BTW: Did you read the agreement from the PR firm? Did you read what the PR firm is giving this community for $30,000? It was fancy talk for press releases! The same thing I was doing FOR FREE.
In this I agree with you... Makes more of us then. But, nothing more then was predicted by IE. IE has been very honest about what they would be giving for the so called $30K I have asked numerous times certain things and have been put off/lied to/put down/told to piss off, in no uncertain terms, and all I require is honest and square actions. |

I hated to see how the first guy came and asked why we did trust you with our funds and the stupid discussion which started... but seeing this outcome he was absolutely right.
So lets see...I agreed to send the funds to whatever project the community decides on, but he was right?... If you say so... Ok, sorry... I was on my mobile and did not see that... Would everybody agree to give the 6000 USD or so that were donated for the WallStreet Takeover event to maarx of the WS Foundation, if he agrees to do the event and for IE's sake guarantees that nobody else of the foundation will touch the money?6000 USD? Just had a thought, you know how they are giving the PR company $1K per transaction in Blackcoin - I wounder if they are in on this too.
the Blackhand Push price very very low - they give PR company $1K of BC at sub 20000sats, then they PUMP it hard and let PR company cash out hard.
That is one way to pay the PR company without handing over any over any TRUE $$ other then what the community donated.

We have nothing to "hide" but we do not have to disclose all of our plans with you because you shout loud. Impact and presence are created by hard work and labour in the background sometimes and this is one of those times. If the current level of details enclosed so far does not meet your expectations then I suggest you learn how to manage thiose expectations better for your own sake.
Many people need to understand that they do not get an automatic right to see what is going on at every single minute stage of this process.

So you stated; Dognip knows the PR company by virtue of the fact a company he has dealings with employed their services in the past. But you also stated he does not directly work for said PR company. OK, that's cool. Does Dognip have any relationship with any employee/management from that said PR firm. Also - the invoice and contract info supplied seem incomplete. contract has massive amount of info blacked out - for no reason other then it details the contracted AMOUNTS in $$. And it states client 'is a company not an organisation'. that is not FUD, its legitimate concerns and questions. |

It's simply a suggestion that while not necessary, it is beneficial to dress in line with the image we want to convey. That doesn't necessarily mean a suit, but it does mean classy. And all those people in your images may not wear suits, but they are all very aware of the image and brand they present and dress accordingly.
Sure he could handle that better ^^ - next time we will donate him for some extra wear if he goes somewhere represent us. All agree ?? So now you want to pay for his clothes too ??  |

I hope Soepkip when he reads this realizes we're not attacking him, but trying to help with the image the coin presents. We're the gentleman's coin, the coin of luxury, the coin that conveys the same image that the black American Express card does. Which is why it's important that we keep cultivating that image.
He is community manager. Current community he represent well. If we manages someday get eg. Buisness Manager then he should definietly wear suit... Anyway get on ground guys we allmost all such Soepkip's in our real lifes... Soepkip is just simple honest man in that how he looks and who he is. -i can trust him. He promises hire PR agency and he delivered it traveling 20 000+ km to accomplish that...Find me another person in crypto who is such plain simple and honest like he... When does the PR firm start working/advertising?
Any bets they will ask for more money soon for the PR firm needs X$$ to do $XXX thing - that was already supposedly paid for. I'm still yet to see any evidence or invoice that this money was even sent. Despite been told it will be made open to the community on numerous occasions. They will have to ask for more money because the $30,000 doesn't cover paying for ads...etc..etc. So forgive my stupidity here - they have paid $30K(supposedly anyway) to retain the services of said PR crooks Company? |

1) No. All money from Memberships will be used by the Foundation to fund projects.
2) Yes. Money this, Money that. You know, stuff needs money to happen.
3) We (as a Foundation) have always supported the idea of WS. We simply stated it was not official BlackCoin nor that we used Foundation funds for it. And no, we have nothing to do with the WS event, that is IE's thing.
4) The transparency for the PR Firm will be provided by dognip somewhere in the upcoming week.
5) We cannot prove ourselves without money. Oh and by the way, see our history page.
And we are still waiting......................................... Even more pressure on you to provide the invoice/evidence of the transfer of the community funds now there are accusations of squandering funds ?? BTW GJ on the 'blackcast' , i see you took the community advice on board about professionalism from the last one. If you decide to reach maturity, display it for us please.
