I have learned about BlackCoin and DarkCoin. But it seems that both of them mining a bit too fast. I am a bit afraid on this.

There's no problem with the Darkcoin mining rate. It has a solid supporter base and has kept a relatively stable price compared to many other coins. A lot of them are using prepaid resources - premium account and premium tanks, which give more money and expirience. All these things can be bought for gold - ingame currency, converted from real money. We will give for all World of Tanks gamers to get gold another way - by mining or purchasing WOTcoin and converting it to gold directly.
Is this an official World of Tanks development? If not, do you have permission from the World of Tanks developers to do this? Thanks. |

Note that both of these have large effects on the price of any coin that goes on them because they enable direct CNY trading (CNY = Chinese Yuan). If you look at the transaction volume of DOGE and VTC, about 20% if it comes from DOGE/CNY and VTC/CNY trades rather than BTC pairs. We *need* a Chinese webpage explaining what DRK does and a Chinese wallet translation to help these new DRK users. Any speakers out there? Also, VOTE. I'd chip in a small donation for this, (10 DRK) and I'm sure lots of others would do. Then we can create bounties for all sorts of darkcoin projects such as a Chinese website, Chinese wiki, marketing campaigns, raising donations for good causes (with an eye for generating 'publicity' from them, to prove the darkcoin community is generous and not 'dark' at all), as well as bounties for Darkcoin apps such as wallets designed for mobile devices etc. The list is basically endless and we need place to organise the funding of it it all. |

How big is btcchina these days? Last I heard from them they lost most of their volume, what is it like now?
i never heard about this, i thought they were one of the very largest...what happened and why did they lose their volume? It was back during the last bubble phase after china's central bank announced no third parties payment processors could process bitcoin and huobi rose up and btcchina shrank, but that was quite a while ago I don't know what's happened to them since then. |

Hi, I found this thread on reddit. So I'm not seeing on the first page how to mine this or what time of algo it is? Can I just point cgminer scrypt or guiminer scrypt at one of the pools with the same settings I already used for doge?

I think its worth mentioning that being on the front page of reddit/bitcoin is A REALLY BIG DEAL; for the short term and for other reasons. It'd be nice to see the debate about Anonymity/ privacy rights return, as well as talk about the evolution of cryptos in general. Pepper in some classic "To Da Moon" vs "Scamcoin" debate, and call it a productive weekend. Upvote :-) Indeed it is a really big deal. It's now on page 2 of the "hot" section! Maybe make a new ANN thread here in the section about the results of the beta and how this will be revolutionary? Just a thought. (With the reddit link also) That's a good idea, I'm going to bed though lol so it wont be me doing it, but someone should do that ASAP. |

You guys want the coin to receive fair criticism? Upvote the hacker news post in addition to reddit. Some of the most brilliant minds in programming visit this site daily. Seemingly for his own purposes. It's the first coin out the gate to implement this, it can only get better from here on out. This was the guy badmouthing PSone because it didn't have Playstation 4 graphics. Everything in it's own time, you build the foundation first. Great idea, but the post doesn't show up for me for some reason. Is the link definitely the right one? |
