381  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲Tower.bet 🎲🔥 - New Platform arrived 🎲Play Crash & HiLo 🎲Contests 🎲 on: February 28, 2020, 01:47:16 PM
It is impressive how quick of a turn you guys did with the new game addition. Since the launching of this you guys proud yourselves in a great new custom-designed platform which at the time was accessible by invite only, is this something you're thinking to scrap off in the future such that everyone can access it?

If not then what are you future plans, and how are you going to get more people on board as last time I check the community was ~ 1000 people?

We are happy that you have noticed our progress. At this stage of our development we are going to keep invite mode only.
Everyone who are willing to join our games can do it via the link in private message. We appreciate the involvement and interest to our platform.

"They talked about why they are currently invite-only over and over again, simply get to page 3 of this thread. They also stated that they will lift the invite only barrier as soon as they feel comfortable with the performance of the games and the site itself.
I am sure that we are not far away from this milestone, the site is very responsive and the games are fun to play. Btw they even talked about hosting a sig campaign here at BTT to attract new users "

We're considering sig campaign for the future. We will be sharing feedback.

I received invite on email.
Would be nice to see another promo for collection of TWG  Grin

I'm surprised to see complaints about WinDice's support. From my experience, guys are doing great job in managing another good gambling site. Their mods are responsive and helpful, and I can't imagine they are ignoring someone for no reason. Have they scammed anyone? I don't think so. And that's what important. As for the possible minor mistakes in communication, no one is immune to mistakes, no one is perfect.

I agree with you in that the team is usually quite fast and efficient at responding and helping out.

So just like you I'm surprised this even happened, though still, if these mistakes did happen then at least there's a feedback the team can work on and make sure this won't re-occur! Either way it's good to leave these comments as these can be addressed in a constructive way.

Team is good and admin is very friendly  Grin
383  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value on: February 27, 2020, 11:15:58 PM
Bitdice announced that it will use a part of the 25% of the collected ICO funds for

"Aquiring necessary licenses to be able to operate with fiat currencies as a traditional gambling entity across as many regions as possible."

Since when does Bitdice operate with fiat currencies?

They do not accept fiat.

You removed your previous post and posted again because? Pretty ridiculous in my opinion...

Anyway, we haven't claimed we accept fiat and neither has the 25% that was dedicated for that and other business expansion been depleted yet so I don't know what kind of a point you are trying to make.

You're pretty pathetic to be honest, trying to just get attention by posting again when you don't get any responses lol.

Edit: To add, BitDice is actually well within budget regarding business expansion despite the image joksim is trying (and failing) to build.

Investors are well at loss.
Bitdice spent 348651$ in salaries while they built nothing since ICO. Total of 2,000,000$ investors money successfully transfered to the Bitdice team.
Investors are paying for owner traveling, overpay server rent and office rent.
Most investors are gambling away worthless CSNO
Q4 report is now published at https://medium.com/@BitDice/bitdice-casino-quarterly-report-q4-2019-1464449bc3cf

Its pretty clear where Bitdice is heading

Is it just me or this lottery competition seems a bit off - I mean look at the entry price and then compare that to the prize money for the 3rd place, too me it makes it almost unattractive to enter the competition
knowing that I'll probably not get on neither the 1st nor 2nd place.

I suppose those that just want to play for the thrill don't mind this so much, but I like to winning and I try to go when I've got the best odds  Grin

The vast majority of the lottery prize goes to the player in first place, whereas second and third place still get more than their ticket cost.

Also, this isn't the final values, a good proportion of lottery tickets are sold during the final few hours when people have seen how big the pot is.

In any case, a lot of people get lottery tickets given to them for free from the live chat, so these guys can essentially win the whole pot for nothing.

I do not know why it isn't popular since its house edge free.

Thank you for the detailed explanation! The fact that the comission is paid only on the net profit really calms me down. Could you please also explain the dilution fee in details?

What is the dilution fee?
To encourage long-term investments, a stable bankroll size and to reward earlier investors, there is a dilution fee of 2 % on all investments. This fee is split proportionally among all bankroll investors, including the new investor. Consequently the effective fee is always lower than 2 %.

After all this, uou know whats gonna happen now, do not try to play with MOBILE, only with u IPs home, because with mobile if they see that there are 2 IPS (public wifi) at same time login or playing with FJ,, now FJ has a great excuse to avoid pay the withdrawals.
From the investigation disclosure of FJ above, if I understand FJ's investigation and judgement approaches, what you said is not right.

