3761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 28, 2016, 07:33:00 PM
I'm feeling proud if I win gambling and feeling regret if I lose the gamble. So overall it depend on people can resist against gambling since they have many reaction to show off

The shamefull gambler only when I borrow someone's money and I can't return it for him anymore !

It's true, if I'm playing with my money, the money I earned and I want to use to have fun, there isn't shame on it. I would feel shameful if I would be using the money of another one to gamble without pay him back in case I lost the money. Some people try to criminalize gambling, but no reason to do it. Gambling can help economy a lot, if the country is honest, this money can revert good improvements for the country.
3762  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: December 28, 2016, 07:12:56 PM
This is because of the extraordinary rise in price, everyone thinks bitcoin is the only the most profitable investment. much of the media continue to preach it, so many famous people choose bitcoin to put their money.
Like who? I might not be that active when it comes to TV shows but I browse the internet a lot and I haven't found famous people preaching bitcoins around. I don't think the media even talked about it except for some social media pages that gives out posts about bitcoin. Most of the posts are negative, though, because of the popularity of bitcoin being used in the dark Net.

I don't think "everyone" thinks that bitcoin is the best investment right now since not everyone knows about bitcoin. Mostly just people that stays on the internet for a couple of hours every single day knows about bitcoin.

I have not seen famous people using Bitcoins too, but I agree the volatility of Bitcoin makes many people have interest in buying it to start making profit. BTC is powerful now because it offers new opportunities to earn money on the internet, partially anonymously. Some people use it to practive illegal things, anothers use BTCs to have a higher quality life.

I particularly never saw before something so good to earn money online. It's totally different from anything from the past, like the PTC sites, Ponzi schemes and another unprofitable things. Who doesn't know about BTCs yet is losing time and money.
3763  Economy / Economics / Re: Next generation money on: December 28, 2016, 03:50:33 PM
Obviously, It is not possible for the bitcoin to be the next generation of money as we see its revolutionary function now and the value of it in our economy but not to replace fiat. Its function would just evolve and expand. I know that there are still things that can be discover that bitcoin can do better for our society.
I don't think, though, that bitcoin will be the one that will replace fiat we know today. But I think the technology of bitcoin will be the next generation of money. The world has seen the very essence and practical use of the technology. Bitcoin has just sparked the changed of the world of finance and it is a leader in the technology but maybe the world will create a better one based on bitcoins.

Yes, Bitcoin opened the doors for a new generation of money. It's the first successfully Crypto Currency in the world, but we don't know what the future reserve for us, another Crypto Currency can become the main one if a new technology and more interesting features be created. Bitcoin is just the beginning, we will see many other virtual currencies fascinating the public yet.
3764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: December 28, 2016, 03:30:54 PM
From what I have seen over the past two-three years, only a few countries are supportive of the Bitcoin trade, such as Switzerland and Singapore. The vast majority of the nations discourage the use of BTC in their jurisdictions.
yes absolutely right. some countries have regulations that simply can not be violated. they are consistent with the economic movement of the country. we are not able to any kind of interference. but other than that, there is a country open to new things. This will certainly be beneficial as bitcoin.

If a country allows the trade of Bitcoins, then a lot of Bitcoin-based businesses will move to that country. For example, BTC-e moved their operations from Kiev (Ukraine) to Sofia (Bulgaria), after Ukraine created obstacles for their business.

That can be a good strategy for countries needing investors and private initiative businesses. I know there are many countries trying to bring businesses to their countries, but many time they can't because nobody has interest on it. Maybe Bitcoin can help them this way like happened as you said, in Bulgaria. But to do it, it's necessary a government that really matter with their people and make use of the disponible technology.

3766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: LONG TERM BITCOIN BUYERS on: December 28, 2016, 04:07:46 AM
It will depend a lot of the Bitcoin price. If I bought for $500, when it hits $800 and I know the price won't be stable, I sell all, wait the price down again and buy more one time. If I know the price will be stable, I just hold for the next "flash" pump. This way it's possible to make a good profit, the currency volatility allows we to do it, it's amazing.
3767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use Cashback or bonuses? on: December 28, 2016, 04:05:08 AM
I think there is no advantage on it. Deposit bonus is only interesting for the casino. You deposit, receive bonus, but need to play a lot and risk your money a lot to be able to withdraw your profit. Probably you will lose all your money in the middle of process. A good method I would use, is to take satoshis from faucet, and withdraw it later, but to do it you must find a casino that allow you to claim on faucet even if you aren't with 0 satoshis in balance.
3768  Economy / Securities / Re: Have 1 Btc Looking for a stable investment on: December 28, 2016, 02:00:48 AM
I already do a bit gambling but I don't want to use this 1 brc on gambling I wanted to know do you guys know any other ways of earning through bitcoin other than gambling

You know that investment in casino bankroll is different from gambling, right?

