3742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exiting altcoins at the correct time is the best thing you can do do with them. on: June 21, 2021, 04:13:46 AM
I liked your rule, Hold Bitcoin trade altcoins. I like to trade with altcoins but all altcoins can't give 2x, 10x or 100x. Some altcoins are good for short-term trading. Bitcoin is going downward so I think we will get good time for filling our bag with good altcoins.

I'm sure we all know that majority of altcoins are dependent on Bitcoin's price movement. So if BTC went down, so is those altcoins who are in the top coin. But for those shitcoins, well, purely pump and dump, it might give you x2-x10, but it's not a guaranteed that you can always spot them unless you are a member of some p&d group. But just warning for those who are in a p&d group, it's not also a sure fire to win a lottery. So it's better just to fill our bags with altcoins that has used case or at least in the top 20.
3743  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $65,000 the peak of this bull market? on: June 21, 2021, 03:35:43 AM
It looks like the $65000 is the peak right now, the market looks really bad even when we have a great news like El Salvador considering BTC as legal tender, the market is not showing any signs of recovering. The death cross happened and we might see more bears than bulls..
many people have said that the death cross EMA 100 and 50, of course this is a bad sign for the price of Bitcoin,
and maybe $65k is a price that will be very difficult to break again in a few years, this event is the same as in 2017-2018,
where Bitcoin price has dumped, and it's hard to get back to ATH price, be careful

Few years? Nah, we are just like 50% of it right now, so we can still get to that price or even surpassed it again at the end of the year. Historically, we have this kind of dump and then we will be trading like sideways for a couple of months.

And then at the last quarter, we will see a big movement. So I would say that we can definitely touch it again. Just give enough time for the market to settle down. And wait some big news that will push it again in the last 4 months of the year.
3744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top 20 Bitcoin Ambassadors? on: June 21, 2021, 02:59:41 AM
The only one is on my head right now is Andreas Antonopoulos - well respected amongst his peers, never try to hug the lime light for himself. But stay with Bitcoin thru thick and thin and even his Youtube videos in the last couple of years are still relevant today - (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJWCJCWOxBYSi5DhCieLOLQ).
3745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 21, 2021, 02:35:13 AM
As I have said, F. Auger Aliassime vs Humbert is going to be close and it can go either way. And in the end, it was Umbert who muscle enough energy to close the game in the time break.

So it will be Umbert vs Rublev in the Halle final. I will go with Rublev by 3 sets win.

Yes i'm with you on that, I have a bet on Rublev to win also with Berrettini to win
at queens against Norrie.

Rublev won Rotterdam in March and hasnt featured much since so he will be looking
to win his second tournament at Halle and I think Berrettini will just be too strong
for Norrie [hopefully]

You give me some idea, so I parlay Rublev and Berrettini here @1.90 with boosted odds.

ML is not too attractive to me, so I'm on a parlay to increased the odds. And I felt that the two can win their respective matches here and I do hope that there will be no surprises here.

Berrettini won, unfortunately Rublev lost his match against Humbert so my parlay got destroyed. Sad

Too bad I thought that Rublev had this game against Umbert, but during the first set, he was broken early and can't get back in the match, although he has chances of on two break points but he wasn't able to capitalised on it. In the second set, it was close, going into tie-break, but again, he was overpowered by Humbert as he was very aggressive.
Grass is the best for hard hitters such as Berrettini, Rublev and Humbert, all of them play aggressively, Berrettini won and it was kind of obvious, unlike Rublev vs Humbert, it was a risky one there since both are good hard hitters, and grass really helps, it was a close match between them, too bad for you Humbert managed to win.

As I have said previously, Rublev is not sho-in for the title as Humbert is really playing very well.

So it's a tough call to bet on Rublev, probably the best bet is on handicapped, although I haven't check it prior to the match.

For Berrettini, I really admire his player, grass or clay court, he is on top of his game. Look for him to develop in the future.
3746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Monero so heavily undervalued? on: June 20, 2021, 04:09:55 AM
I think it's because they are still heavily regulated, what I mean is that majority of exchanges are not carrying them because they are afraid that regulators will come after them. That's why they are delisted and under performing in the bull cycle. So for investors this is not healthy, and maybe there are obviously who cares about their privacy and anonymity that invest on Monero and other privacy coins.
3747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 20, 2021, 03:36:41 AM
I voted for Casimero to win, I know that Donaire is great, and although he won recently, I think father time will caught on him. And he not facing just another boxing, it's another Filipino who is making a name on the division and this could end on a brutal knockout.

