(i'd be really interested using such feature for a side project lol)

I have a question will it be possible to have a service/layer such as XCP on top of xmr blockchain / how would it works? not the exchange obv but the ability to issue share and sell/pay dividend to shareholders; while keeping privacy. i'm lame with monero fundamental tech so I ask let's say i want to crowdfund/IPO the next darkmarket; napster; wikileaks or TPB; I can't really do that using XCP or bitcoin. let's say i wanna openly avoid taxation or gov control to crush competition or just to be free; i still can't use btc.
