I recommend patience.
I just sit back for a few days (about 5-7 days) and always get a nice uncorrupted blockchain at the end.
One day - this will all be history.

This was a badly needed update as the v2.02 has been crashing endlessly while trying to sync the blockchain. Would sync for 10 mins or so and then stop responding and crash. Hope this update will work much better, thank you very much! Does this version support the -reindex switch? |

COMM blockchain seems to be stuck at 1307526. Anyone actively staking? I am trying to but don't have mature coins and since blockchain is stuck, someone else will need to stake to move the blockchain along. I'll try reindexing and see if it helps.

How many total Communitycoins are there? I can't seem to find that information.
I believe there was less than 100 million when it was first released, but since it's 100% POS coin, that would increase the supply each year. |

I did it, but no result. May be you can upload your folder ? i can update the bootstrap to the current block that I'm synced to 1296404...I now have 3 connections to nodes and am fully synced. Are you having any better luck syncing now that there seem to be a few more nodes? sorry this took so long, here's the updated bootstrap which is synced as of Mar 25 2018. Hi,
I have a big problem with wallet. Each time I start I get Microsoft Visual C++ exception and runtime exception. I tried with two snapshots, even tried twice download all blockchain and each and every time at some point I get these errors... I am fighting with it for 2 months ant still the same.
Wallet is old, I was mining Mint in 2014 and from that time walet was sitting on my disk.
Can anybody help me with that?
did you try deleting all files EXCEPT wallet.dat from your AppData\MintCoin folder and then loading the latest snapshot? |

Can somebody help me please? My wallet is staking evry day, but all of the coins minted are not confirmed and not accepted - what's the fault ?
you could be on a fork, check you block height with this block explorer: https://prohashing.com/explorer/Mintcoin/Everything is ok, my wallet is at the same state, as shown in the explorer - any other ideas ? Its still the same issue Is your PC time properly synced? Try closing the wallet, leave it for 30 minutes and try again. I know it sounds silly but it works! Yes, agree that is a likely cause. |

Hello, I have a friend who wants to invest in ultracoin and stake mine but he doesn't wants to sync wallet from start. is there any way i can give him my copy of blockchain without giving him my wallet ? Basically i wanna create a bootstrap kind of thing for him,he lives in the neighborhood so it will easy for us to copy using a flash drive or a dvd go here for instructions on creating the bootstrap: https://cryptochainer.com/dir/?page_id=154Looking at my UltraCoin folder, I only see a file called "blk-v2-0001.dat". I think that's all you would need to copy for your friend. The wallet private keys are not stored in that file so it's no problem in copying this file to your friend. Your wallet private keys are stored in the wallet.dat file. Make sure that you delete all folders/files except the wallet.dat as well. |
