bitcoin core will continue to be the main flavor of BTC..and likley will start pushing lighting stuff I would think the price would stay above 6k on such news......and that price will continue to creep up on adoption my fear with this fork is you would have had something like 15% BCH and 40% BCT and 45% segwit2x+2mb thus no 'flavor' would have 51% and people would then see THREE YEARS OF NO SOLUTION ON SCALING AND BLOCK SIZE PATH that imho, would have sunk in and drove BTC price down to less than 4k or more imho NOW, there is consensus (for the near future) thus......the only thing in BTC's way now is no longer 'internal' strife of a major note but just the usual , adoption and real world FUD I expect the Alts bucket to fill up for a bit ....catch up ..and then hopefully, btc will pump to 10-11k as folk state by say March 1st 2018 |

No need to buy anything from these scammers, if they take money 3 months in advance and selling units uncontrolled in numbers, this means they are scammers from now on.
problem is bitmain owns 90% off all the equip made now imho, sha-256 (btc) , scrypt-pow (ltc) and x11 (dash) NO ONE is going to invest the kind of $$$ to make a whole new mnfg plant etc to keep up with the volume of crap they can shoot out the door ..in any given month....an't gonna happen! There are other manufacturers that MIGHT put out in their main batches as much as Bitmain puts out in a month (of any asic flavor) I see them having NO competition...thus will 'run the table' for years imho, As an example IF/WHEN say LTC was to hit $100 this month....don't you think you'd see 40 LTC on a miner again (ie 4k?) of course you would! its how they roll.... They don't need to run btc1. It's just a simple patch to core code.
They don't need to keep signaling anymore. If they keep doing it, it needs to be interpreted as their intention to follow on with the agreement. In this case with the 2x part of it.
It's not because they "signaled" it... it is because the keep signaling it now.
What other interpretation would be possible for their signaling now?
Trying to play chicken with the Core team to get them to agree to Segwit2x agreement even if no one from the Core team was there to be party to the agreement. I think the big blockers will be the ones to pull off to the side come early November. ditto...still trying to get my head around this complete jump from insanity...to sanity...it is an ASIC MIRACLE...... looking at the 2 hour optimism chart it very clear to me that we're going up again an should hit $7300 in the next few hours(also go litecoin go)
what will be price after SegWit2x , i believe price will fall between 4000~4500 USD I think we are all in agreement there will be a drop. I think it'll be short lived. I for one will sell my segwit 2x and bump up my bitcoin stash.(once safe to do so) If more people think like me then everyone bumping up there stash by 5%-20% depending on b2x price then surely the price will go up right? Just look at the charts beginning of August of this year and I'm expecting something g similar. But then again what the fuck do I know. I was told by CPA it will be a taxable event if I sell BCH or any fork...if I leave it the hell alone for a year and a day and then sell at 20% capital gains the IRS will likely just look at it as a past stock split still looking into it..but the IRS really does not like money falling into your hands out of thin air...but then again could it be like kind...cyrpto to crypto anyway, trying to figure this stuff out from a no guidelines from IRS kinda view |

My latest D3 is getting 20.345gh/s good to know...will pass it on to my buddy ...supposedly the data hall will get mine TODAY.....the psu arrived last friday... (now of course I jinx'd it ...damn it!) on an aside my 1st D3 (the 2.7k dubious purchase) is maybe getting 16.5gh on a good day ...er make that maybe 16gh...thus I hope something like this helps 20gh like you on the 2nd unit would go a long way on me at least being even at say 35gh for both WAIT...who am I kidding..these things are gonna be mining AIR next month as per elec price going in vs crypto coming out..... (I still plan to mine the most dubious of x11 coin I can find..just to mine something damn it ..even at a loss.....call it a frigging D3 lottery hope/dream/likely tragedy) Ack! |

Actually, you need to order the PSU's 2-3 weeks before....it has been the case they arrive after your L3+ or D3 I just sent 2 to a buddy who will send me the 2 he eventually will get back to me ..( I finally wised up and now always get spares on any order in case) cluster city on psu's |

Are there copies of the OLDER firmware someplace (or anyone?) you know how it works..you upgrade to NEW firmware on an asic miner and we're better off with the previous version.... just asking ...will likely have this done...but wondering on fall back if needed |

I would be interested in the DCR1 Decred miner because I think its a good project but the lead time on these miners is too high for me to consider purchasing.
Too many variables at play when you have to wait that long to get the miner.
If they had any hope on these DCR1 miners ..they would allow you to swap a previous pre-order Obelisk miner for one. (er nope I asked) or If they had any real hope on these...they would not only allow a 22 day pre-sale (still unsure what that means in that they still want 4k of units for both products) I think, they just managed to do a quick and dirty fix on their existing obelisk miners to allow them to mine decred...and went what the hell toss them out there and change the label on the front |

HODLing all the way boys... Whatever the outcome! SO will you HODL or FODL?  I'm kinda looking at a justification (hedge) on my ego on holding as per usual since 2013 in the following manner.... IF I was to sell some...capital gains would be high in my state with me at 47% tax rate etc already to IRS... thus I say lose what 35% all said in done on my sale of more than 1 year and 1 day of held BTC then we are due, according to most reputable economists of either the liberal or conservative stripe...of a correction (ie recession) a recession is 20% retraction or more thus now my BTC moved to fiat lost another 20% in my view if we do have a recession..it will be more like 40% with the dysfunction of USA gov't at this time, imho boy, would I feel silly thus if I hodl and ONLY have a 30% (usual 1/3 pullback before the next leg) with BTC and this recession comes along as I expect in spring well.....I can live with that I also ALWAYS GUESS WRONG thus another reason to just HODL anyway, my 'rationalization' on HODL |
