My Curacao lawyer has taken on the case today and he said he rates the chance of success very high. We agreed a percentage on a no cure, no pay deal so if it does not work I will at least not suffer more damage than I have already done. It could ofcourse take several months up to a year, but I will report any updates here.
I know that lawyer, he is haunting on these casino's since 2018 but I want to inform you also that this laywer does not have any knowledge at all about gambling. For me, there is no doubt that you won your money fair, but without legal action this casino does not pay. Hope you will have some luck with this laywer which is for sure SBGOK. |

If you have posted your concern on this thread then please quote it with my reply as that would help the OP in handling your issue. I was happy when I saw that all issues have been resolved and now I am eager to see the reply from @betnomi and to see the outcome. I am certain that this alt account has always been doing what it does best which is a question. without any reasoning as I did check the activities and past posts from the beginning. We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.
You have not properly updated the subject of this topic. It should be [SOLVED only two "small amount" cases] What about this? Hi. I can confirm I have not received my funds from betnomi. I first deposited 0.29999 btc and 3 eth on the 15.06.2023. I placed sport bets on the euro football qualifier 2024 from 16.06.23 to 22.06.23. All bets were in line with the market at the time of bet placement, on one of the biggest events a sportsbook can offer. I only rolled over my initial deposit once before the site went offline, so I did not get to use betnomi really before it went offline. I lost and won bets but ended in a 0.1 btc and 1.5 eth profit, on my 0.29999 btc and 3 eth worth volume. I had a total of 0.4 btc and 4.5 eth in my betnomi account at the time the site went offline, 02.07.2023. I will not delete the scam accusation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5462045.0 and will raise a red flag on betnomi soon. I have been patient, but it is running out. I will continue to try to be respectful in my communication here, but betnomi is making it difficult when saying the refund process is "solved". We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.
I have no faith that the "results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team" will be fair. I did not really get to use the site, before it went offline, and I am barely up on my initial btc and eth deposit. Betnomi should at very least have paid all deposits back in the refund round this week, and make the "results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team" public for the forum (if this third party review is real at all) when they come. I hope for an open discussion on the progress of the rest of the refund @betnomi. If people winning decent amounts, suddenly their risk management team needs to review. Fucking bullshit. If the bets were lost, Betnomi never conducts a check. This trick of frauding was used many time, and always when users win, they suddenly place fraudulent bets or cheated of course. Please create the red flag against this scam site. You will get enough support for sure. |

It was never our plan to stop Betnomi as it was going amazing before pause but it was my duty to make sure everyone was made whole.

As the claim above said it's the final set and it's completed, I believe even if yours are in the last of the list, they should be processed by now. "It was going amazing" Yes of course it went amazing, since you steal all customer funds and pay out nobody, you scammed everybody so of course your bank account is big. Grap that Sorsis clown, that fraudster should be in jail! |

I can confirm that they cashed out.
However, I want to clear some things out since they still painting me up to be this cheater/manipulator.
I have never in my life been called a cheater or a manipulator in sports betting and I feel disrespected and take offense in these allegations. Betnomi has Betconstruct as their odds provider and Betnomi isn’t the first place I have betted on that use this provider. I have never ran into any issues on other books thats getting their odds from Betconstruct. So if I am this supermanipulator I would have been banned/confiscated all across the board that use Betconstruct services. I gave an example on how odds-manipulators work in their ANN because some people doesn't seem to get it.
Betnomi knows that I haven't cheated or manipulated because if that was the case they would never cash out. Calling paying out my fair wins for ”good will” is not true. They know they fucked up and got nothing on me and just trying to do some damage control to save their face.
This W wasn’t for me though, it was for the space. Platforms doesn’t exist without the power of the people and you guys proved that yet again. I’m proud to be in this community and to see people come together and put in time to help solving cases. What you are doing is so important for the future of this platform.
An ADR couldn't solve this case, but you guys did.

To be clear, the refund is not only for Bitcointalk users; it applies to all users on our platform. We had a good estimation of the number of people affected by the closure, and we received refund requests very close to that number. As a result, we are confident that almost everyone affected or with any meaningful amount on the platform has received the message and requested their refund.
We set a deadline for the refund several months ago and didn't receive any new requests for a few weeks. Once again, we are pretty confident in our conclusion. However, we are leaving some room for any user who might have missed the announcement. Any future requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you can provide evidence that there’s a user with huge fund that still didn’t get the refund then you will get the support to fight against Betnomi. There’s no one claiming here that they still didn’t get the refund therefore your accusations is baseless for now. You should create you own topic on reputation board and gather all the users including evidence that they are indeed not getting refunded. There’s already confirmed refund here from established members here that is active on gambling board. Surely their words weigh more than newbie accusation without any proof. Many users have filled in the accustion thread, but since DT members were paid to defend Betnomi, nothing happened. So they not even had a fair chance on this forum. No need to clarify. Everybody knows that Betnomi is a scam from the beginning. I wish people have listened to me from the beginning. There is one case which was posted on the scam accustion topic where Betnomi extortioned a customer with her passport. It is not a big surprise that nobody cared about it. But there are many more accusations. Betnomi did everything to avoid paying customers. Their refund plan is a joke, they only refund people with 25$ in their account. The fact there is a refund plan already prooved they stole a lot of money! |

Betnomi has scammed many, many customers. Many also have reported them, but Betnomi just write that the terms are violated and that there was fraud. Or bets were placed to exploit the system. They used all kind of excuses so that they don't pay out players. From the beginning I warned people about this site. I got red tagged by DT members, but when they reliase I was right, then they removed the red tag. DT members should be cleaned, there are many clowns here on the forum with a DT status who don't know anything about gambling and just write to get paid. And because of them, many people got scammed since they defended Betnomi for a long time because Betnomi paid them to continue their fraud! These DT members defended all the scam accusations, Royse777 is the biggest clown of all. That idiot should be removed from his DT status, since he was also involved and the owner of bitlucy, another scam site.
If you have information and evidence, then post it here, I don't know why further speculation. At the same time, regardless of Betnomi's status, you do not have a sufficient reputation here for us to take your word for it. What do you expect from DT members, to pay off someone's debts?
