2881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: April 20, 2017, 12:38:01 AM
For me I would just quit gambling if I already double or triple the money that I have sent,
And also if I lose all of the money that I sent haha.

That is a too risky strategy, good luck with this. It's very hard to triple bankroll, when people try to do it the casino makes their big profit because most gamblers fail sooner or later. And worse, when the gambler achieve the tripled bankroll he thinks it amazing and start believing it can be become even better, so he continues playing for a long time until he gets a long streak loss and lose all the money.

2883  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: A question about freebitco.in on: April 20, 2017, 12:15:00 AM
There is an older thread similar to this, please check it:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1753616.0

As you said, it takes ages to get enough points to buy something expensive like the Iphone 7, you need to wage 192.8 BTC on the Dice game to be able to receive enough RP to this. It's the most expensive Iphone in the planet.  Cheesy
2884  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: can I make 100$ in 2-3 month without a base money? on: April 19, 2017, 06:28:47 PM
If I have 0$ at the moment can I make 100$ in 2 or 3 months? How?
What if I deposited 20$ .. Can I make them 100$ in less time?

When the first time I know bitcoin, I don't have the money. but I can make money of bitcoin without having money.
in the end I was able to make $100/week. so I am also sure you can do it. many ways to get bitcoin and that is already available in this forum. good luck Smiley
You are just new and you earn $100 per week? Do you mind if you share what are your ways? i want to learn from your tips, sounds good because we dont need amount of money to start.

$100 dollars weekly is a nice amount, I don't think he will share this method with us...  Cheesy

If he does, probably it won't work anymore as many people would start doing the same thing and the method would become dryed. That is why it's better each one find your own method to make profit, something few people know only, so the profit is higher.
2885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't use bitcoin buying a coffee now. on: April 19, 2017, 05:32:36 PM
I cannot grasp the idea, why would anyon think that bitcoin has been created to pay for coffee at the cafe?

It was created to revolutionize the payment system, and financial sector, but the way to pay by bitcoin for cofee is still far in the future.

It doesnt make sense because of the fee size, so you need to decrease it somehow-but you simply cant.

I would just prefer to use regular cash, or convert my crypto to fiat, just to pay for coffee right?
It isn't hard for me to understand that some people are very happy that bitcoin payment is available in some of the shops, but I dont think that this example is a best use I couls imagine.
It is simple why we may want to pay for coffee with bitcoin, because we want and because we should be able to do it, I can do that with fiat whether I’m using cash or a debit card or even a gift card, so it is obvious we want to do the same with bitcoin even if it is not the optimal way to use it.

I agree with you, if BTC is money, it should buy anything that fiat buys. Since a candy until a plane! But we must understand for now that it's not possible, what doesn't mean it won't be in the future. I think we can't exclude the possibility to buy cheap things with BTCs, because it can be a way to introduce more people into the Crypto Currency world.
2886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: April 19, 2017, 05:06:39 PM
Im sure that there are no banks which actually accept btc as a way to deposit money to bank account
You are right there are no Banks that accept bitcoin because bitcoin is still new something in the world at least for today
but there is projects be called hyperledger, the projects that related with Banks.
Sometime in the future if this projects be successful will many Banks adopt bitcoin in their business
and all of Banks accept bitcoin.

Banks were only used now to do cash outs ,there's nothing yet that use for transaction exchange of bitcoin and banks, but soon bank will surely adapt bitcoin for its advancement and features . Though our wallets alone can do banks work offering a better features than banks, but we still need bank for us to cash out our money.
- Right, the bank can only be used for cash transactions, Bitcoin transactions are not possible. I think banks really want to accept bitcoin but they can not control and manage it, they have a lot of problems when they want to control bitcoin
- Until now, the technology for Bitcoin transactions is still a big problem for banks. Maybe in the future or soon, the appropriate technology for Bitcoin transactions will appear, it will help the bank to accept and easily control the Bitcoin transactions. Then we will be able to withdraw and send bitcoins around the world

I don't understand why someone would like to deposit BTCs at the bank. You don't need banks to control your Bitcoins or to store it. You just need the online and some offline services to move your Bitcoins to anywhere in virtual world. And if you want to convert it to cash, you just need to use an exchange and next you can deposit your money in the bank.
2887  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you have an idea to invest your bitcoin in offline business? on: April 19, 2017, 04:44:50 PM

Internet shop or cafe are really booming in the Philippines. Specially right now that it already end of school and beginning of summer. My offline business is still doing good at the moment and thanks to bitcoin, I was able to add a little cash flow on my mini store just in front of my home. But I'm still looking for another offline business and Internet cafe is one of it I'm just looking for a perfect place to put it up with. I'm saving around 1.5-2 BTC at the moment for capital startup.

In some areas only. A friend and I have my cafe with only 6 seats which we had planned to put up for months didn't work because the local government don't allow students to get inside our cafe until its 5PM. Our cafe only open at 5 in the afternoon and we're going to close at 12 midnight. Its not profitable with such situation and the students can now just browse the internet using their phones.

I think internet cafe with powerful computers is more interesting... As you said, internet anyone can access throught mobiles, but powerful computers are needed to play modern games which most people can't play at home because they don't have good computers, laptops, consoles.

The only problem is that these computers are very expensive. This way, probably you would have customers all day long.
2888  Economy / Economics / Re: The fiat-money bubble! on: April 19, 2017, 04:38:13 PM
I think Bitcoin and fiat can exist together very well, there isn't necessity to kill fiat to rise Bitcoin. It's not good to have only one main currency on the world, that can feed evil forces which can control the currency, and this way, they will control the world. When we have many currencies being used by different people it's harder to be controlled by others.

