I'm quite happy to see your reply on this thread, we all know that each user who was affected should get refund, not only the Bitcointalk users. If you have received refund requests according to your estimation then that's a good thing but it would be great if you share some details that out of your estimated number how many of those got their refund? I hope you guys are serious about refunding and I hope that each victim who was affected should get their money back.

Many users have filled in the accustion thread, but since DT members were paid to defend Betnomi, nothing happened. So they not even had a fair chance on this forum.
No need to clarify. Everybody knows that Betnomi is a scam from the beginning. I wish people have listened to me from the beginning. There is one case which was posted on the scam accustion topic where Betnomi extortioned a customer with her passport. It is not a big surprise that nobody cared about it. But there are many more accusations. Betnomi did everything to avoid paying customers. Their refund plan is a joke, they only refund people with 25$ in their account. The fact there is a refund plan already prooved they stole a lot of money!

DT is not paid here. A paid use of DT power can be spot by other DT since every issue here requires reference as supporting documents for DT action. I don’t read personally all the scam accusation that you mentioned but most probably all this accusations has no substantial evidence to support accusation against Betnomi.

You will notice that Betnomi received tons of criticism when they left and became silent in the forum for a long time from DT and non-DT members. Just follow my previous suggestion so that every accusation will be reviewed properly based on its evidence.

Well, I don't know but morally, there should be no deadline of any kind for cases like this, the company is supposed to keep this offer of refund open for as long as it takes affected user to take notice of the refund initiative, and come around to apply to get his or her refund, the company is not doing an airdrop to their users, neither are they dashing money to their users, the money they are refunding here is the same money belonging to same users which the company initially ran off with, and for what ever reason, they are back here to refund their users they stole from, there shouldnt be any limit or deadline to how long the refund plan should be open, if the company have good intentions of refunding every single affected user, then the refund plan should be open (like I said before) for as long as it take all the affected users to come around and claim back their money.
Except the company's plan is to refund the few persons who may have come around now, and keep the rest of the money for themselves, which I personally will still consider as stealing and won't trust this casino.

To be clear, the refund is not only for Bitcointalk users; it applies to all users on our platform. We had a good estimation of the number of people affected by the closure, and we received refund requests very close to that number. As a result, we are confident that almost everyone affected or with any meaningful amount on the platform has received the message and requested their refund.

We set a deadline for the refund several months ago and didn't receive any new requests for a few weeks. Once again, we are pretty confident in our conclusion. However, we are leaving some room for any user who might have missed the announcement. Any future requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Why did you scam people for more than 50k? Nothing is solved, you are just a big scammer and that is already proven. You will not launch a new site, we will take it down

Many users have posted enough evidence in the past. There was even a case when Betnomi was extortion one of their customers with their passport, but nobody on the forum from de DT group cares about that at the time.


All I see from you are some statements "many" and "many users", nothing concrete and clear. So present the evidence you mention. Any DT will not and should not judge anyone based on a random person from the internet who repeats the mantra "many people scammed".
In the same way, I can also mark you as a scammer and claim that you have deceived many people. And claim that there are many proofs of that. But it doesn't have to be like that.

My words have much more value then all these DT jokes who only got DT because they have friends with DT status and fraud for some money, and yes, you are one of them as well. You don't have any knowledge about the situation and your reaction implicits you are defending Betnomi. You DT members think you are smart, but you are all just a big joke with an IQ of not even 60

If you look at the Betnomi account, you will see several negative feedbacks left by DT members and that is the maximum they can do against someone. I also left them negative feedback and I am certainly not defending them, but trying to defend the common sense that you lack.

This user certainly have a bad experience or two with betnomi. I personally think betnomi is still far faaarrr away from redeeming themselves, the new platform will not and should not be instantly trusted just because they refund their members, but what bislom did is kinda pointless, borderline a witch-hunt, as he spammed many threads, highlighting that betnomi is a scam, even on a resolved cases.

I never receives any answer why my email address used on betnomi was leaked and why I received countless spam messages promoting some unknown casino scam!
This was never explained and until this day we still dont know what exactly happened with private customer information from people who completed kyc registration on betnomi.

