Even trustlogic have a lot of things on their hand they still try to communicate to the community for their inquiries! I hope nothing changes and trustlogic will still give us the transparency or the answer we need. Not like other ICO that after the token sale they instantly vanished on thin air like nothing happened and leave their supporters and investor on air.


May it never be HappyDumper. It is easy to take advantage of people and run away but we shoukd be reminded that in every bad action we do there will always be a corresponding consequence. I dont think Trustlogics team is going to do that, they are already ahead and their platform is almost ready. They already have ready applications in the apps stores.

Yeah I totally agree with you happydumper! some ICO after the token sale or they got the things they want to the people who invested on their ICO they just leave them hanging and you can't find them anywhere. I wish that Trustlogic won't do things like that! Naaaaa! svendoto23 i dont think Trustlogics developers are half-hearted in the visions they made. They are already more than a halfway ahead and i can see they are dedicated in this project. Anyway, i’ve also participated one time in an ICO everything was successful but yet the whole team manage to ran away after their ICO. I HOPE THIS WILL NOT BE OUR PORTION.

Data theft is very common nowadays because its easy to track people through their Social security numbers and other personal information that's up on the job portal sites. This is mainly one of the problem of many jobseeker some job portals don't have any security portal and all of the data can be dowloaded or copied by those ill minded people.


This is a classic racket theives are doing. Some recruitment agencies also used to do it and sell identities they’ve stolen to people who do not have good credentials. Like i have an aunt who applied a work abroad. Formerly, her passport had been stamped as deported illegal immigrant so she cannot come back to the same country she’s been. She wanted so much to travel back there to work but the only possibility was to change her name. The agency offered here anothe identity for some thousands of dollar and be able to fly back. And this is what she did. Under some else’s name. 
Wow! It sounds good chikitita2004 but we should be reminded that everything illegal is not good and will be paid with huge price in the end. There will surely be consequences on that. Like, what if something bad will happen to your aunt like having accident for instance? Who will be the first people that need to be contacted or if it will be legal beneficiaries they will be looking for, her family will not be able to claim what belongs to her since they are not in the same name as hers.
Oh! I’m amazed things like this really happen in real life. And imagine, a recruitment agency sold someone else’s profile. Sad. This is worst. If the the applicant who bought an identity of someone else commit a crime, the original owner of that profile will also be affected. He will just be surprised his name is already in the FBI database having record of crime he has not committed. Sad

Have you experienced applying job manually? Checking news papers’ classified ads everyday in a hope you are going to find a job advertisement there, and then providing all the documents needed one by one. You go to the company office and submit your resume, wait for the interview, wait for the result and another rescheduling of another interview. You will be hired but you are going to ask for a recommendation letter from your past employers or employment certificate. I can still remember how difficult it was. Now Trustlogics is going to make a change on this traditional way of hiring.
I am able to relate 100% to what you said Jjireh. It was really not a joke to find a job and the worst thing with it is the recruitment agency that is hiring you sucks. Every move you make they will charge you with money, even a piece of paper, a pen and photocopying your documents will charge you with money. They have totally made recruitment a business in my country.

That is so funny Ahuvali.  Why didn't you do business and sell pens and pencils there😀😀😀.  Seriously, this Trustlogics project has so much to offer to recruitment industry. They made a very concrete and useful innovation when it comes to recruitment.  The jobseekers as well as recruiters will now have easier work to do.
Lol! Taking advantage of applicants and taking advantage of the situations too. Imagine an applicant filling out form having no pen, instead of going out and buy pens he will of course buy it from there if they have. Nobody will run outside and buy something in the store in the middle of application. This system is rotting, i hope Trustlogic will be making a big change in this industry.
Naaa! This rotting system will be ended already. With Trustlogics, recruitment will now be easy. No more need for the applicants to submit papers, photocopy, fill out forms and fall in line and wait for long hours. Applicants can just lay down their credentials in the platform and wait to be picked up by recruitment agencies and be notified about it.

Thanks for the input Bitbratt. Imagine if i have something valuable and iwant it to be secure forever, i can store it in a blockchain. It is now widely used, and to add, fraud is impossible, falsification of records will have no room since everything is open in public.
Ya right Chikitita2004, I’m not sure if banks use blockchain too to keep their records of transactions? Correct me if I am wrong, but sometimes transactions made online in banks are traceable. I also think postal services are also in blockchain? They are traceable and can be followed now when you send items or registered mails.

With all the development TrustLogics is hoping to apply on their platform, i think we are about to see Industry 5.0 being applied in their system.

Technology did impact the hiring industry leveraging the recruitment process through the current Industry 4.0 where the Internet of Things (IoT), Artifical Intelligence (AI) and smart technologies are woven together to make the hiring system efficient, savvy and cost-friendly.

Yet, i do think that TrustLogics do understand that Industry 5.0 is to bring human touch with hybrid systems such as hybrid chatbots where interactions are made by both man and machine to make if more effective.  That's why we see in the whitepaper that TrustLogics will be employing AI but still hands over the finality to the HR themselves.

It is really comforting to know that TrustLogics packs with them technological advancement yet not undermining the capacity of human intelligence to make the whole hiring industry truly effective.

