3761  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner USB group buy REOPENED! (previous customers only!) .175 per unit! on: August 01, 2013, 10:20:57 PM
i bought from you before and sold it ,can i buy now at .175 btc .
Thank you.

correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't you sell yours before i shipped it?

yes i did , i hope you consider me as previous customers as i bought from you and sold it again because i need the money that time .

complicated. i mean, yes, in the strictest sense, you are. but then do i deny the person you sold to? seems unfair to them. of course, denying you seems unfair to you...

i honestly don't know. as long as we're considering this limited in number of units available, i think i have to see only those who actually received units.

I agree, if you sold you shouldnt be eligable, but whoever received the unit should be.  That is why I am asking if there is room to bring me in.
3762  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner USB group buy REOPENED! (previous customers only!) .175 per unit! on: August 01, 2013, 10:19:36 PM
I was a part of the original group buy but also sold to someone before shipped to me.  I would be interested in getting in at this new price and would put up some coin to cover others expenses before they order so that we can get this order in sooner rather than later.

I fully understand that I sold before shipment, and that that should remove me from taking place in this.  If there is room please consider bringing me in, otherwise its fine and dont worry about it, but just know that I can cover others expenses and get the full order paid for immediately.

I think your prices need to be worked on.

I ordered the 32,000 PPS for a week package for .896 Btc.  I estimated that I needed around 100 XPM to make my ROI (or even get close) at current prices.  So far (in about 2 days) I have made 5.  At this rate I will have somewhere around 20 or 25 XPM by the end of the package, effectively losing about 75% of my investment.  This is just my observation so far, I think that this far in is a pretty good estimate of what I will make at this rate.

I am a little curious though as yesterday I was making more than .02 XPM per block, but today I am only getting around .01 to .015 per block.  Can anyone tell me with 32,000 PPS if this is abiout what I can expect to be getting as there is no way for me to determine if I am actually getting 32,000 PPS or not.

This is all my personal observation, owner is helpful and a nice guy, but prices are extremely high and at current levels people are dreaming if they think they will hit ROI.

We have made some tweaks in your account, and you can feel free to message me progress reports so I can know where to go, at any time. We are now implementing some new things to track the progress, and if user reaches lower than share values, we will auto run with new script to start testing until we hit the happy medium. Ypool has made major changes, even after your sign up, and we are finding a close way to bring you more value. How is your progress going so far? Seeing improvements?

I am now getting half of what I was getting yesterday, currently making about .006 per block.  Have only gotten about .5 of an XPM on the day.

3766  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: (WTS) One of my Mining Rigs on: July 26, 2013, 03:35:52 AM
The rig is at my friends house, I cannot get over there to take pictures.  Escrow is fine if you feel uncomfortable.  But if you just want to know what they look like a quick google search will turn up pictures of what they are.
3767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: yPool.net XPM Pooled CPU Mining!!! on: July 26, 2013, 12:01:48 AM
I am wondering why the miner isn't working with Windows.  I downloaded it and tried to run it and it said it was not compatible with my version of windows.  I have 64 bit windows 7.  I tried both versions and got the same error message with both.  Is there another way to do this?

Here is what I am doing, I download the miner and move the .exe file to a new folder.  Then I create a notepad file with
jhPrimeMiner.exe -o http://ypool.net:10034 -u <username>.<workername> -p <password>
in it (filing in my details of course) and saving it in the same folder as an .exe file.  I then run my notepad file and I get the error message.  Is there something I am not doing right?

How much for the 3gpus?

Give me an offer, they are also on Craig's list, currently priced at $270 ea.  I have to run everything by my partner, but am open to offers.
3769  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Butterfly Labs ASIC Jalapeno 5 GH/s * In Hand * on: July 23, 2013, 09:45:59 PM
could be himself, or more often than not, its people who arent really intending to pay and to try to scam him out of it, a lot of scams for mining equipment happens on ebay.  Anyone willing to pay more than 1 to 1.5 Btc per GH/s deserves this unit and anything else they will pay for, they are gamblers, and at this rate, it probably wont pay off for them.