If you really don't want it (what is the best currently option), you could try lending on Poloniex. The return is very very low, for me it doesn't worth, but you can check, at least it's a safe investment...
3769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this true or a speculation on: December 28, 2016, 01:56:37 AM
Somewhere while surfing I read popular sites often makes less known sites use the money to pay first then scam and then continue on the popular sites. Could this also be happening in the Bitcoin industry. Start a roll dice or casino, open a hyip and then hyip goes scam and front site continues, no one comes to know. Or this is purely speculation, none of this happens?

Ponzi schemes. Just like a HYIP site only those who are first will be paid and sadly those who joined late got scammed. Many sites does that, that's why we have trust issues on a site, we need assurance that they will last long. But nothing last forever aight? so that's why we need to be wiser than anyone. When you join a HYIP site just predict when will they run. And withdraw all your balance before they run.

They are here because they know nothing can happen to them. Bitcoin doesn't appear in the laws or Constitution, so we can do anything we want. There were many cases in which the FBI or so didn't know how to find them, so the chances of finding that guy is close to 0. I'm always skeptical when it comes to these kinds of websites. Always read reviews.

This is a free world, everyone uses his own "free will" to make choices and have consequences. I think this way is the most correct to live. Every choice has a consequence and we can learn from our mistakes. That is what happen when you invest in HYIP and Ponzi schemes. Sooner or later everyone learns that it's impossible to make profit with this kind of deal. You can have luck and make profit with one HYIP, but on long term it won't work.
3770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ever dreamed about Bitcoin? on: December 27, 2016, 11:25:50 PM
About BTC precisely not, but I dreamed few days ago I was late to claim on CetoBeto faucet and lost a lot of satoshis because my storage was full.  Cheesy

I see many people here dreaming with gambling, BTC price going to the moon, but I never dreamed with these things. But surely, I daydream about what could happen to BTC in the future and with my investments, things I can do to earn more... I imagine the results on long term.

3771  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: SatoshiClick.Us - We are online again !!! on: December 27, 2016, 11:15:16 PM
It is probably the worst satoshi clicking website. You can click directly from your faucethub account ads from ptcwall, clixwall and they pay better, why would i click ptc on your website ? And after that i have to pay fees for withdraw.

That is why I don't use this site. I don't have good offers to complete, it's useless for me.

Would be nice if OP add a real faucet on this site, so people from third world countries can use this too.
3772  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Asicbit.com "Game" on: December 27, 2016, 11:10:51 PM
According to this guy and this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1727679.msg17289459#msg17289459 it is impossible to collect satoshi. Game is looking nice, but i did some small upgrades on first miner and now he is mining 7 satoshi/hour and other 3 are mining 10 satoshi  Grin
Also, i did some math, if you want to upgrade 1 miner you need 13K satoshi, with 40sat/hour you will need at least 4 months to upgrade all miners  Grin
Not to mention adsense and bitcoin....

About the low payment rates, it doesn't discourage me, I would think stranger if they offer fast very good rewards to be true.

I upgraded all the 4 machines and it's producing 11 satoshis per hour, later I upgraded another one and it is producing 15 satoshis per hour. It's possible to buy more machines too, it costs 2320 satoshis.

It's a nice game, developers could create a thread here.
3773  Economy / Micro Earnings / Asicbit.com "Game" on: December 27, 2016, 09:51:29 PM
I found this site on another thread in another section, someone was complaining about this site.

It looks a faucet, you start with 4 Asics machines and it produces satoshis for you. To earn more, you need to upgrade your equipments (NO DEPOSITS ALLOWED). I don't know if the site is really legit, they are using adsense, and looks on long term it can be good.

If you know about this site, please tell here your review about it.

3774  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: NEW BTC GAME - VIRTUALPUB - Official forum on: December 27, 2016, 12:33:37 AM
tomos81, can you add to the next update something to make the game stay online for more time without the necessity to login again?

I stay some time away, when I back I need to login again everytime.
3775  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AsicBIT.com -- total WASTE of time on: December 26, 2016, 06:26:38 PM
Moreover, the site is so poor, this is low budget scammer lol.
This ponzi scheme type actually pretty a lot out there, they offer you free ghs which mean this actually just a number there's no mining activity, until you got a balance with reach minimum WD, but you ask to deposit fund/buy some ghs, obviously they will not paid you.

Work for Bitcoin is make sense.

They don't say they are mining anything, it's a game. Even they don't ask for any deposit, there isn't this option.

The maximum you can lose with this site is your time clicking and upgrading your simulator Asics. I think nobody knows yet if it really pays.
3776  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Earn some satoshis with that game on: December 26, 2016, 06:21:52 PM
We are a team of 2 Wink I know your feeling. It is difficult to find trusted people and we definitely don't want you to feel the same. We keep working and do our best to make everything work Smiley If there should be problems, we will let you know.

