Possibly JRO and his two great vapour-ware assets Rebate and ZIP.A could be included.
42  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: NCKRAZZE's Deposits - Low Risk Deposits with Guaranteed Payback Weekly @ 2.5% /w on: September 30, 2012, 08:59:44 PM
I can confirm receipt of my pro-rata share.  Thanks.
43  Economy / Securities / Re: Kraken Fund on: September 30, 2012, 07:30:35 PM
Weekly returns paid (0.4688% for the week).

Did you use the Kraken IPO to simply offload your personal pirate debt onto new investors and what percentage of funds raised are exposed to toxic debt?

No, there was no personal or pirate debt moved into Kraken.

45  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Starfish BCB - Loans and Deposits on: September 27, 2012, 11:30:37 PM
Currently processing payments (and waiting for some confirms) -both the scheduled interest and withdrawal requests.  I am also repaying several small accounts (less than 10 coins).  Balance table will updated shortly (done).

Are you still paying interest on outstanding balances?  If so, how often?

dooglus has a valid point that I will correct for next week - the accounts in the withdrawal pool were not accumulating interest (although I thought that point had been made), but given the greater length of time necessary to recover funds from people, that is unreasonable so I'll change it.

Good luck to everyone who invested in this scam. Your coins should be safe, Patrick triple A rated it.

Good post except for the rating, it was, at best, AA- because they didn't provide particularly good disclosure of what they were doing, and missed out on a few other things that would have provided more confidence (so several positions away from the top score they might have achieved).  Also recall those ratings (done some months ago) were on the issuers, not the products they were busy selling.  That they persisted in misrepresenting that was annoying, especially when they popped up in the Chinese sub-forum promoting it incorrectly.

I did not see the interest yesterday?.. anything wrong?  Undecided

The growing suspicion is that he is choosing not to repay (like many other people in bitcoin land).
49  Economy / Lending / Re: [Complete] 100 BTC Loan From Patrick Harnett on: September 25, 2012, 07:52:51 PM
Patrick loaned me 100 BTC over 6 weeks and has now been repaid in full.
Just posting this for the record and for later use in proving honest.

I can confirm that.  Nice to have someone repay without any problems.

Per month.

Fixed - the original post is buried somewhere in the preceding pages, and the clarification regarding monthly versus weekly didn't get updated in the OP.
51  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Pirate Pass Through Bonds! on: September 25, 2012, 07:43:05 PM

So how do I get my 0.32 per share  from PatrickHarnett if the shares are not listed any more?
BTW, thanks for the warning... oops, there was none!
One cluster fuck after another. Damn.

The process is simple:  You advise me via pm of the transfer of the relevant asset to my account "PatrickHarnett" and I pay you to your GLBSE account or other address that you nominate.

Just for completeness, this has been wound up and funds distributed.
53  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Starfish BCB - Loans and Deposits on: September 25, 2012, 03:34:59 AM
I noticed that you're still paying interest to the accounts.

Perhaps you should consider lowering it to 0.5% weekly as opposed to 1%.

Currently 0.25% per week.

We can no longer access any of the so called "black market" bonds including PPT.A
so now we can't even sell to the 0.32 wall....  it was 0.32 insured  - where is the insurance now?

Had a chat to Nefario - seems to be a sensible precaution for the time being.  If you needed to redeem the insurance option that should still be possible, but you would need to contact me directly.

Just as an update - I have done an insurance payment today for someone so the system still works.

Bitcoin would be small stuff for Philip after his previous case.

?? weird - it would be nice if nefario let me know when he was going to go around breaking things.

I'll try to find out what he is doing.

I was interested in learning the mechanics of the long con Micon thinks I'm pulling because I'm obviously too retarded to have worked it out for myself.  But it does seem that I'm not running a ponzi (after several months of accusations - unless I read that wrong).

Don't take the bait Patrick, it's just what they're after.

Consider it a weak, idle moment.

I don't expect people like Gene to leave, or some of the other newer people that like to save everyone else from me.  It happens that I'm one of their favourite targets, and that comes with the territory and Bitcoin.
