I think that if tokens continue to be burned it is beneficial for holders, it does not matter that they are listed in an Exchange, I think that they should continue to burn more and more, the more they are limited the better because the supply decreases and the demand will increase, it is law.

There are 3 ways that tokens are burned (auction, gambling with bfg and losing, and team is also burning a big chunk). And because they haven't even hinted that they would stop that in the future, i don't think that this is a concern.

A lot of BFG tokens burned, but that does not increase stacking reward (actually stacking reward the amount had decreased), but only increased mining prices. Why then they burned tokens? They made its value greater, but lowered reward. I thought it would be more balanced after burning.

Reward amount has only decreased in altcoin pairs. If you count it in dollars, dividends have stayed more or less the same, And have you considered the fact that there way more tokens are being mined them burned? So the total amount isn't decreasing, it's still increasing. Growth it just slower because of the burning.
383  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: February 09, 2021, 07:07:28 AM
    So, let's speculate

How much do you think these tokens will be worth when they are fused to one and are listed in exchange?

If we take auction burnings as an indicator:

At the current average rate it would first seem that they are selling tokens around $0.06, but as their average doesn't seperate BFG(btc) and BFG(trx), so this is useless indicator if we want to calculate BFG(btc). Everyone knows that BFG(btc) will be more during the swap and they have been worth more in auction too.

So how could be determine the value?

    • One indicator could be mining costs with settings like "95% change to win". (Has someone done the math on this?)
    • Other indicator would obviously be dividends, and i am not sure about this but it seems that cash inflow of gambling has been roughly stayed same in dollars while dropped in btc. (Dropping in BTC value is probably one of the reasons people are dumping as they see BTC rising more then dividends they would get in here
    • Then there's the Trust factor. And by that i mean, that worth of these tokens raise, as the betfury site matures. As more time will pass by and more people start to trust the site.

My wild guess is that more people are willing pay at least what they would make in a year in dollars worth by holding, then there are people willing to sell what they are making in a year by holding the tokens.

With burnings involved, i would go as far as one coin being worth at least 2 years of dividends that it pays and that's currently roughly $0.07, or is my maths completely messed up in here?

Please gimme your estimation on the token price and how you arrived to that conclusion.[/list]

What a bunch of cry babies about the free $50 btc. When you go to the site it clearly states how to get the $50. It does not even have a "name" for it as you say it because that is what the complaint was a long time ago. A bunch of people said they didn't like the name "welcome bonus" because you don't get it immediately when you sign up. So they removed the name, but of course internet always finds a way to complain.

    ...

Yeah, i don't get what this complaining is. It's perfectly normal and anyone who is visited in mores then one of these gambling sites would assume that any signup bonus comes with conditions. Usually at least with 1:1 deposit and at least 50x wager amount. I've seen way more dishonest advertising then this. At least Earnbet is telling us what those bonus conditions are.
387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Simplest Question: Where do I get bitcoins on: February 06, 2021, 07:17:37 PM
If OP is newb (and he is). I would consider using coinbase instead of binance. Binance can be too overwhelming for people who don't know first thing about investing in btc. I mean the whole GUI is a maze and even people who are experienced in it can get pretty lost there.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC back to All time high ..did you buy ? on: February 06, 2021, 07:13:03 PM
I haven't bought for a long time because i already have enough, most of it in altcoins right now, but if i didn't have any i would buy slowly fill my bags all the way until btc would be $50k. After that i would consider investing risky.
    389  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: February 05, 2021, 02:50:53 AM
    -snip-
What I am not too happy about is the way their support works. I had some minor issues 1-2 times and contacted their live support just to be told that I would have to join their telegram and get in touch with one of their admins - honestly, a live support is supposed to support (literally) and not to forward people elsewhere. Having worked in strategic customer service for years, I like to think that this is not the way it should be and BetFury should improve in that space.

May i ask what kind issues you were having and how did they handle it in the end? Did the issue got solved? So far only issue i had was an error in my end and everything has worked perfectly fine so i don't have a clue what i should be expecting when i get problems.

Anonymity is a great thing in a person's life.
Understandably, many want to remain anonymous for many reasons.  For example, there is a society of Alcoholics Anonymous.  But unfortunately this opportunity is gradually leaving the Internet in general and from the crypt too.  And there is always a dilemma whether to use the site and disclose your data or not to use it.  Google and MS and other whales also succeeded here.  For example, SMS confirmation, this is a full disclosure of your data (mobile phone number).
With regard to this project, then, most likely, you will still have to go through the KYC/AML sooner or later.  Otherwise, they will not be allowed to work normally.
Lovely days of cryptopunks are now in the past.  Alas! Angry

Confidentiality however is very different from anonymity, possibility of someone leaking information exists in AA too. And as we leave tx tracks in an open blockchain, currently we have just pseudonymity at best.

But i agree that in the world where identity thefts are a thing, disclosing your ID just to anyone is dangerous and we should use common sense on where we give our ID to and why. I am pretty sure that my ID has been already stolen though.

Betfury admins, if you are listening: I had an idea about betfury tokenomics after the mining is done.

How about using some of the profits for buyback directly from the markets? Half of the bought tokens would be shared back to players as mining rewards and half of tokens would be burned.

