3841  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fear not,bitcoin will rebounce on: February 07, 2018, 09:32:52 AM
Haha only idiots hold , smart people sell during peaks
Only idiots hold? are you sure about that? because some traders still holding their bitcoin until now even though the price is still in dip, they use this opportunity to buy some bitcoin in a cheap price, The perceived strategy of each user is not the same of course you didn't know that because you are afraid and lack of knowledge. So before you speak bad word to other holder, look at yourself first.

Maybe he sees his self as a geak that knows everything.
The fact that everyone one here perceives differently but we still know what's right even we hold or sell it and it's nobody's business.

Bitcoin had already slightly bouncing and reacting to all these good news and we're now in bullish trend and still good to buy now and I emphaty to those who troll everywhere just to make people panic but still didn't succeed. It was a nice try tho.
3842  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin get to drop to $5,000 and below in 2018 on: February 03, 2018, 06:45:03 AM
Many are saying that it could go $8k or below but I doubt that it will go lower than $5k.
They don't know what they are saying, below $5,00 is too much. But this is a speculation of someone that wants to buy lower than he's seen bitcoin before.
Most likely, people will panic again.
This is expected, bitcoin can be have hard time of getting back at $15,000.

Exactly. Bitcoin needs a lot of time to get back to its senses because some new investors will surely doubt if bitcoin can regain its value while the price is still crashing.
The bearish trap hasn't yet ended so we can see bitcoin go down to $6k before it recover again.
3843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on the new merit system? on: February 01, 2018, 07:09:43 AM
I'm not too sure about this new merit system.  Although these boards have been getting a lot more spam, it will be much more difficult to level up your bitcointalk account.  Most people are not even going to bother and give out merit to quality posts.

What are your thoughts, do you like the new merit system?
I don't like. Because don't understand how i can get Merit if i am a beginner and can't write posts of high quality.

You get Merit when you write quality posts. Someone appreciate your post and give you merit point. The bottom line is if you write spam no one will ever give you Merit, but if you write good quality posts, that help other members, they will give you Merit and you will up rank.
I understand that, but merit even for good posts rarely give because they are sold. Why would a man just to put merit, if he can sell it?

Yeah and some good posts didn't get credited also because they're not known here and some don't really even care to give merit and this is the reality.
And when you give high merit to others because yoy really like their post then someone will accuse you that it's your alt account. Like wth they want us to do? Like what if I give 50 merit to theymos, is that mean that I'm his alt account?
Don't get me wrong as I'm not against with this new system but be at least fair enough to everyone.
3844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins under $1 on: January 29, 2018, 04:55:54 AM
IOTA and verge could growth fast for the next mounths, or you could buy some ICO's but is more riskly and this need a deep searching before to invest.

Yes that's why it's better to invest in these kind of coins rather in ICO token even though you can have a big discount, sometimes it's tempting tho. Grin
Anyway, stellar, iota and xvg are good catch and it's a sleeping giant that will be awaken anytime soon.
3845  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that Bitcoin's price will still drop nearly below $9000? on: January 28, 2018, 11:38:58 AM
TA Reasons:
-A single 2000% rise requires a spectacular correction based on the history of bitcoin TA
-Volume did not increase on the last wave up to 20K. Volume must keep increasing to maintain a trend.
-Some indicators on 1W have turned down
-blowout top
-the exponential line that was broken upwards at 8K failed to become support and was broken downwards

Fundamental reasons:
-Tax selling
-Possible insolvency at major exchanges
-Tether
-No more spectacular news to drive prices like the futures openings (which were a huge disappointment with tiny volume)
-Failure to resolve scalability issues
-Failure of lightning network
-Government action
-Competition

That's good analysis brother and these are all affecting bitcoin price movement in all aspects of it while many didn't see it's coming to their face. So let's be straight forward to this, bitcoin needs all of these big news in order to make it rise again and I assume everyone saw all of this and it's not just an opinion but rather a fact.
3846  Local / Pilipinas / Re: bitcoin mining (mobile) on: January 27, 2018, 10:06:53 AM

So sir/mam good luck po.

