3801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: December 24, 2016, 11:49:30 PM
I want to know what you guys think about this, I have stopped gambling but still trade so does this mean I am still gambling?? I don't trade on basis of luck I trade using my skills would it still be considered gambling??

Please tell me what do you think.

No, sometimes it can be unpredictable like gambling, but it's not the same. Trading has some science involved, there are more chances to make profit than gambling, but for newbies and lay people, gambling can be more profitable, because it depends only of luck. If you don't have the skills of a trader, you will very probably lose money.

If you are really skilled like you say, you will have profit on long term, but sometimes you can still lose for a luck event (that exist in trading also).
3802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where are we? on: December 24, 2016, 08:35:01 PM

The current situation is starting to feel a lot like the big run up in nov/dec 2013. But where are we at right now?

Hmm, using this graphic picture as reference, I would say we are in the "Mania Phase", at the beginning of this phase or at the end of "Awareness Phase". BTC doesn't have media attention yet (only alternative medias on the internet), there isn't much public adoption (few people in the world use BTC yet), if things continue this way, many more people will have interest on the coin, making us reach to the "Enthusiasm" event. Considering this, Bitcoin has a prosperous future yet, we are just starting, in my opinon, we are safe for now.  Wink
3803  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the BEST SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN? on: December 24, 2016, 08:06:39 PM
I think the best signature campaign is "Let's Talk About Future" because only this champaign that allows beginners to experienced wear sponsor to get her first experience on their accounts. Another campaign is for professionals who have a high ranking, and my best guess is that require post 30 weekly and 50 monthly.

If you want to join fast that is the best option.  Smiley

But, if you wait a little more and upgrade your rank, it will be possible to have more options to choose. It's always better when you have more options, so you can choose that one better for your conditions. Some people don't have much time, so they want to post less times weekly, daily or monthly. Some campaigns don't let you post in determined sections of forum (remunerated), anothers requires you post x times in a section...
3804  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: December 24, 2016, 07:59:06 PM
This often happens to US Dollar in reserve held by people living in establishing countries. It doesn't do any harm as it usually raises interest in the economy once it transfers into circulation.

Moving money around will likely continue and would come with long term gains once built with. Big faucets do large amounts each and every single day and have learned to hold because of accurate speculation between fiat money used to pair with standard rate.

Sometimes when this happen, it's good to sell when panic to have the profit and buy again when the price falls, however we don't have how to know exactly what will happen, maybe the price doesn't fall and continue rising, so, if we want to buy that currency again, we will need to buy for the expensive price, making our recently profit go away.

That is what is happening now. Maybe can be a good strategy to sell BTCs for $900 and buy them again when they fall to $800 or $700, but who guarantees the price will fall again?
3805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you gamble your (or your child's) school fund? on: December 24, 2016, 07:12:49 PM
I don't think so, I would always put education first before gambling or any other addiction or vices that I might have. Education is just something that you're going to need once you're an adult to survive. It would be really hard for you to keep up with all the expenses most especially if you live in the city when you're not a degree holder. You will be forced to either move to the province or to work like a dog.
i also do not play with the fund of my children reserve for their education,  i even do not play with the money reserve for my daily expenses, i only play gambling with my pocket money that i can easy bare if i lose it.

That is the best thing to do. I wouldn't use my savings, my salary to gamble and surely I wouldn't use my children school fund to gamble. Their future is much more important than an unpredictable gambling game. Who do it is risking all the life of a child in 1 minute sometimes, if the player gets a long lose streak. Everything is gone in a fast gambling game. Total crazy who do this kind of thing.
3806  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: December 24, 2016, 06:13:03 PM
Well, signature campaigns are a really good way for passive incomes, if you consider that. But for you to really gain something, you need to have a good rank, a good posting quality and also try to join a decent paying trusted campaign. Thats really the way to go. Otherwise, I can recommend you to write articles, post in the services section to get hired, you might get good amounts for some decent quality articles.

Passive income is something you earn doing nothing, Signature Campaign isn't passive income, you need to be active on forum, read many threads, spend time writing, viewing the links another people post.

Investments that generate you income without any effort from your side is passive income. Like when you let your money at the bank and they pay you interest every month. The profit from passive income is usually very low and only is useful to let your savings generating some profit, as people say: better than nothing.
3807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much bitcoin price now is affecting your bets? on: December 24, 2016, 05:38:46 PM
i was wondering how much do you change the size of your bets and for example your bankroll now that bitcoin price has gone up to ~$900?

i am usually getting more cautious about each bet and make smaller bets when price goes up just to match the price with the risk i take.

