41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [LAUNCHED][POW]⚡ELECTRONEUM⚡Official Moderated Thread on: June 08, 2018, 09:00:06 PM
What is happened with Cryptopia? cant open it?

Cryptopia is currently in scheduled maintenance mode

There could be some other issues with Cryptopia beyond maintenance. It's been 6days since I transfered etn to my web wallet and it's yet to arrive.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] BANKERA - the Bank for the Blockchain Era on: June 07, 2018, 11:02:19 AM
This Bankera team have kept every bit of the promises they made so far. First they promised the bankers coin which some claimed would not see the light of day yet, Banker is on the blockchain today. Again, they promised weekly sharing and distribution of a percemtage of trade profits to holders of the banker tokens and they've been faithful. They also promised the listing of the BNK on hitBTC in the second quarter of 2018 and they did just that. So, what exactly is scammy about the bankera project?  True, bankera isn't doing well on its debut on the exchange and it is not an exception. Moreover,  that is purely an urgly coincidence of bad market times and launch timing. And that doesn't mean that BNK won't do well on the exchange tomorrow. No doubt, many did expect to get rich quick with their Banker tokens and eventually sold at a loss at the dawn of BNK I'm certain they'll be disappointed.
43  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Which country to Immigrate for making fortune in crypto currency on: April 22, 2018, 12:46:57 PM
Migration isn't the best solution for you, and bank withrawal isn't the only option. But, if you must move I'll recommend Zimbabwe in Southern Africa. Though, the economy isn't in the best of forms now but, the once most stable economy in Africa is on a recovery path. Again recent land reforms has been deemed unfair to white settlers but Zimbabwe remains the best home for whites in Africa. Moreover, cryptocurrency trading is largely encouraged as it has helped in mitigating poverty. Lots of investment opportunities too.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] BANKERA - the Bank for the Blockchain Era on: April 22, 2018, 03:01:35 AM
I'm getting edgy. There is much anxiety about this project. Hoping for the best.
45  Economy / Speculation / Re: Well bitcoin goes up to 100,000$ in the future? on: April 16, 2018, 06:46:54 PM
Bitcoin is fixed in supply so the price elasticity is hii and in ne (upward) direction. There are two factors that could limit the rise of bitcoin: one is the emergence of a better alternative/substitute and the other is severe restrictions or even an outright ban of bitcoin by governments. None of these will happen as bitcoin remains the king of crypto and more and more institutions are adopting the currency. YES, bitcoin will eventually hit 100k.
46  Economy / Economics / Re: Only a mature and regulated crypto market will attract big investors. on: April 13, 2018, 01:10:43 PM
Agreed. However, the best regulation for the industry must come from within – made for the industry by the industry players. The cryptocurrency craze and the boom of Altcoins today is akin to the gold rush in California and Montana in the 1800s. And just as those gold mining communities set their social orders and fair commercial norms which attracted investors from around the world the Crypto industry should act likewise and self regulate.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can a new member benefit from the platform on: April 13, 2018, 12:44:08 PM
I think the best way new forum members benefit from this forum is by learning from  the experience of members and having their questions answered. The platform is a community made up of both seasoned players in the larger blockchain arena and new cryptocurrency enthusiasts as well.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] BANKERA - the Bank for the Blockchain Era on: April 10, 2018, 06:39:30 PM
I think they need to start with a good marketing to drive volume to the use of the exchange and maybe design an NFC payment solution unlike waiting for a card provider which might take a while

Actually they need to *start* by providing decent account recovery options for investors. All my BNK are currently worthless to me right now because SpectroCoin will not release funds from my account back to me.

This is a great project that could displace some major coins on the table, but not without a good publicity and marketing, and I don't think the team is doing much of that right now. With over a hundred million Euros raised the team can put up some really good publicity to prime up bnk. See what Richard Elles did with Electronuem — a mere fork of Monero. BNK has greater potentials in my view which aggresive marketing only can unveil.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔶[BOUNTY]🔶[AIRDROP]🚀Airsave Travel🚀Make money and travel with us!!!🚀 on: April 10, 2018, 04:56:33 AM
I do love ICOs when they are innovative while solving real challenges. I can see this is about vacation, travel and savings and they all sound too common in the blockchain and crypto world. So, what really is the selling point of this ICO? Meanwhile, I'll wait to see some red hat Hero members or Legends comment on this project before I will have to consider it a serious one or not.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most attractive concept about Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2018, 10:57:50 PM
What makes bitcoin appealing to the ordinary person is the potential for wealth creation, but newbies soon find out it could also be an avenue to lose money. Beyond that, the real appeal of bitcoin is the decentralization factor which gives holders full control of their funds without the middling of third parties, and also the fact that the technology is publicly distributed and accesible by all at no cost.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptomarket all in red! on: April 08, 2018, 10:34:34 PM
I know that the market forces that made btc rise as high as 20,000 USD are still out there and will soon cross paths again. The crypto market had been up there and will find it's way up again and only the patient will see the green days. Like Warren said:  The market is a mechanism for transfering wealth from the impatient to the patient.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If people stop buying bitcoin on: April 05, 2018, 09:42:37 PM
Bitcoin is the hub of Crypvocurrency and will always be in demand as long as digital currencies exists. So, this wild immagination can only come true if Cryptos cease to be, and that is very much unlikely because the technoly is here already and is not going back.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: April 04, 2018, 03:08:09 PM
maybe with the current cheap price there is no mistake to invest about 50% of the capital, it is advisable to invest in Ethreum because I am most sure the same Ethreum which is now a lot of its platform and many in use as an exchanger in the big market official Smiley. Happy investing never wrong with the decision. thank you Smiley

Yes, Ethereum is a good option, but it's low transaction volume is forcing some projects out of the Ethereum platform and could make it unattractive in the long run. EOS and Staller as strong alternatives to Ethereum equally has great potentials and prospects.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: April 04, 2018, 02:55:02 PM
Now is certainly the best time to invest. BTC is now below $7000 and relatively stable on that mark. Who knows what comes next? It could be flying once again to the moon in the next couple of weeks.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: April 04, 2018, 07:58:24 AM
This question to me is akin to asking if Initial Public Offers and Stocks still has a future. ICOs and Alts replaces the traditional stock markets and shares. Though the ICO craze is slowed and Altcoins are now profits less the future is still bright. Afterall, the blockchain is a technology for today and the future.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So Far ... How Has the Merit System Fared? on: April 02, 2018, 06:30:30 AM
I think the merit system really helps, because there are fewer shit posts in these two months.
The decline of forum and the current bear market, people are not willing to contact the information of the encrypted money market to have a certain connection.

Yes. There are now fewer shitposts, but we have seen more of the meaningful posts either.
57  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is fMerit? Is fMerit bad for account? on: April 02, 2018, 06:15:49 AM
While it lasted, fMerit probably meant fools Merit. It was one of the stats created by Sir theymos on April 1st, and he admits it was a joke https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3232693.msg33646534#msg33646534
58  Other / Meta / Re: Activity, Merit, Politeness, fMerit, Imagination, Virtue, Coins, Karma, Posts !! on: April 02, 2018, 06:06:51 AM
Wao! That was a carefully and painstakingly crafted peice of joke. Honestly, I fell for it.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest profit from an AirDrop? on: April 01, 2018, 10:47:22 PM
Polymath was the best Airdrop for me. I got 250 POLY worth about 300 USD on launching.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: April 01, 2018, 10:43:22 PM
Yes, I think altcoins are here to stay. The technology is not going back and many corporate entities are now realizing it and buying in.