And good luck na lang din sa phone mo na kahit mamahalin yan for sure sasabog yan, to think na 24/7 nakabukas eh baka lugi ka pa sa kikitain mo. If wala kang budget just try to learn trading as it's also profitable. Yes tempting talaga mag mine especially kapag maganda ang coin na imine mo but of course in the end mag ttrade ka pa rin para maibenta ang coin mo.
3847  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PURCHASE BITCOIN? on: January 25, 2018, 01:50:45 PM
It's risky to trade Bitcoin while it's showing this pattern. We will never know the next direction it takes unless it has already started to move...

I bet you've seen the ups and downs of bitcoin and you knew the fact that it always repeating its history so there's no way not to believe its capacity. While the price below $10k is the best time to buy and the mere fact that whatever the price you bought you can still profit with it and that's the reality tho.
3848  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade without identification? on: January 23, 2018, 07:44:59 AM
Hi,

The exchanges I saw till now demands a copy of my ID card to let my buy or sell anything. Is there anyone that dont ask for it? Im not happy with let my ID through internet, and I dont know how can they do with it. Is it possible to do antoher way?

Thanks
I also encountered that exchanging site they ask me for me to give my identity by using valid ID, but i think this is for good and reliable services from their costumers to be safe and far away from scammers. But if you really like not giving valid ID's exchanging site there are hitBTC and Binance you may try these sites and they are also having a low transaction fees like deposit your money on your account and withdrawal.

For sure our informations are safe and secured and won't disclose anything to others ( I hope so) and this will be just for our security and to know their customers. Honestly, when this verification implemented I find it more burden to traders but when I see the positive side of the story I just follow it and keep using those exchanges. However, we have a lot of exchanges now and you can try them all until you find the one that suits your taste.
3849  Economy / Economics / Re: Weak Hands lose money, strong hands makes profits in this game! on: January 23, 2018, 06:56:09 AM
yeah of course weak hands they gonna be lose. and strong holds yeah its gained the most profitable income. if you are investment in a coin like bitcoin its better to buy at low price now  hold at the future next year. promise you make big profit income.

Well of course, we've been here for years and we saw the roller coaster ride and how bitcoin fought all of these. And this recent crash is just a small thing compare to what bitcoin went through so don't give your money to these big whales and just keep tight your coins for a bigger profit. Having weak hands in this kind of business will be no good for nothing.
3850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: January 21, 2018, 02:31:39 AM
is there  any dip in coming week?.. if yes.. i will take it out my investment and re enter in dip..

I think none, maybe some minor correction but nonetheless a crash. Are you late with the dip this week like you didn't buy everything when it's on the floor? Too bad because the bear trap has ended and bull run will come to our way so expect more pump.
3851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC to accept Bitcoin! on: January 20, 2018, 11:40:32 PM

It's definitely high and don't expect a low fee because we knew that the fee is high yet have a slow confirmation. The fee maybe range at the half of the price of chicken bucket. Grin Would you still gonna use your bitcoin to buy? Nah, I don't think so and personally I just save my bitcoin rather than use it.
3852  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! on: January 20, 2018, 04:05:10 AM
It seems you want to manipulate me to sell everything like your word,so you can buy on the lowest right?then you hold and wait for people to buy your assets.one more you are lucky to say it has 110K congrats,I believe but I don't care dude sorry.

It's totally depends on how you perceive what OP said, if you think that reading his post somehow manipulating nor hypnotizing you then you should think the other way around. OP just want to point out that this whole market is manipulated and we're just like a puppet that just followed whatever these big whales has to say. It's quite true but we still continuing here because of the profit that we can't get from anything and every where and most likely blinded by the truth.
3853  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find good cryptos? on: January 20, 2018, 03:32:07 AM
I follow one basic principle when selecting a very good coin. firstly,I look at what the project is all about, what are the competitors, what makes the project I'm interested in stand tall??Who are the team behind the project are? they willing to show themselves in videos and interviews? What is the total coin supply?smaller supplies are usually the ones I prefer to invest in.This criteria has really helped me alot.

Me either. I always prefer coins that have a limited supply as it have the chance to have a higher value as it nearly approach the supply and also you also look the coin circulation if how many now are in the market and with these you can calculate the coin if it's a potential one.
3854  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 20, 2018, 02:55:03 AM
You should spend a long time observing the market to understand how it's going before investing a real money. Everybody here will promote coins he's holding.
Try to do your search and have your own decision.

Yes, this is the simple truth. Don't ever fall for the hype, the people who tell you that coins are going to make 10X rise they lie, possible because they want to sell to you (and others like your) their inflated coins. Nor fall for the FUD. Wait a while before starting to trade, just watch and try to learn.