I totally agree with what you have said. We are expecting a revolutionary change in recruitment industry which uses Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). I know some platform but I doubt if it is hack-free and uses AI in their processing.

Naaaaa. Most are even centralized. They’ve not even thought of opening theirs  to other nationalities. I registered in one of the platforms similar to this but i dont even have control over the privacy of my datas. They make money by hiding my personal details like email address and telephone numbers, they only display my picture and my skill. How to contact me, would mean money.

Yes this very much addresses our problem with employment rates which is very low in the present day. This will definitely help people especially with good credentials to find the job that they want. Definitely this will be great big thing in employment processing. I remember how difficult it is to apply for a job, from printing resumes and cv's, going to companies to submit applications and waiting for long lines for initial interviews and then another interview and so on and if your not lucky after so many interviews you will not.pass the final interview. When I learned about the update in using Artificial Intelligence to make the process of hiring and recruiting a candidate to be much easier and without any hassle, I was really glad. I know that this would really make the process a lot faster and efficient. The human recruiter will be focus on the more logical assestment of the applicants which will make the recruitment more reliable and reputable.

This is a big thing for the hiring and lessen the unemployment rate. In my own opinion this platform will surpass the linkedIn platform in terms of their artificial intelligence features and the fast validations of the data on their project.
I definitely agree wthat this project will make the recruitment process more effective.  It wil benefil the company for a time consuming processes and also it is  cost effective in a way that, the effectivity of the hired personnel will lessen them.the cost for hiring new one or replacement because the one that is hired will definitely suit what they are looking for.
And guess what? They will no longer need to set up a hiring office, assign hiring personnels, waste time checking one by one the resumes and interviewing one by one and then sort out the best from all of those applicants. Applicants also will not need to fall in line anymore and wait for the interview. No need to wait too long and be hungry while waiting.  Grin
I can relate to this experience. And the sad thing is, applicants have no work, so also no money, so they have not much money for transportation and food allowance when applying for a job. Applicants also has to look presentable, wear formal clothing which is really difficult for someone who is just seeking for a job. With Trustlogics it will not be like this anymore.

It is quite overwhelming that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be implemented by Trustlogics to its system. We are not used to this method but I am sure that the everyday tasks will be handled by the system itself on sorting things and classifying resumes through the use of AI. This will enable the Hiring Personnel to focus on interviews and evaluation of the applicant which will make their work more efficient, easier and faster.
This process maybe pre-screening of applicants’ resumes by AI system before passing them to personnel in charge for the next steps. So if a certain resume did not pass the pre-screening by AI it will not proceed to the next step to save time and energy in the part of the employer. Just assuming

I didnt see this advantage before. Imagine TrustLogics will be hitting 2 birds with one stone. TrustLogics using validations as important key for jobseekers and employers, it will also be giving jobs for partnered validators. While TrustLogics is providing a more reliable and credible datas for users and employers, which will help them in finding a job and credible employees for employers, through this TrustLogics will also be giving profit to validators.
I agree with you the validators as important role with jobseekers and employers, we need to have mvp platform so we can try it to some logistics business. We need to pay attention with this product it should be release on the market once it goes live.
Ya. I wanna see this platform myself working. If they have a test application on this i wanna try it myself how it will be going. And if it happens they already have the platform working i will also want to create a profile there and gather my datas.

The trust logic's platform is to have the recruiter and the joob seeker smooth transaction,
it is like a normal job fair or career fair but the difference is the trustlogic is via application and online through the blockchaim tectnology.
Correct, their platform is what we need nowadays to help the jobseekers find their job easily and to make sure that they find the right job according to the profession that they graduated. Recruiters will make their job also easier because they will find the list of applicants online and can sort according to the qualities and profession of jobseekers.

Well, the drug test is available in some of the company where they will hired, they also have a clinic where all the applicant for medical send to them and the clinic is the one who direct to the company to send the result.
You maybe right Xamil but the procedure you mentioned is applicable only to some countries but not to all. Well if Validators can do the job of verification as to whether the drug test the jobseeker undergone is true or not will be an additional advantage to the employers. This time employers will not have to bother sending applicants for a drug test if the applicants has already done it and been verified by the validators.

Yes you are right. It is really great to see that the trustlogics team are really hands on and are giving lots of efforts in communicating with their supporters or people who are interested with the project. This is a great advantage to others that do not give much importance in communicating with the community and answering questions.

In my country when you applying for a job there is so many hassle, they have a first interview, screening, exam, back for tomorrow for the second interview, and back again for the final interview and if you badluck that day you will not passed with no explanation. We hope trustlogics is a big help to our problem and may lessen the  unemployment rate.
We do understand that in your Country hiring process is bit lengthy. So for that TrustLogics is there to ease the hiring process, as when you will upload your resume you will get job opportunities, according to your qualification, skills and experience.

For jobseekers, do we need to pay even a small amount of TLT when we will use trustlogics application?
I'm not sure if we're going to pay a small amount of TLT. IF i were the Job seeker why should i pay?  In the first place i'm applying a certain job without any money involve. But we wanted to clarify this to our admin if they can provide us their statement.

Recruiters can actually filter applicants based on the requirements they need. I do hope that this is also true for applicants. Applicants should also be able to choose their employers properly. Trustlogics concept is great since it aims to provide Trusted data for both applicants and recruiters.
