I can order for you if you want. I order a lot Cooler Master V850 before my Jupiters arrived. Turns out the november Jupiters draw more power. I am now using 3 to power each pair of Jupiters. on another note... Good thing no miners here ATM... My new 200 amp service line took a direct lightning strike last night  It blew every breaker in the house, both live phases It exploded a 20 amp power strip, blew my desktop, microwave, and left a 3 inch long exploded hole in the new conduit. It struck on the portion of the line we had not been able to bury yet. The mains are literally in pieces. After calling the power company, they come and find that my transformer is also blown. They patched me into a local transformer down the street a bit, but only one phase is still working with a huge exposed/blackened hole in the conduit for now until I can fix this mess. oh boy. you guys dont have lightning rods in hawaii? weird. |

I can understand batch 1 13k people getting nervous but batch 1 "pre-release" whatever you want to call it, should be fine.

If there is any way we can pay a reasonable premium to have the Neptunes shipped as two separate 1.5TH units that work on a standard American household circuit (instead of needing to use two circuits total for a single 3TH unit), I would be very interested in placing an additional order for 3TH.
ditto that would be the way to move them 2nd batch Neptunes! Searing i said this a month ago and everyone laughed. ugh. Id imagine two PSUs could be used yeah, it would just be nice if the unit was two smaller units so i could put them on two circuits easily. |

Just submitted for my 2nd batch Neptune refund. So that's one extra spot for an (un)lucky person.
Don't expect a "speedy" refund, some of us have been waiting WEEKS for their refunds to be processed, and I'm sure most of them are in front of you... phoenix, you are refunding your orders? been thru this too many times..... only the two in the 13k batch... keeping all the others! ah gotcha. sorry didnt see this posted before. no worries... except that its taking FOREVER!.... lol (but still within the 10 "working days") its always instant for a company to take money, but they take their sweet ass time giving YOUR money back. sigh.... |

Sounds like for the "first time", they're floundering on their word. A month ago they confirmed they would in fact be selling Jupiters by now (actually, by now they should've been shipped). Now they're quiet.
Either they're releasing the Neptune much earlier than anticipated, like next month, or they're simply going to ignore their word.