Decentralization can lead us to centralization anyway... The most powerful man in the world is the one who conquered the centralization by the decentralized way.
2889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: April 19, 2017, 03:54:54 PM

Regrets will always be in the end. You should have stop after loosing or maybe bet a little less on the next game than to put more in after loosing. Winning in gambling games is never guaranteed and I always keep that in mind whenever I play. Playing gambling is not wrong, it is the player or the people who makes gambling looks wrong. For people addicted in gambling, it is really hard for them to quit. In fact, I think it is not necessary for people to quit gambling, they just have to restrain themselves for playing and betting more to avoid loosing huge amount of money in the end.

i agree with you and many of gamblers have their regrets after they got big loss from gambling games. but this will not stop them to continue playing gambling, they think that they can recover their loss in gambling but i don't think its easy because the house will not let this happen and will prevent gamblers to win the games.

Giving up gambling is hard if you are addicted. I gamble a little, but I also don't trust gambling sites with a large amount of my money. If I lose a big bet, how do I know if it was a legitimate loss or if the site scammed me? For that reason, I will never wager large amounts.

That is why casinos use provably fair system, so you can check each bet you did, if it was legit or not... You can't defeat the house edge on long term, the casino will always make profit while most gamblers will lose their money. When you bet a big amount and lose it's not because the casino scammed you, but because they have better chances to win...
2890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: April 19, 2017, 04:26:03 AM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?

It's a new method to make online transactions in a decentralized way which we don't need to follow governments regulations like another internet businesses dealing with money like Paypal for an example. Bitcoin is a very important currency for who needs money and don't have chances in real life to make profit. Also, it's an easy way to earn money online, without give personal informations to the sites you need to move your money online.
2891  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Want to learn how to earn on HYIP read this on: April 19, 2017, 01:29:36 AM
Are you looking for sites where you can safely invest your money ?
there is no safe word for investing in hyip dude, what a joke

I mean, using insurance when investing is safe you always get over 50% of your investment if the HYIP fail.

In another words... You always lose 50% of your investment if the HYIP fails.

Started with 1 BTC, HYIP failed, recovered 0.5 BTC, invested again, failed, 0.25 BTC... Until the last satoshi.

Total loss.
2892  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Which faucets do people prefer? on: April 19, 2017, 01:14:40 AM
I liked daily faucets or 8-12 hours countdown faucets. I claimed 8000 satoshis at once and 1000-2000 satoshis on many other faucets twice a day. Doing two runnings every day I was able to earn 0.001 BTC, what valued $0.40 at that time. It was a nice amount of satoshis without effort.

Now there isn't any long countdown faucet, all of them are fast faucets to claim every 5-20 minutes or maximum 1-2 hours... I think people aren't interested to claim pennies every few minutes, at least the most faucet users of old days are not.
2893  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for small odds and ends jobs on: April 19, 2017, 12:57:06 AM
I think there isn't any problem if his account rank is newbie, it's not the rank what will mean someone's work is professional or not.

OP just need to show a portfolio with some logos and programming jobs he did in the past, if people like it they will hire him.

You can try some tasks sites where people are selling their services like fiverr, but in sites like this the payment rates are too low as people sell their service for cheap prices...
2894  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you have an idea to invest your bitcoin in offline business? on: April 19, 2017, 12:50:56 AM
if you wan offline business is much idea
you want big business or low business, still bitcoin business or outside bitcoin business
if low business and outside bitcoin business , you can try internet rent, photocopy if you location near campus, top up in smartphone, internet quota , restaurant and more

if you have much bitcoin you can open big business

your right ye its nice to think if you make your own business in outside . My idea first i trade bitcoin in peso because im here in Philippines and in our place need computer shop so i Make business computer shop it would be helpful for students

No doubt that internet business is still on peak and appealing to everyone here in the Philippines. And to tell you honestly, you don't need that much capital to established one unlike in the past. In less than or around BTC1 you can start an internet cafe here and with good numbers and specs of PC.

And there are also companies offering bundle package which you will pay on monthly basis. One good example is PisoNet packages of PLDT. You might want to check it.

How much does a computer cost there in Phillipines? If you are able to start an internet cafe with around 1 Bitcoin it's a very cheap business to run, also you need to have a physical store to start it or rent one. Is it really profitable and cheap to start?

2897  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: best way to invest about 80$ on: April 18, 2017, 10:18:01 PM
Hold the BTCs and wait the price hit a good price, so you sell it and wait the price down to buy again. That is asafe method...

Invest in a casino bankroll (it's different from gambling), that is the best method I know to earn safe passive income.

Search for offers on Securities section on this forum, there are good offers there which you can earn some interest.

2899  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Upgrade your mine and earn up to 15 000 satoshi a day. on: April 18, 2017, 09:35:28 PM
I added just a small feature while preparing the event. Your stats are updating every 5 seconds when you are mining. No need to refresh the page anymore. We will try to make more on more parts of the page dynamic to remove the site refresh for new information. Hope it makes it easier for you now Smiley

Nice.

Just something I'm not sure... Did you remove that limits for upgrades that we had before? I remember the maximum level for Dwarves upgrade was 15, right? Is it 15 yet or can we upgrade until 25 as the site shows?
2900  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 100$ week on: April 18, 2017, 09:32:08 PM
I don't suggest anyone to download this file. OP doesn't tell details about the offer, very unclear to understand the rules of this "promotion" and what wr are downloading, probably a virus or malware. Even if it's legit, the risk doesn't worth the $1 reward...