At least at the end of the end, it will be a Filipino that will win in the end regardless and this fight could be the passing of the torch from the Filipino flash to another great Filipino fighter.

3749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miami’s mayor looks to woo Chinese bitcoin miners on: June 20, 2021, 03:00:32 AM
Yeah, I would say that this is really a bold move coming from the mayor of a major US cities. No need to tell that the Mayor is pro-bitcoin, wonder if he himself holds some personally.

But I doubt that the can offer a very cheap electricity that will make some Chinese miners to move in the US though. As I have said, the cost of living in Miami is high, so I don't know how can the mayor problem electricity that cheap. And it should be abundant source of electricity. The mayor should be lauded though for his efforts.
3750  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: electrum wallet help Please on: June 19, 2021, 03:31:38 AM
electrum wallet help Please

Hi I set up a Electrum Wallet/ default_wallet  years back and lost the password How Do I get a password retrieval to get into my Wallet?

Unfortunately, there's no way for you to retrieved your old wallet if you don't know the password.

How about the seed phrase though? have you save it? If yes, then there is a possibility that you can restore your wallet and create a new password. But in worst case scenario, if you lost both of them, then zero chance for you to recover your BTC. Sorry to burst the bubble for you.
3751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: June 19, 2021, 03:08:32 AM
^^ Exactly, it means that this is really a hard fight to predict, there are fighters who says Manny will win because of his experience, but there are some who are leaning towards Spence's youth and physical advantage.

So it will not be boring for sure, every Pacquiao's fight is very specially, even in the Marquez knock out, the fight is toe to toe. So this fight will go either way, but I think Manny's experience will be the key here and of course his speed.
Speed and punching power since these are the main qualities on where Pacquiao does have and make him win into lots of fights and taking down opponent neither younger or bigger or taller than him but due to age then for sure these qualities might had been reduced a bit but lets see if he has still that power
and fire inside to take down the young Spence.

Experience does matter but lets see on how he would handle out the younger one which is really capable off to be an opponent to him.
This fight is more thrill to look on  compared to those previous fights set on this year.

Probably the most anticipated fight as no one would think that a 40+ years old Manny will challenge the best fighter in the world in his division. It's a great match to watch and everyone is talking about it, I don't know if Manny will still get the crowd here but I hope so he'll do as that would help him when they chant his name.

Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny! Manny!

Sportsbook seems to have already listed this fight, I just check on my book and it's already in the list but no odds yet. I like this fight too, it should be one of the biggest fights of both fighters, whoever wins, deserves it as long as they do a clean fight. Manny is old, but who cares, he can still knock down a young champion and I believe many will bet on Manny to win by KO.

Yep, they won't simply forget about this fight, it is Manny after all. That's why the odds are there early, but as you have said, no other betting options so far.

I agree that this is one of the most anticipated fights, besides Fury vs Wilder trilogy in the HW. Everyone wanted to see Manny again bringing back the clock and be the versio of him, destroying bigger opponents during this prime. But as majority said, this might be tricky and difficult for him. But he has the tools and the experience and the heart to beat Spence, even by knockout.
3752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 19, 2021, 02:25:55 AM
Rublev in two sets vs Kohlschreiber, So now the semis have been set up,

1. Rublev vs Basilashvili
2. F. Auger Aliassime vs Humbert

I would say it will be Rublev vs Felix Auger-Aliassime. Will be a big test for Felix to reach the finals here or even upset Rublev.

It will be a tough match between Auger Aliassime vs Humbert, it can go either way here.

@Trofo - yeah, total adjustments for those players who prefer clay, now it's grass time that's why it's hard to predict the game.

Sad to hear that Osaka also pulled out, but obviiously as he admitted that she has inner demons to deal with first. So I'm not expecting here to play the rest of the calendar tournaments unless she has 100% recovered already.
3753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador to revoke Bitcoin as legal tender? on: June 19, 2021, 01:33:31 AM
There is also that possibility that the next elected El Salvador president will vetoed it and revoke Bitcoin as legal tender in their country. However, if there are incentives and benefits from the government and their people then why revoke it? Just because an organization that facilitate help to countries in terms of loans (with high interest) telling them to repeal Bitcoin? that argument doesn't make any sense.
3754  Economy / Speculation / Re: Opinions according to the current market situation on: June 18, 2021, 03:36:49 AM
The problem is that people tend to think that the market will always go on parabolic rise. This is not the case, we have enjoyed the bull run, reaching as high as $64,000 and obviously as some point the price needs correction and that is what we are seeing right now.

Others point that we have reach an overbought zone in April, so right now we are in the sideways pattern. Nothing wrong with it, we just need to be patience, and I'm sure the market will go lively again in the last quarter of the year.