Definitely. Just feed yourself some knowledge that you can use so you can make profit and avoid losses as trading is meant to gain and not to lose.
Being a newbie without any idea nor knowledge is just like going to battle without any bullets on your gun.
3855  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Trade - Which is Better? on: January 16, 2018, 01:55:24 PM
Having seen the massive rise of cryptocurrency prices in the previous year, I have seen that if one gets a coin at the right time and holds it before the prices pumps up, there would be huge gains. But then, the frequent bearish attitudes of the markets also affords one some gains.
Among these two strategies, which is better and which d you recommend?

I prefer to keep coins for a long time until they grow to the point where I can get a good profit. Trade takes more time and patience and I do not like it.

Trading nor holding totally depends on an individual preferences and capabilities. If you're not a high risk taker or a fresher here then just hold it and also to avoid unnecessary loses. But if you're born a risker and you know to yourself that you have high tolerance in losses and you can bare it all then trade it confidently.
3856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to preditct coin price? on: January 15, 2018, 04:35:19 AM
One way it to chose just shitcoins when they have a low value, but flat, which means they have found a floor and someone is accumulating. You can predict that one day it will be pumped and you can sell your shitcoin for a much higher price Smiley Difficult to predict the exact price though, you can only tell it will be UP.

That's why these are all pure speculations and we're just being skeptic with all of these happenings. Well if there are really someone that can predict every price then he will be damn lucky and rich. Just do the trader thing like doing technical analysis of graphs and following their social media accounts, that at least can help.
3857  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will help bitcoin reach 20k again? on: January 15, 2018, 03:53:17 AM
Which updates in the coming months etc. will help bitcoin to recover to 20k again?

This is the market, bitcoin can not return to this level so quickly, and for a while bargain on the current range, in the flat. As for the news, absolutely any positive news can throw bitcoin to new heights. After all, this is the law of supply and demand, and the proposal, as is known in bitcoin, is limited

Agree and we should embrace every flaws of bitcoin especially its volatility as it's the one that can give us a good profit. Remember in the mid of 2017, bitcoin just play in $2k+ and suddenly it rose as so we can expect this thing to happen again. Bare in mind that history repeats itself so just hold on tight to bitcoin.
3858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It was bitcoin 2017. It will be ethereum 2018. on: January 15, 2018, 01:46:38 AM
A lot of people trust the Ethereum and believe in its growth. A lot of projects starts with the use of its blockchain. Think of Ethereum has a great future.

It's true but the more project uses its platform the more it getting mess and now ether delta is always congested and many transactions got compromised. Hope this upcoming hard fork will resolve some issues and in line of its constantly price increase. Nevertheless, I'm a believer of eth so I always wanted that its platform will always goes smoothly.
3859  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Etherdelta Wallet Deposit Problem on: January 13, 2018, 08:14:32 AM
me too have problem same with you.
in my account always get announcement from etherdelta if Iam to try transfer , deposit , withdraw my balance.

You tried to send an Ethereum transaction but there was an error. Make sure you have enough ETH in your "Wallet" column to pay for the gas fee. If you already have a pending transaction (enter your address on Etherscan to find out), please wait for it to confirm, or increase your "gas price" (in the upper right dropdown) and try again.

It means that it's on process but the network is just too congested, just try to check it again the other day and you'll see it's already confirmed. It seems many had experienced this and ED now is having a hard time and I'm actually planning to move all my coins to some exchanges that's have much more good service. You know it's really frustrating that when you see your coin is rising yet you can't sell it because the network is busy.  Undecided
3860  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I've made 600k in Crypto - When to call it quits on: January 13, 2018, 07:28:24 AM
Sell, pay your taxes call it quits.

why would you he quit bitcoin its still rising its like he has a property in a tourism area.keeps rising all the time

May be he would not like to take more risk now as he has make a huge amount of money and should sustain easily for the next few years and may be what OP can do is withdraw 50 % of the money to be on safer side and invest the rest in other coins to get returns.

Surely OP didn't expected what's happening now in his life like it didn't sink it yet that's why he's quite unsure if it's the right to do. I agree with your advice to OP by just selling the half and diversify it evenly and the rest just save up or open up a business that you can use for fronting so others won't question your money.
Anyway, OP you have a impressive portfolio and you're lucky that you bought yoyr coins before it boom and these coins are doing good lately.
