Thankfully, there's a workaround with the help of third-party websites that sell gift cards in exchange for crypto-currencies.

I have a feeling, they'll be using ^{[still a big "IF"]} one of the popular merchant solutions/payment gateways instead.

I think there will be some alternatives to Netflix with crypto payments in the future but either none of them will last that long or they'll fail really bad.