Our update is tested and ready to be uploaded. We are going to update it in about 30 minutes, 6pm UTC. If it is not possible to reach the site or whatsoever, please keep patient. I am going to let you know, when we are back online. I should not take to long.

I see the updates. Now there is a possibility to earn a bit more with the Sketchy Investment, but I'm not sure how safe it is, looks a ponzi mini-game.

Let's see if now more people join the site, increase the traffic, so you can add new ads networks and increase the pay rates.
3777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin business idea on: December 26, 2016, 03:36:01 AM
I am curious of your opinion about if you have to start a bitcoin business from scratch today. What is the type of business will your start, even if any of this type of business don't exists at the moment?

I know the typical business type on the market are :

  • Exchange
  • Blog
  • Lending
  • Trading
  • Selling stuff in bitcoin
  • Freelance job in bitcoin

These kind of sites are already too saturated. I think doesn't worth to start a site like those you listed. Exchange there are some good sites, they are doing a good job and their service is enough for the currently Bitcoin enthusiasts; There are a lot of blogs, and most Bitcoin enthusiasts don't have interest on it, as they can read about everything here on forum; Poloniex has a nice service for who wants to lend money; Doesn't worth to start a BTC shop if you don't have reputation, nobody will trust your service; There are a lot of freelance jobs sites also, no reason to create more one.
3778  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 【CoinPole】 WWW.COINPOLE.COM - 700 satoshis per 5 mins (10K welcome bonus) on: December 26, 2016, 02:36:58 AM
I'm checking it now, thanks for the 10.000 satoshis welcome bonus. How to withdraw money?

Can I post referral links without be considered a spam?

700 satoshis every 5 minutes is good, there is 1% chance to get it, most probable to earn 20-400 satoshis.
3779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: December 26, 2016, 02:28:58 AM
It is right, all gambling sites are trust-able than investment sites. But i am not agree with you, that investment is risky more than gambling. You know, gambling is one and only risky way, no other one can comparative with it, and investment is really easy way. If you get a good or trust-able site than definitely you could make good profit. Otherwise, you could hold your bitcoins and make profit from them, no need to invest your bitcoins in any sites.
yes it is a fact that gambling is more risky as compare to trading, but i am not agree with you that all gambling sites can be trusted, i think there are a lot of people who are scam by gambling site, you must be more careful if you want to invest you money in online gambling casino, because they can easily scam you .
We have our own responsibility to carefully choose a site that we invest with, that does not happen in gambling sites alone as even in other form of investment we might be scam if we do not do diligent prudence when it comes to this things. It's not a game but a serious problem, so we must ensure we have all the knowledge and we really feel we are confident to invest before hitting it.

We are under risk everytime here on the internet. Too many liars, scammers, hackers, thiefs... We must take the risk to make profit. What I try to do is to take less risk as possible, and in this case, it is: casino investment.

The profit is low, but relativelly safe. To prevent losses, try to choose the most trusted casinos to invest. Search about the best options. Next, split your money between these casinos, if you lose some money in one casino for some time, the another casino will be giving you profit. Or if a casino is giving low profit, the another will be giving more profit (higher probably).
3780  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: December 26, 2016, 02:24:20 AM
Yes bitcoin can not replace fiat because many people have no knowledge about bitcoin also in new technology like our gadgets. More peole dont have smartphone or even a computer so its getting to hard that bitcoin replace fiat.
I think you have a point , most of the people in the world still don’t even know what bitcoin is and even the ones that have searched the internet or even heard of bitcoin never tried to get into it , so trying to replace fiat that everyone knows and they are used to using it every day with something new and advanced as bitcoin is really hard.
There is a number of obstacles... there are problems related to knowledge, because in fact many people do not know Bitcoin, and there are technical problems... maybe the biggest one is the problem of scalability, because it will take a long time for the network to have enough capacity to support such a large number of users. But many obstacles have already been overcome, and nothing prevents the network from continuing to increase capacity and stability over the years. The developers are there doing the best job for this.
In overall, the system is really great but that does not mean people can easily adopt with, they still prefer fiat to use that bitcoin as that is very simple and they have been using it for a long time already and they are comfortable using it, if they do not get any benefits with bitcoin, they will not adopt with it.

Currently, Bitcoin isn't a currency for many people, it's an investment. People use fiat to buy BTCs, hold it for a good time, sell it and make profit next. That is what many people do. When more stores start accepting BTC as payment method this reality can change.

And there is another issue. The Blockchain doesn't support many users making transactions at same time, as you said. If BTC wants to be a global currency, with many users, it must change.