I will go to 6.1 Btc w/ escrow
3770  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Butterfly Labs ASIC Jalapeno 5 GH/s * In Hand * on: July 23, 2013, 09:06:07 PM
Is this an auction or a for sale thread?  Because you need to put a price if it isn't an auction, otherwise please state auction rules and move to auction subthread

Only 7 more days! It's probably safe to assume BFL's lawyers are working on the wording of the lawsuit.

Do you need a defense accountant?  I know I am not a lawyer, but this case seems so easy that even a lowly accountant should be able to defend you (If it helps I do have dreams of getting my JD one day).  Of course I offer all services pro bono, as I feel that the fine folks getting defended is payment enough from a corrupt company.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding my offer as well as our day in court.
3774  Economy / Computer hardware / (WTS) One of my Mining Rigs on: July 16, 2013, 07:20:24 PM
I am looking to part ways with one of my mining rigs currently.  Either need to part out or take everything but the hard drive as it is my buddies.

It has...

2 x 7950 MSI edition
1 x 7950 Gigabyte edition
2 x 5850 Radeon edition (not sure what is wrong with one, but it runs SHA256 at just under 200 hashes, idk why, has done that since i got it)

MSI 990FXA-GD80 Socket AM3+ AMD 990FX DDR3 CrossFireX & 3-Way SLI SATA3 and USB 3.0 A&GbE ATX Motherboard
      - Has a AMD processor in it, (not sure which one, but nothing special, was 40 dollars new)
      - I believe it has 8 gigs of RAM in it as well. (Good for Scrypt coins)

1000 Watt PSU (I think it is Coolmax, but not sure, def 1000W though)

The reason I am not sure about some stuff is that it is currently, and has been for a few months since we built it, over at my buddies house.  We are each half owners and offers will  have to be considered by both of us before accepted.  If you would like clarification please let me know and I can look into it, but really the above specs give a thorough picture of rig.

I have a few more GPU's that I will post when I get home and look what model they are.

All offers will be considered, parts will be shipping from 66062, KS, so please figure shipping (paid by you) from there.  If you want to do escrow that is on you, I have worked before with and without it, so please set it up if interested, but you pay expenses for it.

Thanks
3775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Play or Invest : 1% House Edge : Banter++ on: July 13, 2013, 02:05:54 PM
I cannot access the site from my computer, only from my phone.  When I try to go to just-dice from my computer there is a message that is telling me "No."

I'm sorry about that.  Someone has been attacking the site by continually reconnecting to it.  If you connect over and over it will temporarily block your IP address.  Like you say, using a device with a different IP address will fix the problem, as will waiting for the block to expire.

Or just contact me using the email address in the 'contact' section of the FAQ and I can manually unblock your IP address.

Thanks for responding, it seems to be fixed now.  May I suggest that instead of just showing a blank page that says "No." perhaps add a short description such as something like, due to large number of requests your IP has been temporarily banned, or something of that nature.  It is just a little worrisome for a new person to your site who just sent money in to not be able to access the site without an explanation.

I am curious what the theory is behind after I get the coins, is it more profitable to sell them as soon as I acquire them or hold on to them?

On one hand, you can make sure that you get the profits from whatever coin your mining if you sell right away, but on the other, waiting can allow the value to increase or also decrease and the coin can die.  I was just wondering if anyone else had any insight or theory about holding vs selling right away.

Is the site down?  This is my first time working with Just-Dice and I was trying it out and sent .18 bitcoins to my account, waited about 30 minutes and still didn't see anything in my account, and now when I reload the page all that I am getting is a single word in the top right that just says "no."

What does this mean?  I am not too happy that I sent coins and then all of a sudden I just get a random page that says No to me.

Edit: I can get to the site from my phone and login to my account. So what's going on from my computer?

Are you still having problems logging in to the site?
