2802  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: April 28, 2017, 01:26:50 AM
The most important question to ask about implementing the bitcoin as a one of the payment options in some store, is do you really want to get payed by your products with something that is actually not stable?
You cannot really count the bitcoin on the current market price, because it is obvious that it may go down a lot, cryptocurrency market is volatile and nothing can change that so far.
It is just not worth it to get payed in some unstable asset, you cannot risk that your company is going to lose some of their money just because some crypto price has decreased. The work needs to be continued, and the firm cannot just afford it, if it will make the future dependant from the bitcoin price.

I understand you say about the risks, but I think this worth a lot. Worth much more for whois receiving payments in BTC than for who is paying in BTCs. The person who receive the money in BTC can exchange the money instantly to fiat, preventing losses if the currency drop its price (what is hard to happen), but the store owner can hold it and I'm sure in long term he will have higher profit.

But the buyer will have less profit as he is using BTCs to buy instead of holding it...
2803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen to your BTC and alts if you died ? on: April 28, 2017, 12:15:06 AM
Before i turned 60 yrs old, i think my children are old enough to know and understand what i'm doing with cryptos so i will try to explain it to them to understand it more and i will give them a copy of all my private keys for my bitcoins and alts so if ever i died, they can get benefit to my savings by withdrawing it and selling or exchanging it into fiat.
If you are old then it is better if you meet someone who is trusted to make a will. Which contains your wallet password. You can give it to your brother or your child when you're dead

Even not being an old man everyone should does it... Nobody know what can happen on the next day, so you have to give your informations like passwords, logins to someone near you, someone you trust to make useful use of your money if you can't use it (if you die for example). For me it's not a problem as I let all my informations wrote on a notebook, trusted people near me have access to it and I'm sure they will use the money very well if I can't!
2804  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis mining is a scam and will no longer pay out coins DOGE STILL PENDING on: April 27, 2017, 11:46:12 PM
OP, going with Genesis Mining was the first mistake you did. Net s filled with threads and reviews of this service being total shit and yet you go and invest there.

What would you want us to do now?

So you telling them you ll spread the word online wont hurt them much. Sorry for your trouble, better luck next time.

I entered into a contract with them when I first got into cryptocurrency a couple of years ago.  Bad choice obviously but there is nothing I can do now except try to recover what I lost.

That is why it's a terrible deal to invest in something you will need to wait a lot of time to hit ROI... The best investments you start and withdraw/finish the investment anytime, so you don't need to hit ROI, since you started the investment you are already making profit, even being a low profit of few satoshis (depends how much you invested).
2805  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [BETA] BITFOOTBALL - Footbal manager game, with BTC earnings on: April 27, 2017, 11:15:13 PM
I wish you good luck, but don't promise what you can't afford to give this time or the same thing that happened with Virtual Pub will happen again...

Looks a nice project and I'm sure many people will join your new site, principally with soccer theme, that many people in the world loves, never saw any other faucet/site like this related to Bitcoins before.
2806  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Upgrade your mine and earn up to 15 000 satoshi a day. on: April 27, 2017, 11:07:46 PM
The marketplace doesnt allow to see who bought the resorces would be good to have some public history like the last 5-10 trades.

Do you think this is necessary? Would it help if you know who bought something?
--------------------------

The event is online. You are not able to take part in it yet but you are able to have a look on the site. You will see what you have to do and how much it will cost you. Tomorrow at 6pm UTC time you should be able to start with the event Smiley We are curious how it goes Tongue
To get there, click on the timer on the front page or go through the bulletin board.

The event contains 1.000.000 Gold which will be shared among the first 40 users. If it goes really good we might change it a bit and share it with everyone. We have not automated the payment yet, since we would like to see first how it goes.

Looked now. We need to forge weapons for the Dwarven King fight the Orcs invaders.  Smiley

How long will take this event? All the 40 first players on rank will get equals parts from the 1.000.000 gold division?

Do we earn something by crafting the weapons besides the final reward in gold?

I dont see the counter at all i were able to find the details there, and well sounds pretty good, 1 milion gold is a good incentive.

Suppose that 10 people does forge the 42 weapons they will split the 1 milion gold? Equal or equivalent the weapons they contributed?

I think we will need to forge more than 42 weapons to receive the reward, as it's daily.

Taking your post as reference, I ask how many weapons are produced for each hour of crafting work?

Please, tell me, is it $0.10 for each share? like $0.10 for one twitter share + $0.10 for one FB share?

Or $0.10 for one twitter and FB share together?

2812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Secret of Good Strategy - CryptoMoedas on: April 26, 2017, 04:56:47 AM
The only way to win with betting sites is to have a lot more patience and emotional balance, if the person does not have these two factors nothing she does will guarantee you profits in your strategies.

Patience, emotional balance and luck, without luck we can't have any profit with this kind of game. You can have all the world patience and emotional balance, but it won't be enough to make the numbers appear at your favour... And even being a lucky person I doubt a bit you can have success on long term, after several hours, days or weeks playing. People are lured to believe gambling is an option to become rich, but it's not.
2813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is Gold 2.0 – What humanity has been waiting for centuries on: April 26, 2017, 04:45:02 AM
I agree with op that bitcoin is a good investment but only for time being. But bitcoin should not be compared with gold. Both are different. Gold has two uses . It can be used as an investment as well as for ornamental purpose. Whatever happen gold has got its own value. But bitcoin is not like that. If tomorrow any genius software engineer develop something better than bitcoin, everybody will leave bitcoin behind. You cannot predict its price.