I'm fine with that. I can set the bet amount to a lower price and have the same profit I had before with a higher bet.

In the future, we will bet few satoshis pricing some cents of dollar, when the BTC price increases more, the bankroll will last for more time, as we won't need to start betting so high to have profit. Martingale strategy can work longer.  Cheesy
3808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin died tomorrow on: December 24, 2016, 05:35:39 PM
i think bitcoin is much more stronger currency and bitcoin will be never died and bitcoin future is bright because bitcoin acceptable in anywhere for online shopping .
yes i have also the same feeling, to me bitcoin is becoming more and more reliable and trusted currency of the world, as people are noncontinuous accepting bitcoin and investing their money in bitcoin therefore i think bitcoin is not going to die, but becoming more and more stronger from its previous position.

Bitcoin is strong now and looks will continue strong for a good time yet, but we can't predict the future. Nothing last forever, at some point Bitcoin will die, as every other currency will die and be replaced by another one. But I believe it won't happen in the next decades, for now we can relax and trust Bitcoins. The best to do is always keep an eye on news, so we can know the tendencies of Crypto Currency world, this way we know when to migrate to another coin, if necessary.
3809  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: December 24, 2016, 04:05:16 PM
I think halving make good affect on bitcoin, well for those people who invested in it in the most beginning. The price is always rise after the halving. Next one will be in 3,5 years and experts are saying that the price will cross the point of 2000$ per 1 BTC.

It's good for Bitcoin holders, a good opportunity to make a profit, because the coin price probably increases after the halving. It's not so good for miners, as they will spend more time to mine more Bitcoins, as the mined blocks have only the half of the amount they had before the halving. For most Bitcoin enthusiasts it's a good event, and a key moment to make profit if you have a good initial investment (fiat) to buy BTCs and hold.
3810  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: bitcoin-gamez faucet 100-100000 satoshis every 60min payout to faucethub on: December 24, 2016, 03:04:21 PM
Thank you, got 100 satoshis. Very fast to claim and the site loads fast, that is what I like in a faucet.

The reward is good too. Minimum 100 satoshis, maximum 1000 every hour. I just would like to know the chance to earn 1000 satoshis. Good to see more one faucet using FaucetHub.io services too, good luck with this.
3811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 24, 2016, 03:00:34 PM
The best way to earn bitcoins nowadays is:faucets(small amount or bigger amount of satoshis,it depends on  the faucets) and trading.I intend to learn more about trading, because in the future I want to grow my Bitcoin income through trading.Hyip is too risky to invest Bitcoins there

With faucets you won't earn much BTCs, only if you have many referrals generating comission for you. If you do a faucet run, about 100 faucets, you probably will earn only 20.000-30.000 satoshis maximum. It's a lot of effort to earn few satoshis.

I prefer to use only the good main faucets, low income, but I don't put a lot of effort on it and I'm supporting the micro earnings industry, at least the best of what they have to offer.  Smiley
3812  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: NEW BTC GAME - VIRTUALPUB - Official forum on: December 24, 2016, 02:53:21 PM
Hi.
I couldn't see in the previous posts if that subject is mentioned.

Can we change science points for Satoshis ?

And, how many Satoshis do we earn for 1 science point ?

When you upgrade all stuff with Science Points, yes.

Each Science Point will value 1 satoshi. At least that is what I know until now, but tomos81 can change it any moment. I don't know if he has any plan about it.  Smiley
3813  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is investing in mining still worth it? on: December 24, 2016, 02:25:50 AM
Yes you can say its still worth it and it is still worth it but its not like back in the days with insane profits of course.
The OP want be trying investing in cloud mining service with about $100 capital, please check on main page.
I don't think it is worth for making profit although will need long time.
I am doubt we can get return of investment with put the bitcoins on cloud mining service,
Although it is recomended service like hashnest, because of the difficulty of bitcoins that more increase.

Actually IMO the environment nowadays is much better than a few months prior to the halving. The difficulty back then was increasing very significantly while the price was in a constant decline. At least now the price has been on a steady increase.

And on average the difficulty increase has been under 4.5% for 2016, makes it much easier to predict earnings if buying a device.

There is no guarantee in mining, Be it statistics or guts. Mining from 2012 to this day is all about taking a risk: gambling. Some win, most lose.

