Usually, I check the value of the proposal like coinmarketcap, livecoinwatch, coinstats 1-2 times per day. Basically, some coin I invest in long term, so it is not necessary to watch many times. The rest I trade and just guess the price right at the trading floor.

It's been one of major mistakes of bounty hunter like me not to read rules and requirements of each bounties ending up not getting stakes so it's very important to read and understand each rules to ensure that we're doing the right thing and not wasting our time and effort.
How much time did you spend working on your bounty? In fact, this is not a strict requirement. I personally prefer such authentic campaigns. because it will limit the fake share. I think this is a good idea for the project as well as the bounty participants and project support for them. But it should be done when the project has achieved certain success.
