin and Ether and at the moment Bitcoin Cash like it or not and a bit later ETC and other similar ones and later the smaller ones such as Yggdrash etc.

I hope that it is our last bottom for this year, hopefully, it will continue to increase. The price is now in the uptrend even if it is not really high at least it will still consider to the uptrend now because of a little bit increase in the price. Hoping that this continues and will continue next year.  |

Many of us prefer to hold multiple kind of coins. What do you prefer: holding it in a sigle kind of wallet or have it on a different kind of wallet?
Personally, I prefer to store in an opensource multi wallet that support all my preferred coin and even ERC20 token, its the only opensource multiwallet available called Hodler and so far I find it good. Do you think, this is really good idea?
I just have one wallet in my altcoins, and I also have 1 wallet for my bitcoin. So I will not be confused with multiple wallets. I want to just store my coins in one wallet because there is also a time that I am forgetting the password so I preferred to use one wallet. |

and it's yours and not belongs to the banks or government
Yes, it has no tax, but it can also be earned online, that even if you do not go outside your house you can earn bitcoin and some other altcoin as long as you have known how to earn it. I think that is a good advantage of bitcoin for everybody. |

Online gambling has increased addiction very rapidly. It's easier then ever to jump out of bed, go on yourlatop and place a few bets. I have a few friends that are heavy gambling addicts and they all ended up in debt and had their lives ruined. I'm not completely against gambling but lets not forget how dark it can be.
Teenagers are the one who is really getting targeted easily as they think they can easily make money from this and will have a good pocket money from this forgetting the future what can happen if they lose out all their money and how hard at times it is difficult to make money. I agree. Most teenagers are the once who always a victim of being addicted to gambling. Most gamblers that don't know to limit themselves are those who are not responsible enough for their allowance. There are also some adults that getting addicted to gambling because of their badly needed money, sometimes they are trying their luck in gambling but this is not the right thing to do to make money. |

I know that you can sell your bitcoin to trade plattform like coinbase etc.. BUT you need to verify your identify, so it' s not anonymously.
How do you cashout your bitcoins anonymously then?
Is there a problem whether you need to verify your identity? If you don't need to hide on something then you should not worry about verifying your identity to sell your bitcoin. I also have to sell my bitcoin and some of it was already verified so I can sell my bitcoin anytime or any amount I want. I think there is no problem with that. |

2019 is not far from now and i think we might have seen the worse in 2018 because 2018 bear market came more like a surprise to all cryptocurrency enthusiasts and before we could realize the whole thing the market could not recover which have forced most of us to become holders of some altcoins and different ICO's token that ain't worth holding and now we are almost there in 2019. During the bull run a lot of analytics predicted that Bitcoin could reach $50K and above and now the reserve is the case throughout the year 2018. This year have taught a lot of us different lessons on how to cope during the bear market. May i know your own opinion on how you were able to scale through and survive during this unexpected 2018 bear market...

That's true, a lot of predictions coming out after bitcoin reaches the last all-time high. A lot of people say it will go up high more so that many investors put their money in bitcoin but some of those investors put up their money with scammers. So they scammed and a lot of them get lose and bankrupt. In the next year which is 2019, let's just be more careful on where should we invest and be open in a lot of possibilities. Don't believe those fake news around the internet. |

I think that I heard about the death of Bitcoin a thousand times already. It's becoming ridiculous.
Is there any site that tracks all the time that 'Bitcoin good die' was in the news? I want to print it and put it on my wall.
I always hear bitcoin will gonna die many times, every year there is always an issue about bitcoin will gonna due soon but as of now bitcoin still lives, although bitcoin now is at its crisis still, bitcoin is standing still. I think this is just a way of some other people here who are making fake news and make people go panic or maybe a soldier of those who doesn't want bitcoin at the 1st place. |

That's a big problem. We need to use this. We need to use it. What do you think about this? What did you mean that we don't want to use bitcoin? Does nobody want to use bitcoin? Of course, once you want to have it then we also like to use it. Are you saying that no one to use bitcoin right now because of its low cost and nobody wants to sell it? There are still some small investors hoping that bitcoin will grow in the future so that there are still some buying bitcoins. The value I saw in my investments this morning got me thinking "do I continue with crypto or just quit?". Honestly am greatly concerned.
Well, it is still your decision, after all, that is your investment. But as I see the market falls down now. It is really confusing to invest. I realize this question was probably raised before, but I believe that the answers might be changing with time, because bitcointalk community grows and because the interests and needs of people can become different in years. I recall a video on addiction that explained that people mainly become addicted because of feeling sad and lonely. When I made a thread about whether gamblers think that gambling addiction has the same reason, the answers differed a lot. Now I am curious what kind of people are gambling here. Are they mainly looking for money, excitement, socialization? Please vote and leave a comment below in case you want to add something to your answer.
Sometimes I play gambling because I just want to try my luck, sometimes with my spare time depending on a situation and I am not addicted to gambling, I don't know to others who are addicted to gambling because most of them want to earn money because of greediness and that js also can trigger their addiction. |

It is not the end for ETH, the value is just low but it will not going to an end, as long as we have BTC. As what we can see. BTC is also at risk right now so I think it is just normal for ETH to get low. Exchangers always use ETH for covertion to the token so it is useful for all coins. |

The crypto market is on a rapid downward spiral and almost all coins including so called good coins are down in prices. Is there any chances the market will recover? In my opinion, it takes the end of the year 2018 to recover the market. What are your views?
For me, there is no recover price will happen with a crypto market, for me, it will still stick the same as what it flows today. I think there is no recover value will happen again until by the end of the year, maybe next year can be possible for bitcoin or cryptocurrencies recover its price, especially when some big investors will enter cryptocurrencies again because of the price of bitcoin that is easy to buy for them because of its low cost now. Hopefully, next year can be a good year again for cryptocurrencies. |

If bitcoin price will still fall this year then we must accept the fact that it will be the destiny for bitcoin this year. LOL. As much as possible, we also want bitcoin to make another ATH's but for me, it is too impossible to happen this year especially that the price of bitcoin now is too far from the last ATH's last Dec 2017. |

Don't wait for the time that bitcoin will reach $10000 or $11000 because I think it will take a long time or maybe it will not happen again, once that there are no big investors again that will enter bitcoin then it will be impossible for bitcoin to recover its price. Why? I think it is also a big impact on bitcoin on how much we will put in bitcoin so that the market will flow again upward.