I would say it's worse than gambling. At least in gambling we have the money under our control all the time to choose how much to bet, which game to play... And we can withdraw our money any moment.

With cloud mining, we need to send all our money to the site to buy the mining power and pray for a good result in the end. As you said, few will win, many will lose. Currently it's the worse kind of investment in my opinion.
3814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: December 24, 2016, 01:21:10 AM
Bitcoin is not controlled by China. One reason peoples say this is because there is a lot of miners there and bitcoin user that keeping big amount of bitcoin.
So, if the government in China make a policy about bitcoin or blockchain technology, it will give a massive impact to bitcoin market.

Not their government, but chineses have much influence over Bitcoins now, because they are the main miners of Bitcoins in the world. If they have the biggest part of BTCs, they can control the market at their own wishes, making the coin work for them first of all.

That they have much influence there is no doubt, but I'm not sure yet if they control Bitcoin, I hope not, no one should control it, but as we are in a free market, it's impossible to stop the big whales.
3815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: impact of bitcoin on your daily life/business? on: December 24, 2016, 12:07:23 AM
hello
I have a question
what was impact of bitcoin on your daily life/business?
do you use bitcoin in your really life every days in your country?

Impact is extra income every month. Everybody needs money, and BTCs are very welcome to help us to buy the products we want and that we could't buy before, because we didn't have money. Now, we can just buy BTCs with our money and we are already making profit.

Unfortunelly I can't use BTC directly, because there are not stores in my country accepting it, so I need to convert to fiat first, to use the money after, anyway, it's very helpful. And you, what is the impact of BTC in your life and do you use it in your daily life?
3816  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: December 23, 2016, 10:26:23 PM
I don't have a goal in mind. My exit point will be when I need money. Surely it's better to wait maximum as possible to earn more with the high price of Bitcoin. The best option instead of cashout money in fiat, is using the BTCs to invest and increase your money income. This way, you will earn more on long term from both sides, BTC price high + investment return.
3817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Slides 'bout BTC on: December 23, 2016, 09:31:01 PM
I suggest you to use the content of your file to add to a site, blog article, so people can read and learn from it, and after, give you a feedback.
Since when can't a site have malware that is dangerous on visit? You really need to re-learn your security practices.

OP use the slides to create a video on Youtube/Vimeo/et al. and I'll review them.

If I visit a site containing a malware, my browser doesn't let me access it. If I download a file with a virus or any other malicious thing, it can be more harmful and complicated to clean the computer. You really need to set your browser configurations better to be safe on the internet when accessing unknown sites.
So you just blindly trust what your browser does and hopes that it doesn't fail somewhere. That is not secure, browsers and antivirus are not foolproof, something will still get through. You need to take security into your own hands and consider the ramifications of visiting a shady site being promoted by a newbie on a forum known to be filled with scammers.

It's a risk I must take, otherwise I wouldn't visit faucets, nothing here is 100% safe and guaranteed. I just prefer to take the smaller of the risks.

Every risk has a limit, and the download of an unknown file is when things passed this limit for me.
3818  Economy / Economics / Re: What Cryptocurrency to buy right now? on: December 23, 2016, 07:44:11 PM
Bitcoin, no doubt! Don't miss the train, with the trend situation recently, bitcoin has been more stable, even nowadays the price go up, there are possibility to up again.

Altcoin mostly vulnerable to pump and dump (manipulated), there's groups who do that things. That's makes hard to predict where the trend move, if you join these groups also that's not guaranteed if you can earn profit, mostly they use false alarm which only makes a profit for them.

Yes, now it's time to buy Bitcoins, buy it fast and you will make a nice profit in some days or weeks. The price is increasing a lot every day. However it's not guaranteed to have the BTCs price for a long time near to $900, the price can decrease a little, so, if you want fast profit buy it now, sell soon, or if you have patience, hold it for more time and wait until BTC hits $1000.

To buy alt-coins it's better to wait some time, because now everyone is around BTCs, very risk to buy alt-coins now. I would buy an alt-coin only if I want to support it and give some help to the coin team, without thinking about real profits.

As someone who is about to spend another 10,000 to continue moving through the game I was going to go for the bartender.

Perhaps extra storage makes more sense ?

Surely, upgrade warehouse or seats first. Bartender upgrade is the last to do.

Seats = profit x2;
Warehouse = you can stay away for more time, drinks last for more time.