You don't have to worry about any second user who play on your same IP address because there are many things FJ will consider before going to final judgement on multi accounting.

- IP addresses: both ones used for account creations and log-ins.
- Betting behaviours: are the same or different.
- Relations between log-in periods of suspected accounts.
- Maybe more.

I believe you and others will be safe if you create your account at home, then go to public Wifi to bet. There are other FJ's users bet on the public wifi but if they don't find any prove of same betting behaviours, you will be safe.

FJ investigate through some grouped IPs, not only one.

Of course, it's still a bad idea to play at public wifi to prevent any suspection.

The best way to prevent this is to not play on FJ!
389  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value on: February 24, 2020, 09:48:02 PM
BitDice is doing well (for the team), now bankroll alone should be worth over total amount collected in ICO, we can't check since it is not public anymore.
Only investors are at huge loss of 70% (bit dice claims they but tokens at 50% of ICO price) and market cap of CSNO is just above 2,800,000$ according to Etherscan (https://etherscan.io/token/0x29D75277aC7F0335b2165D0895E8725cbF658d73?a=0xc4bf32fed731ffde7d71874ea39c208833fdac3e) and how are things developing investors will pay server rent and legal expenses (over ~$500,000 spent investors money to not open bank account is crazy) until depleted.
Where is the accounting showing that Bitdice paid 500,000 USD to not open bank account?

A portion of the collected crypto currencies were sold for USD, so Bitdice must have a bank account?

They wrote that in official statement posted by Boxxob:

I am posting this answer on behalf of the management:

Due to business nature, it was hard to predict all the obstacles that had arisen. It's almost impossible to open a bank account for crypto-related companies in the EU, not to mention gambling as business activity. As an example, attempts to fix an agreement with Wirecard related to fiat payments processing took almost a year and finally ended in vain due to circumstances that were out of the team's control.

Moreover, at one point it has been decided to cease certain activities until the launch of the new website, which is currently under the final stage of development.

Amount spent strictly on legal matters according to reports is over $100k (reports can be found at https://medium.com/@BitDice/), I said $500k because of facilitated amounts they mention in reports

At top of that investors pay developers and team salaries of over 15,000$ per month to work on nothing and deliver nothing for three years.

392  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCDice.io - New dice site, fast rolls, instant withdrawals - INVEST on: February 22, 2020, 01:54:40 PM
It would be great to get some feedback on an idea we've been thinking of.

We are planning on introducing a new token which is mined by betting.

This token will not have an ICO and will have no pre-mining.

Every time you make a bet you will mine some amount of tokens, from an Ethereum smart contract.
Each week the difficulty will increase.

Every 24 hours we will take a percentage of commission from the bankroll profit and distribute to token holders who stake their tokens.

Token holders will be able to use their tokens to claim bonuses, pay for fees, unlock special features and trade.

The site would use a percentage of it's profit each week to buy back tokens and burn them. All tokens used to pay fees and claim bonuses will also be burned.

I think these ideas could be a great way for players to get rewards for playing and also a way to slowly build up trust and a bankroll.

What do you guys think?

Good idea, any sort of bonus is good

Terrible news. At least you could had allowed current investors to keep their investment. Eventually you would had achieved your goal of decreasing the investments from "outsiders" anyway, but this way you would at least let those that helped you grow stay with you, while still getting a fee from their investment profit. I'm very disappointed.

I think it's reasonable to be disappointed, but I also think it's reasonable for them to change terms or cancel investments (even if abruptly). A bankroll investment sort of has this nice liquidity aspect, where you can pull your funds at any time -- but i think it's fair that that cuts both ways. I'd obviously feel very different if the investment was some sort of tokens or stake of the actual business but you (or at least me) don't invest in a site because it'll be profitable in the future, but because it's currently worth the risk/reward.

When I ran my casino, I always just had a private bankroll as I had enough funds that I could do that, and I suspect as crowd funded casinos themselves make enough money "going private" is just a sort of natural end and a positive outcome (compared to something that keeps investors up at night: exit-scam risk).

I think the other natural end would be the casino keeps increasing the commissions to the point that it still makes sense for them to keep having a crowd funded bankroll (e.g. 75%+ commissions on profit). I've always wondered if that would be preferable? Or would just generate too much bad will

It's better this way than to 'force' current and future investors to convert/invest into ICO in exchange for some sort of tokens and end up with way more than you initially invested.
BitDice is good example, they offered investors bonuses to buy tokens that will pay dividend and then become quiet and did almost nothing good for the site in past three years, you can find more information on what happened in linked thread.
