Whenever I'm engaged in a discussion, I make sure the discussion is something I have picked interest on. Politics and religion are things I don't talk much on because of individual differences and when I look beyond what we are fighting for, they alway don't worth it that's why I always ignore. Religion and politics doesn't worth it and dieing for anyone is just foolishness be it politics or religion. Normally what you listed would have been a good standing ground to identify high quality projects but the developers of most new scam projects nowadays are smarter than you think. The only reason I invest a good amount of money in a project is when it is being listed or the launch is been done in a reputable exchange.
If you want to succeed, stay away from rubbish project, they wouldn't just kill your portfolio, they will damage your experience beyond repair and may not be happy (certainly, no happiness in the end) and you even likely tag crypto as ponzi scheme. It may not be the case most of the time but investing in coin that are top 10 on the market are best way to free your self from team embarrassment and incompetency. |

This is so true. Cryptocurrency market is not composed of just Bitcoin. We should raise our heads up and look for the many other things existing in the market also. There are tons of altcoins for example. You can stake some money in exchanges. Or you can check out NFTs and see if you will have an interest in it. The list goes on like this. In short, you can try new things different than Bitcoin.
Exploring these new tokens or projects aren't the problem, the challenge is most of them aren't really community driven the way bitcoin has been. When it come to bitcoin, there has never been inequality except for those who bought cheap with their hard earned money when it dipped, of course they deserved the profit but new projects are always centered by few numbers of holders with large token on their bags waiting patiently for who to dump on in every pump opportunity. |

One of the many ways of adoption of bitcoin has been payment through lightning network, it allow mobile payments without dependent on the network and the transaction fee is very light and smooth but it's centralized because of the channels used in making this payment, there has to be sort of agreement too. |

This thing called job is not everyone calling, it may work for some while other will keep searching until they become fed up and will eventually give up but then it will be late. The time they were supposed to be productive, they have used it to search for job that wasn't for them. I stay in a developing country where corruption has eaten every politician, the brain has been programmed by the political fathers on how to embezzle public fund and when the want to punish them, they used immunity of power to play the system, now tell me how will other countries invest in a lawless environment? The job here are limited and I'm working on been self employed, if bitcoin take me to moon today, I will migrate out of here to Finland hopefully  |

Have you heard of die hard fans in a club, they don't live their club no matter how many times they loose matches or cups, they remain in and will always endure that club for the purpose best known to them. Btc was created as peer to peer electronic cash system, but talking about being rich is relative. You can deny the fact that everyone in this space is here for the maximization of profits. If institutional investors didn't find it interesting as an asset that yield and protect from inflation as hedge tool, they will never be here in the first and talking about bitcoin moving to the mainstream will be difficult because the first question they will ask you when you preach the gospel of bitcoin is where is the value but since its a sweet investment, everyone will shout for its vision actualization.

So far I haven't found a site that produces Shiba Inu. But I invested some of my money in Shiba Inu, then I staked it on Binance within 90 days. If the staking time is extended, then I will continue staking while waiting for the Shib token price to increase.
It seems everyone have become smart but there is something I have learn from bitcoin. When you try to be smart, that's when bitcoin will do the opposite so, it's better you act dumb and buy him and let it ride you when you don't expect, that's what is happening to Shiba Inu recently. There have not been free tokens like it use to in some websites when doge are been given by some people, they all think its going to a dollar but u doubt. BUSD is a stablecoin and its value is pegged to the USD or USDT value. So it doesn't make any difference. So probably but are safe.
Your idea about crypto must be really superb for saying it's completely secure when they can hammer your finances anytime they fill or when they aren't really satisfied with your ways of investment. BUSD and USDT are really good to hold only for short term especially when the market isn't favorable. I don't like USDT despite been peg on BSC, I rather go with BUSD in Binance since they are ready for full regulations, at least I know I am self unlike tether that has been having issues from inception. |

Why are you so concern about the crash? If you afraid to hold why not just ride the wave, take your profit and get in again when you see the dip you are talking about as there is is never a good time for investing in crypto.
The market is getting mature and the trust of institutional investors who ran the other time are coming back and its all green now. The last time we had pull back was due to Elon musk fun behavior with his tweet and Tesla seized operation of payment and then the last raid of bitcoin mining farms in China and all is okay now in my opinion.

We shouldn't depend on these logics because when they denounce their statements, the bad side they do to the price is very bad.
Ones this institutions comes on board, the market becomes liquid and everyone start buying blindly into their idea but as soon as the government isn't please, they pull out leaving others hanging.
Tesla did same but still, they claim they haven't sold any but I'm still waiting to see their annual financial report to believe them.

If every advice we see in every thread of Bitcointalk actually work, everyone would have been rich and no one here would want to ever promote any project.
Anyways, your points are good and they are perquisites to investing in a project you want to put your finances, so it's primarily the first things to consider.
However, you may do the list but the success isn't guaranteed, Cryptocurrency is investing should be done with due diligence and no project is good until its actually profitable after investing in them.

But looking at how strong this market has becomes, one really need a rethink before going in full on bitcoin. My reason is that, bitcoin price at the time of writing this is around $49k and if any decide to buy at this price, whatsoever they invest will only double when btc price get to $98k. I really don't think Elon Musk will create a meme coin of course a meme coin doesn't have use at all I think if he is going to create his own cryptocurrency I think he will create something that will have a product or this kind of coin can be useful for its project probably Spacex, Tesla or many more.
I believe you, he will probably have other ulterior move about his own project but the same time, he will still stay with doge because of his investment, that dude isn't just smart, he is wise in making decisions. I just came across a news that he is now assigned as adviser with Buterin on doge coin as team. A coin created without used can be tokenized if the need be my friend, stop saying a token doesn't have a used case because even the ones making promises on paper are yet to do the physical magic. |

To me what i see in most cases is that some people don't like investing while the price is very low i they don't believe on the project but after seeing the increase and pumping of the market they got triggered and wanting to invest quickly by then is already late and it may occur and lead to market dumping.
Apart from heavy pumps, do you know that trading and riding of waves is more profitable than all this hodl strategy? For example, you bought a coin and held everything on Wallet and you keep watching and then it pumped by 200%, that's 2x of your investment but I'm very sure that you can't sell at that 2x because many will sell and you may end up by 1.5x but a trader hop in when he is sure that the market is about to kick and sell off immediately the market stop pumping, he will keep doing that and if care isn't taking, he may make more profit than the person that's holding. |
