381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gonna sell my stock assets and invest in these top currencies. Suggestions? on: April 27, 2020, 01:55:10 PM
Are stocks that bad now? Or you are jumping into crypto because of the pandemic effect on stock market? I've seen people who make fortune from stocks, if you really want to get into crypto you should invest separately and leave your crypto
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project use case is important for long term investment on: April 27, 2020, 04:39:22 AM
Agreed but use case are of different levels, some are better than the others, many use case in crypto space are over hyped.

And again sometime projects have good use case but with bad team, how will you keep holding on to such coin? It's better to watch out for both use case and capability of team
383  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit isn't everything in bitcointalk! on: April 26, 2020, 05:40:25 PM
Sorry for another topic about merit guys! But I wanted to tell this to everyone, especially to newbies. Smiley

A high number of merits earned by an individual is a sign that he is a quality poster but it doesn't mean every less earned member is not knowledgeable enough. Earning merits depends on a lot of factors like which section we would like to post/discuss and which local board we belong to. So some members can earn more if their board and section have high active members and merit sources.

Actually what I wanted to tell is, if you are not making enough merits even after you are giving your maximum effort doesn't mean that you are not deserved to be on bitcointalk at someday you will get caught by the merits sources until that keep posting and learn new things which you are being yourself.
Good advice, few newbies are on rush to gaining higher ranks for only one reason, to make money through signature campaign on this forum, why the rush? Creating good posts and topics will earn you merits one day, most times not instantly

The best way to avoid fake apps is finding the official link and source , instead of downloading from playstore or a website do few diggings on the official website and download the app through the website
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Monero get delisted, again on: April 25, 2020, 07:54:10 PM
The world needs privacy and anonymity features that privacy coins has in them, I don't see how this is a threat, every coins have their own use cases but it seems gov wants things they can control easily, let's not be discouraged because of this
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Monero get delisted, again on: April 24, 2020, 05:45:29 PM
The present problem facing many privacy coins are normal, they are threat to the government and regulations that's why few exchanges are delisting them, not because of lack of trading volume
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the heck is happening to new projects? on: April 14, 2020, 04:05:25 PM
there are some pretty good bounties that listed to a good exchange or some of them already in some exchanges.
But for those bounties, they offer very low budgets. And you will feel unworthy of your work. I also like participating in the bounty listed at exchanges because it's a lot safer and we can sell tokens as soon as we receive it.
Not all listed bounty tokens are worth promoting, if the project is not listed on top exchange do not bother to take the risk because the price will dump, it's better to promote projects that haven't revealed the exchange they plan to list
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the heck is happening to new projects? on: April 14, 2020, 10:43:20 AM
It is really very sad that bounty has gone shit now. Projects which collect fund through p2pb2b, exmarket and other you have mentioned are scam most of the time. I can not remember to see a successful project from this exchange.
If you are interested in promoting a project, I would suggest you promote Geoma Dao, this project may be a good one.
Your point still refers to 'Maybe' , which means it's not certain the project will be successful, it's same fate for all new bounty projects I guess, but I read somewhere on this forum about ixinium bounty which IEO happened on p2pb2b exchange you referred to yet the project became successful for hunters
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: April 14, 2020, 07:16:51 AM
Please guys, what do you think about this bounty IQ-cash, this is the thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5240221.0

I have chosen this thread to have an idea of the bounty to go in for. If we keep this thread running and objective, it will help many.
Enough of bounty scam.
Bithumb is a good exchange right? If it's legit or if this thread original poster can find info that bithumb really wants to conduct IQ-Cash IEO then it's a very good choice, moreover it's just 4 weeks campaign
390  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A BETTER WAY TO EXCHANGE DIGITAL CURRENCIES. on: April 14, 2020, 06:05:45 AM
Exchanges are ranked based on volume and Liquidity, the difference between shapeshift and binance is marginal, binance is a top exchange, one of the best in crypto space and shapeshift is also a reliable insta exchange but not good like binance, shapeshift should be compared to changelly and instaswap