Doesn't matter if there is a G7 summit or not, it's net effect will be short term.
3755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: Fury vs Wilder III - THE TRILOGY IS BACK ON !!! on: June 18, 2021, 03:09:11 AM
The eye of the whole world watching  about his performance and if he lost it again then its true that there would be no reason that would really be for him to tell to the public. He just need to accept that there's always a better boxer than him on this world.

The public does not anymore believe that Wilder could win this fight, they have a new champion and that is Fury. So there's no pressure on Wilder, he just needs to train hard, be smart and try to come back, I think it's better that way because if he will win, he would surprise the world again and he will be back on top.

He needs to accept his defeat, be humble and continue to work hard but learn and don't do the same mistake over and over again.

I think it has already dawn on Wilder that he has lost to Fury and no matter what excuses he said on public, it won't change anything. And I would say that he is lucky to get another shot on Fury, to redeem himself and forget about that lost and focus more on the upcoming fan. I think there is still pressure on him, he is not the favorite so he better prepare 110% in this trilogy to still prove that he still got what it takes to become the champion again.
3756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kraken exchange CEO takes a jab at Elon Musk over altcoin dethrone Bitcoin on: June 18, 2021, 02:33:48 AM
Bitcoin has survived a rough 10 years, so many arguments against them, so this is not something new, in 2017 we have heard many anti-bitcoin arguments specially how it is negatively affecting the environment. So this argument is just a repeat, just by this time, Elon Musk is the face of it.

However, I don't think that bitcoin can be defeated or dethrone by a so called 'green' altcoin. They are still consuming electricity regardless of the source. So this kind of argument is flaw in the beginning. And not even a billionaire can stop Bitcoin now.
3757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 18, 2021, 01:57:42 AM
Nadal just said on his twitter that he wont be playing on wimbledon and in the olympic games!

This is what he said:

Hi all, I have decided not to participate at this year’s Championships at Wimbledon and the Olympic Games in Tokyo. It’s never an easy decision to take but after listening to my body and discuss it with my team I understand that it is the right decision

Yeah, I also read that article, Nadal's main reason is that he wanted to stay in the tennis tournament that's why he is going to skip both Wimbledon and Olympics.

Zverev was upset by Struff in 3 sets, so another big name is gone. Hard to bet in this tournament, LOL, I'm pretty sure that my parlay will be destroyed.
3758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 17, 2021, 03:46:04 AM
^^ Not a great prediction by my good self, Federer will not be happy with that, very little game
time before Wimbledon, following on from my excellent prediction above I recon there is a chance
he will pull out of Wimbledon...too many will be able to beat him.

Anyway great result from Felix, he will be well happy with that.
Yes unfortunatly federer performance became weak these last couple of years and he is not able to get to the advanced rounds and he lose frequantly and in grass were he used to be very strong i think its time for him to retire but i think he will play in wimbeldon it will be some kind of retribution.

It's understandable that he is getting weak, and if you have followed him, he started this whole sabbatical thingy in tennis. He will just carefully choosing which tournaments he enter because he knows that his body his giving up. And then we have him injuring himself in the last 2 years or so.

Yes, good to see Felix, have him in my radar for the last 2 years and I think this young player will be great in the next 3-5 years.
3759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - June 19 on: June 17, 2021, 03:08:16 AM
^^ We also have Nonito Donaire vs Nordine Oubaali who both tested positive for the corona virus that's why the fight was pushed for several months. Then Nonito blasted Oubaali that you will thought it was a mismatch fight.

Lopez might be affected by the virus, but I don't see if putting a lack luster performance. This is his first mandatory fight so for sure he wanted to show up again, with or without covid-19 effect.
3760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The bull market still exists on: June 17, 2021, 02:30:32 AM
It's really profitable to invest in bitcoin. If you buy at a lower price then just hold and wait the time it will pump, you will surely earn profit. The bull market is not yet over, although there's a market correction, it doesn't mean that the bull run is already end.

Timing is the key here, that's why you will hear a lot of FUD, because they wanted to bring the price close to ceiling and then buy tons of Bitcoin.

The Fed's FOMC concluded that it will not increase the interest rate, and inflation has not run out of control. The three major conditions of this bull market, over-issuance of the U.S. dollar, institutional buying and the addition of countries are still continuing.

I haven't check the news, so if this is true then I will say that this is good news at least.

The bull market continues, and now that you can hold onto the low price of Bitcoin, you can enjoy the price spree in a few months.

Definitely, we just need to remain calm, bull market can appear anytime specially in the last quarter of this year.
