deejne is Juicyads and is part of PlayPen with Kottmeier. Earlier, I shown a scam report about about Kott, now linking one about Juicyads to show a pattern. I believe I can post a myriad more of such about their previous and outgoing concerns.

Well deejne is indeed one of the persons involved in sales on Juicyads , but it is not Jay , this i'm almost 99% sure of it.

This said I'll drop a few messages to some old friends on gfy, this is getting interesting.

Probably best to not bother with CES if the T-Mobile CEO can't even slip by.

http://venturebeat.com/2014/01/06/t-mobile-ceo-crashes-atts-ces-party-gets-booted-by-security/

The whole point was to get kicked out...

Quote
Let’s be clear here, this is the very definition of a publicity stunt. Legere is smart enough to know that getting kicked out was a very likely outcome. And of course, the “controversy” surrounding it is nothing but good (and cheap) publicity for T-Mobile, and a knock against big bad AT&T.

Another option is to occupy the next Supperclub, where donning a costume is all the rage: http://www.sexlifecanada.ca/users/fleur-de-lis-sf/you-are-smelly-pirate-hookergo-back-your-home-whore-island

Quote
Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum a pirates life for me. What do you think of when you think about a pirate? When I was a kid, Pirates of the Caribbean was my favorite ride at Disneyland. I think we have all been to a restaurant or a street corner where you saw a guy with an eye patch or a parrot on his shoulder.

Quote
I had invited my new friends from Playpen.com, James and Kathee to participate in this sexy pirate themed evening.

Can somebody let me in on the wiki?  (perezoso)

I will be working on a much more detailed and well-sourced bio for Scrotum, which anyone with sourced information is of course welcome to contribute to.

As a public figure interviewed in the press, in online videos, and social media, and media-cited expert in bitcoins and bitcoin mining, John is spokesman for an important company selling millions of dollars of bitcoin mining devices and there is a legitimate public interest in a more comprehensive profile of his life and experiences.

I have found a lawyer who is willing to take our case, and help us get our BTC back, if we can cooperate.)

The name is Ray E. Gallo.

Anybody up for a conference call with Ray, at 3 p.m. today, PT ?
I'll post details later.

EDIT

If you want the details, PM me your email address, where I can notify you.
(I can't notify you in PMs, because I can only send one PM in every 6 minutes, and only 5 PMs per hour.)

Done.

But please note that my lawyer keep suggesting me to keep the wiki purely factual and referenced (non speculative, non defamatory, etc). I don't want anything like the surname you used associated with me.

Sorry for that, but i can't risk...

He's registered 4 domains this year... wonder what.  My skills in this department are so antiquated...

Apart from that, i would say that the pages about the management are already informative enough, referenced, and yet, in no way defamatory.

They are good Wiki pages.

It seems like many people are not aware of this but you don't have to make your refund request by Jan 15.

That date is arbitrary and not enforceable.

If HashFast has not shipped to you yet, you can get a refund AT ANY TIME>

They have not yet shipped, so no sale has taken place and you have not agreed to any contract.

They can't just say, "sorry, you ordered a product but didn't ask for your money back soon enough so we get to keep it regardless of whether we ever send you anything"

Don't believe their lies!!!
Agreed.
The HashFast refund policy was clarified to a number of people as far back as August 2013.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269216.msg2924319#msg2924319 (at the end of this post, by one of the IceDrill Team)
then again in November
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269216.msg3593783#msg3593783 (by iCEBREAKER)
finally on December 31st 2013 IceDrill Team Member 'will' stated: 'We're still in daily contact with HashFast regarding our order' and 'We can confirm that we will not take actions that would waive our statutory or contractual rights'
At no time did HashFast ever mention they had changed their position on the refund policy.  It has always been understood that the 'payment form' determined the 'refund form'
This has been the case right up until midnight December 31st 2013.  HashFast were asked by many people on many occasions, months before they failed to deliver.  Miners were asking all the right questions and got told 'refunds are in BTC not USD' if you paid in BTC.

Well, it's your wiki, so I won't insist on developing Scrotum's bio.  But there's nothing I was planning to post that would remotely qualify as being "defamatory" under US law.  (I know a little about this, coming out of a campaigning NGO background...)  Particularly since Skrodenis is a public figure. The standard is extremely high, it's not like some countries in Europe with lower thresholds.  In order to libel Scrotum, you would have to knowingly place false and defamatory information on the page.

In other words, you'd have to know it was wrong, and you'd have to deliberately post it anyway with the intent of causing harm to him.  I don't do that kind of thing, ever.

With this guy, there's absolutely no reason to even consider making anything up!  The story is sordid enough already.  In fact, you may be on shakier ground with all the talk about "lies" than I would place you in with the bio.

But I understand...

I'm quite sure that you can do your researches and post them on the forum, no? It's not because of it being my wiki, it's because there is my name on the whois and i'm proceeding legally against HF (hiding it would have make no sense, it would just have make things worse).

You could at least place his middle name on the page, "Rufin".  This makes identifying him much easier, if somebody else is doing research.

The only reason i've yet to do it is because it's missing from here:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1584096/000158409613000002/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

I can't understand why. And anyway his name is not common at all.

Where does cyberdoc play in this role for pumping the shit out of hashfast? Starting to see that if they couldn't find someone from the bitcoin community to promote Hashfast im sure most of us would never buy any of their babyjet with all their hype on beating knc, 100+ ASCI development and 100% BTC refund policy. Now Hashfast doesn't even come to the forum.  Grin. So cyberdoc why not disclose how much  they paid you? Or are you part of this scam?

Bitcoinica still has not given me 50% of my claim of 600 BTC

Join the club.

With no hardware nor communication from HF this thread is turning into an echo chamber filled with disgruntled customers (me included)

Would be great to get an update from the few folks with engineering samples (LukeJr & IceDrill) as to how the hardware performs.

As mentioned before, HF appears to be playing the silent game for now. (likely until the refund deadline has expired)
