Plz come and help us at  Suprnova's Pool!
I am getting over 25% more there then on MPH but we need more hash-rate - Come on and see yourself! :-)

Thank for all of u that came- as you can see we are finding blocks as we should, Luck is on our side- 3 block last 24HR and this is only with 1Ghs!, pls bring more miners and we all get more for our Rigs!

On suprnova for a computer doing ~13 MH/s is it best to use the low diff or high diff port?
I use High diff- it will self adjust (starting from 32 and will go down).

Ok great, thanks for the reply Smiley

Hi all,
Any more suggestions to my issue? Using sniffdog multi algo miner, was using afterburner at 75%, +75 mem / clock.
One of 4 cards resets its settings at some point to 100% +0/0 while the other three run fine.
Original suggestion was it was an OC issue, but continues to happen at 75% +0/0 mem / clock.

Thank you
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: October 11, 2017, 10:17:03 PM
BTC rose. . . alts didn't reach new lows as they had been. . . Pattern broken

People sold their alts and bought BTC expecting free moneyz after the fork... simple as that...

Same as the time before. It will return to ‘normal’.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mine new coin: VoteCoin - equihash, very low difficulty now on: October 11, 2017, 11:42:58 AM
can you please tell us how you transfered the money i tried everything still can't move it from ubuntu to windows ... eitehr T or Z address do not work .. rebuilding index doesn't help ... wtfff votecoin should be called scamcoin

Everything working like a charm.
Describe specifically what your problem is.

We've setup much temp wallets at start for miners and already send them their rewards.
I've also test myself linux and win versions, and they are working flawless, both t and z wallets.

That's make your post looks like a fud.

I agree
All working fine for me.
FUD elsewhere.

Guys any better coin to see....... Looks like we are on a very low time...... nothing seems really profitable...
2$ a day ...... it's not a profit for home miner...
Any options .... suggestions...

Pick a few short block time algos and use a profit switcher on a pool like zpool or miningpoolhub is an easy way for now till something pops up.
It's certainly not the most profitable, but been stable for the past while.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: October 11, 2017, 07:50:55 AM
Yeah it's an algo switcher.
Was on +74 mem/clock.
Will give it a try with +50.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: October 11, 2017, 07:41:52 AM
Anybody have any idea what may be causing this issue?
Using sniffdog miner, and occasionally one card in my rig will reset its Afterburner power limit settings and go to 100% until I apply the 75% setting again.

The card is unstable, need to lower OC settings.

Will give it a try, thanks.

Signatum block today is over... I think many people come to the magnatum... I hope  Grin Grin Grin

Well diff has doubled since yesterday so it should means there are more miners...

mining a shit coin

1 month left go to the moon Smiley

This coin has unlimited emissions, in a year 130 million.

It is premature to think about the moon, you need to think about the fact that a coin can die  Cheesy

IF THEY DONT LIMIT THIS SHIT COIN

GGWP

Needs a limit for sure

I have been mining ZEN on Zhash and Luckpool.  My stats are below:

So an average of $36.80 per day.  On luckpool it was $24.65 per day, on Zhash it was $41.18, so that's why I switched back.

It was done using 15x 1080Ti and 2x 1070Ti.  To make it easy, lets just say it was done with 16x 1080Ti.  That works out to $2.3 per card, which I think is about all anyone is going to make using a 1080Ti atm unfortunately.  I'm using a ZEN value of $8.14.

Those seem like pretty horrid numbers...

sniffdog, 3.8/card last day,not happy.
How do you get $5/card?

sniffdog, 3.1 per card last day, just 18 hours worked, cause some night troubles.
Not $5/card, but at least better than zec.
Can you possibly share your settings please?
Is that on zpool, MPH or Hashrefinery by the way?
I'd like to get Sniffdawwgg to work on my rig of 1080's. Wasn't able to find where the intensities where hidden in the powershell scripts but maybe folks here can shed some light on that.

I think my settings will be useless for you.. I just added my account on MPH to default settings, delete couple algos(I've been crashed on them  Huh), and set interval to 300 after benchmarking. That's all.
I use all available pools, ahashpool and your list.

By the way, I tried to find intensities too, but not success on it... I think my cards crash on some algos, cause intensity is too high for them.
Just edit the ps1 files in miners folder

Any advice on what intensities to put on each algo? I'm running Sniffdog on standard settings at the moment on all 4 pools.

Note - MPH has a 0.003 BTC withdrawal charge! I guess I'll leave my balance in there for a while so it's less of a hit in my pocket rather than withdrawing every week.

I only have 1 x 1080Ti and am getting around £2.50 - £3 per day. I'm going to try a few different approaches in the next couple of days to see if I can get it any higher.

For me, I found the withdrawals took too long mining on all 4 pools. So narrowed it down to the two I noticed the miner was choosing most frequently at the time (Ahash and Zpool).

What is actually the best coin for mining with a GTX 1080 ?

Votecoin looks promising.

do they have a thread? the one on ANN is practically empty
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2137717.0

edit: found it
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2137705.0

how many votecoins can you get per 1080ti atm?

So many people jumping in it's hard to say. It was 500, but now it's more like 200-250

please dont pollute this thread with your shitcoin.

Mate it's all about sharing ideas and letting people make their own decisions so please don't pollute this thread with your toxicity.
Just because you don't like the idea of the coin, doesn't mean it will or won't be profitable for somebody.
If we all just stuck to mining the top 10 coins and never tried new entries, it would be a pretty stale and boring community.

nope, you bought and/or mine that crap and now you want to make money with it, fine. But read the topic again "1080Ti Specific - Best mining option". Your shitcoin is NOT a good mining option for ANY GPU and you know it. Also, NO,not many people are jumping on that coin, only a few clueless kids. Im not saying you will lose money, you probably will even make money, but this doesnt belong here, and again, you know it.

Yes I mine it, didn't buy into the ICO, and of course I want to make money off it. Somebody told me about SIGT on here when it was a few days old, and I made a very good profit off that. Just hoping to let others know it's out there and hopefully they can do the same. It's gone from 100k to 370k sol/s in ~2 days, more than a few kids if it keeps growing at this rate.
It could turn out to be a worthless coin yes, but mining it is for the people who learn of it's existence to decide if they want to take a gamble on it.

Ultimately, i'm letting people know what I am mining currently, think could be profitable to mine, and hope that in turn people will also share the knowledge of what they find / are mining.

It's a thread about the best fucking mining option

He linked a token sale. . .

It's also a mineable coin and they are doing a small sale at the same time.