That's true... Bitcoin is more risky than gold investment. Technology is always being improved, and even faster than before. In the future someone can creates a better Crypto-Currency which can replaces Bitcoin with many advantages convincing big holders to migrate to the new currency lefting the Bitcoin. It can happen and as you said, we can't predict it and it's price.

Gold is material, Bitcoin is virtual, the safest way to keep wealthy is by keeping material stuff, especially when we are talking about gold or any other precious metal/jewel/mineral.
2814  Other / Archival / Re: True Flip - Become a shareholder of world's largest blockchain lottery on: April 26, 2017, 01:21:32 AM
Interesting offer, I never invested in a ICO before, I would like to try, but as Thomasven comment above says it doesn't inspire much confidence in investors, looks too risky. I agree the values OP showed are exaggerated and not realistic.
2815  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buy a wife with bitcoins on: April 26, 2017, 12:13:39 AM
HAHAHAhaha, now wifes became a product.. Now we can "buy them", oh sorry "buy it" with money..

Old is gold... first century is coming back....

It always worked this way in the east, the old times aren't coming back, they just never have gone away.  Cheesy

In some cultures old men can marriage young girls, even childs and it's ok... And if there is money involved, better for the parents who just want to earn some easy money by selling their daughters. I don't endorse such traditions, but that is what happens...
2816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was the value of 1 Bitcoin when you first mined/purchased? on: April 25, 2017, 11:15:52 PM
Near $400, a bit lower, maybe $360-$370... It wasn't much time ago, two years ago only, that was a good time to buy Bitcoins and enjoy the profit now after 2 years, unfortunatelly I was just starting, didn't know well about Bitcoin and had some fear if it was really sustainable on long term and safe. Now I regret to don't buy Bitcoins on that time...
2817  Economy / Speculation / Re: War is coming on: April 25, 2017, 09:35:34 PM
It has not been on the medias first. Medias republished the story but nice try...

Media republishes lies and inaccurated news.

Tv make the human brain dirty. Most humans are too weak to not be affected by the TV.

Yes, that is why Hillary had so many votes.

Brief better to stay on topic as to will a possible war will affect the bitcoin price...

Ok. Trump success is the America success which represents the civilized world success also, which means free speech guaranteed for all and individual decisions respected since it doesn't affect other's lifes. If there were a war, what is improbable to happen, it wouldn't last forever and if the good forces win this war, everything would become better than before after some time, probably rising the Crypto-Currency adoption.

The thing with the internet news which is good and bad is that there is no censorship nor verification if the article is true or not.  Lots of writers exaggerate to the point it even kills the articles purpose.  All they aim is to have a view in order for the site to be monetized.  Anyway,  I never believe trump ever endorse Bitcoin, and maybe war will happen, maybe not.  Let us just enjoy the peaceful days rather than terrorizing our mind with world war thought.

There are sites and sites, related politic decentralized sites built reputation on last years and are much more trustworthy than media sponsored by billionary "philanthropists" and another people trying to look humanitarian on front of cameras.

It's always better to avoid the war, but when the enemy knows you will avoid it forever, they will do what they want with you...
2818  Economy / Speculation / Re: War is coming on: April 25, 2017, 09:06:37 PM
Trump is mental ill, and it's not me who say it, it is doctors specialist. Why do you guys keep to continue believing US medias ? Specially when you know they lie. I know what kind of shit they make you drink. Now you are in trouble with this guy, and believe it or not, he doesn't give a shit to the citizens. If you read the book "Manufacturing Consent" from Noam Chomsky, you won't watch TV anymore LOL... Good luck with Trump !

I think yes all this drama will have an impact on the bitcoin value. As well there is the french election currently wich can also make something to the bitcoin value, I know there are lot of people waiting this to see what's going to happen

Look the contradiction on your post. You believe the doctor "specialist" announced by the media as an irrefutable fact, but accuses who endorses Trump to be manipulated by the same media?

I know the big media lies, that is one of the reasons to endorse Trump and any other who has courage to challenge mainstream corporations and forces of this world. The internet is here to help us find informations the media doesn't say.

The old leftist attempt to intimidate people by saying "don't watch TV" doesn't work anymore, the information now is decentralized and it's on the internet.
2819  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Click4hash on: April 25, 2017, 07:04:19 PM
How much are the rates between th/s and Bitcoin?

Example: How much each th/s values in BTC?

PTC sites usually die very fast and scam people, especially when you take few weeks to reach minimum withdraw amount. The only PTCs I see surviving for many years are Neobux and ClixSense, unfortunatelly not paying in Bitcoins.
2820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of the money on: April 25, 2017, 06:57:53 PM
i stared gambling  months before and i had played game on freebitco.in for a long time and won over  0.6 bitcoin. that's much for me and the reason why i love gambling
Congratulations on your win, I hope you it will last. My experience is not better because in the end I just lose but I forget it already. The last time I win was when I hit a big parlay, I cash out like half of a btc and was really happy that time but if I will calculate it against my loses I'm still behind.
That is the thing with gambling, you keep chasing wins but you keep losing and finally when you win you realize that you are still behind, there are only two things gambler do at the time, some realizing this never gamble again and some others decide to keep playing to earn back the money they lost.

Usually those gamblers losing much money on their bets, after lose all their money they come back again with a higher bankroll trying to retrieve all the money lost before. But it's impossible to recover everything, and it becomes a big trouble without end... It's better to stay away and never gamble again than continue trying to recover the money. What you lost it's lost, forget about it...
