You need to check the ping to the pool server. If it is more than 100 ms, then look for another server that is closest to you geographically. If you live in Europe, then try the server eu1 or eu2 for Ethermine pool.

So I have stayed with using CryptoDredge for my mining software. Software is very stable and easy to use. Spent a week trying different coins/wallets/pools. I really love the idea of zpool and wanted to make that work for my situation, but I find it just does not give me anyway to break even or get ahead. For coin selection - Bitcoin Diamond was the clear leader when it came to income. For pools I ended up choosing Minerscore (small but reasonable). If my current calculations are accurate I can mine roughly $1.40 of this coin each week. Hopefully the coin will appreciate over time as I expect, so that it is worth the time and effort. I hope this is helpful to someone getting started.
I'm using T-Rex miner for Ravencoin. I tried CryptoDredge and Z-ENEMY, but T-Rex is the best. It seems to me that it is a better solution for mining for this card, at least according to whattomine calculator. Honestly, they gave a different result to other coins but for me, CryptoDredge gives me more improvement on hashing to x22i algo compared to other miner. Z-enemy gives me more hashrate in mining RVN coin and T-rex I don't have much experience to use this miner I tested this miner before with ravencoin but gives me low hashrate compared to z-enemy. According to my last experience, CryptoDredge is one of the best miners for Nvidia cards for MTP algo (Zcoin). It works perfectly even on multi GPU rigs.

Hey guys , does Eth Enlargement Pill work with CryptoDredge on 1080ti's for this new Algo ? i think i read it someplace
My GTX1080 with GDDR5+ memory crashes when I'm trying to start ETH Enlargement pill while Zcoin mining. As I understood it is useless for MTP algo.

The water itself is a dielectric and will not harm equipment. But due to the fact that there is always dust and dirt on it, they, dissolved by water, create parasitic electrical contacts that will inevitably destroy your video cards. I advise you to immediately turn off the equipment and thoroughly clean it, not only from the water but also from the oxides that are on the boards. This can be done with a clean cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

What is the hashrate for MTP on a RX580 ?
I have about 700-900 h/s on RX470/570/480/580 on different rigs with overclocking similair to Ethereum mining (GPU Core is slightly increased).

the link for 1.1.7 in Github download a file displaying 1.1.6... There are different releases of miners because they have different sizes. I think that developper didn't change the number of release in compiled version 1.1.7.

I can confirm that this version is even better than CryptoDredge. The only thing that one instance of the program is working with only one GPU. It is not so convenient to use it on multi GPU configurations.

Do you have any plans to add support of MTP algo for ZCpin mining? It is very profitable at the moment and there is no good software for AMD cards.

Your miner is the best for Ravencoin at the moment. I'm sure that you are able to add MTP algo support in your miner to compete CryptoDredge and show the best performance for ZCoin.
|
|
|
Please add support for MTP algo for AMD cards. There is no good mining software available for ZCoin at the moment for AMD GPUs.

There are a lot of blocks. Look here: https://xmr.nanopool.org/blocks. I'm using Nanopool for Monero mining almost one year - it is a good choice with no fraud.

Your miner is the best on the market for MTP algo at the moment. There is no comparable software for AMD cards. Maybe you can add support for AMD Ellsmere cards to your miner?

MTP algo becomes one of more profitable for GPUs and there is a need for such miners. It is suitable to have a Windows version for the majority of the miners.

Well, Mr Andrucrypt, you've got work to do again since the release of CryptoDredge... There's approx 100% performance to be gained to be about on par with Pascal cards (at least for Vegas that is)... Come on, enough xmas turkey for you, get back to work! No more plans for MTP this year Probably only fee lowering to default scheme and release with x16rt support. I'm waiting for new releases of your miner. MTP is very profitable at the moment, but there is no good miner for AMD cards that can be compared with CryptoDredge for Nvidia.

Your miner looks good. There is a need for such software because of huge volatility on the market and absence of the leaders in the mining industry, as it was earlier with Ether.

It is possible to use Nicehash miner, XMRStack and Finminer. But you have to know that usually, it is better to use different miners for different coins and devices. It gives more profit and reliability.

I tried to use nvidia-smi -dm 0 and one of my cards become with 43 error, I changed again it to working state with command nvidia-smi -dm 1. I continue to use both nvidiainspector (650-700 mV for GTX1060 3 GB) and MSI Afterburner (PL 65 for P106-100) to undervolt my cards and there is no problem.