Not only this would add some continuity in mining, but it would also make sure that players had enough incentives to play after the direct mining is over. Also that would lower the total token supply making the token more valuable.
    393  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: February 03, 2021, 01:52:19 AM
It's great that devs got the license!
Of course, this increases the status of the gaming platform.  But for me it is obvious that the rejection of KYC is, on the one hand, wonderful for a large number of players (and I always support the devs 'efforts to keep players' privacy as much as possible), but at some point in time and in certain jurisdictions it will probably be necessary to introduce KYC.
In addition, BFG token, like all tokens in cryptocurrencies, will also have to somehow be declared to the regulators.  But let's hope that devs will cope with these tasks.

Imho people should just assume that they will have eventually to deal with KYC because running for regulators is just avoiding inevitable. We have been in a wild west so long now that we are forgetting that if we want crypto global adoption it comes with regulations.

Actiona is an absolute fraud. The profit is distributed among the last 10 bets made, and why don't you refund the bet to the others who drop out and receive nothing ?! I do not know of such an auction anywhere else to collect everyone's money!

Because the burning will be more effective this way. You don't have to participate in auctions, no one isn't oblicated to do so. I am ust enjoying that people are burning tokens.
    396  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: January 30, 2021, 11:24:22 PM

they could just create a small exchange within the casino for users to trade the BFG tokens, i believe this is easier done than allowing holders of BFG tokens to be withdrawn out unless there is already an exchange where BFG is listed so far there isn't. allowing them to withdraw dividends while there isn't yet an exchange of course will be favorable to the holders, it depends on the team. so much competition among the crypto casino, i hope betfury will last.

Well they are supposed to fuse the tokens together first anyway. I am waiting that people will get bored of waiting listing and sell their tokens via auction. Even though that's a very slow project if you want serious money and have lots of tokens.
    397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DEFI & CEFI] Psyche.Cash | The Future of DeFi | Private sale on: January 28, 2021, 10:18:14 AM
The first red flag: If you don't get it, it does not mean it is a joke.
It seems i got it all right, i just thought that you might have real answers and i have missed something in here. It seems that wasn't the case.

The second red flag: You really did not study the project. Token holder did not invest in the space tourism neither it has been said anywhere. Psyche itself will invest in space tourism.
I never said that token holders invest into space tourism. i said your team is doing that (presumably with the private sale money) and i was pointing out between the lines that your investment doesn't benefit token holders. And if it would benefit them, it would be most likely automatically ruled as securities.

The third red flag: I am sure, you would have done your research before calling it an anonymous team. During the sale, the whole team details with their social links were on the website. Now it does not require there anymore so it has been moved. However, you can still find the team if you know how to, have you done the research?

Moved? My bad, i guess that the current potential investors shouldn't pay attention to them? I found them via linkedin and if they are real, i suppose it's good that someone can be held responsible.

The fourth red flag: If you have a serious concern with SEC and FAT or other regulatory frameworks, you wouldn't be here. The basic concept of crypto is P2P, I hope you are done googling that minimum.

You could have answered that you have researched how to fill the requirements to achieve regulatory compliant DeFi (#RegDeFi), but you chosen to admit that you are basically just hoping that you won't get caught because everyone is doing this anyway.

And it sounds like it's you who haven't figured out the concept of cryptocurrencies. Main reason for permissionless cryptocurrencies can exist is because they aren't centralized. When project has a sale/ico/ieo/ipo, SEC can rule your coins/tokens as unregistered securities. And guess what happens then? Who will keep developing this if you are in jail or your bank accounts are seized? And don't tell me that they can't seize your crypto when you have already stated that you will invest in space mining. Those companies btw are very regulatory friendly.

And before claiming that your project is decentralized. It isn't. It revolves around your company because that's what the people paid you for.

I'll leave my quote in here because you basically dismissed it and didn't answer to most of it:

I don't get this. Is this a joke? We are supposed to trust anonymous team that might have just sold unregistered securities to invest their money to space tourism and somehow this would benefit token holders? And somehow this fiat money traffic would happen under the radar of SEC, FATF and other regulatory framework?

And Anonymous balances with supposed stable coins sounds like a regulatory AML nightmare.

It's kind of hilarious that Soulja Boy was just tweeting about crypto casinos and now a whale with the name Soulja Boy is leading the Ethereum wagering competition. What if he actually paid attention to all the people shilling him BetFury and created an account?

Wait, could he be the same one? Seems unrealistic but i would find it weird if the team hasn't offered him some contract with pm by now after this tweet. Seems like a perfect opportunity for pr to hire him as betfury ambassador.
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: January 27, 2021, 09:32:24 PM
Mentioned my concerns about the development of Decent as the GitHub is abandoned since March 2020 and that a DEFI wouldnt be enough as there is no reason to buy DCT Right now.
Was kicked from Telegram without any Feedback....says a lot about this Company. Seems they were too lazy in recent months to work on this Project (GitHub, no comm channels, Website is outdated and doesnt even Show coin live stats, etc) and focused on just doing the easy part of a Company....Talking about it without Actions.

No thanks, i will not jump on this pump attempt…

The DCore will be very soon outdated with ETH 2.0 as well.

Too bad i can't read the code enough to valuate it, but honestly speaking, i can't see anything too innovative in this. I didn't even got the mobile wallet work and given how old this project is, i see that as a red flag. Maybe someone could point me what exactly i am missing here. And what does the Decent has that some 10 other blockchains doesn't already have?

Has anyone tried withdrawing from the platform?
I have my tokens in staking, can I easily withdraw them?
I hope that BFG token will soon be listed as advertised, then things will be even more interesting

You can withdraw the dividends you get, not the BFG tokens. And there's no reason to withdraw those yet anyway because BFG(btc) and BFG(trx) will be fused as one token before listing.