I can confirm I have not received my funds from betnomi. I first deposited 0.29999 btc and 3 eth on the 15.06.2023. I placed sport bets on the euro football qualifier 2024 from 16.06.23 to 22.06.23. All bets were in line with the market at the time of bet placement, on one of the biggest events a sportsbook can offer.  I only rolled over my initial deposit once before the site went offline, so I did not get to use betnomi really before it went offline. I lost and won bets but ended in a 0.1 btc and 1.5 eth profit, on my 0.29999 btc and 3 eth worth volume. I had a total of 0.4 btc and 4.5 eth in my betnomi account at the time the site went offline, 02.07.2023.

I will not delete the scam accusation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5462045.0 and will raise a red flag on betnomi soon. I have been patient, but it is running out.  I will continue to try to be respectful in my communication here, but betnomi is making it difficult when saying the refund process is "solved".

We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.
I have no faith that the "results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team" will be fair. I did not really get to use the site, before it went offline, and I am barely up on my initial btc and eth deposit.

Betnomi should at very least have paid all deposits back in the refund round this week, and make the "results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team" public for the forum (if this third party review is real at all) when they come.

I hope for an open discussion on the progress of the rest of the refund @betnomi.

Betnomi pretending everyting is solved, while they still have scammed hundres of thousands of euro's which have NOT been refunded.

We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.

We will process or deny the remaining cases based on the results of the review conducted by the third-party risk management team.

It was never our plan to stop Betnomi as it was going amazing before pause but it was my duty to make sure everyone was made whole.

GekkeBelg and AHOYBRAUSE, do you mind to do us a favor and confirm this? Check your refund wallet and see if your funds on betnomi have been returned? As the claim above said it's the final set and it's completed, I believe even if yours are in the last of the list, they should be processed by now.

It appears here that Betnomi just cherry pick user here to do the refund and not in general. It’s misleading to mark this refund process as solved while not everyone who apply for refund received funds.

It will be helpful if you create a formal scam accusation against Betnomi on scam accusation board. The link you provided is just for a post you made on this specific thread. You can gain more support in the scam accusation board with proper documentation of your case. Some reputable here still didn’t receive refund while the case mark solved which means people will support you with proper evidence.

We have completed the refund process for the final set of withdrawal requests. Out of these, two have been denied due to fraud (account was previously banned). Three of them have been forwarded to the risk management team of our odds feeds and game providers. Apart from these five instances, all other refunds have been 100% completed.

I can confirm I have not received my funds from betnomi. I first deposited 0.29999 btc and 3 eth on the 15.06.2023. I placed sport bets on the euro football qualifier 2024 from 16.06.23 to 22.06.23. All bets were in line with the market at the time of bet placement, on one of the biggest events a sportsbook can offer.  I only rolled over my initial deposit once before the site went offline, so I did not get to use betnomi really before it went offline. I lost and won bets but ended in a 0.1 btc and 1.5 eth profit, on my 0.29999 btc and 3 eth worth volume. I had a total of 0.4 btc and 4.5 eth in my betnomi account at the time the site went offline, 02.07.2023.

You cant stop them on putting up that "SOLVED" into their ANN thread on which they do really believe that they have already cleared up this situation but it turns out that there are still people who dont able to receive their funds on which this is something that havent been resolved at all. We the community do really love to hear out on Betnomi's words in related to this so that at least we the community having
that kind of awareness and being that updated into this one. It is really that hard to clear up things when there are still few people who do make out complaints in regarding with their funds.
Better to put up that word on ANN thread on the time that everything gets resolved out.  Wink

If people winning decent amounts, suddenly their risk management team needs to review. Fucking bullshit. If the bets were lost, Betnomi never conducts a check.
This trick of frauding was used many time, and always when users win, they suddenly place fraudulent bets or cheated of course. Please create the red flag against this scam site. You will get enough support for sure.

The whole thing is going crazy in here because Betnomi team has stated on the title that they resolved customers' issues and refunded them, but we have a couple of gamblers who are coming out to say that they haven't received any form of reimbursement from the failed betnomi team


At this point, it begins to become more clear of what the betnomi intend to do and if they ever want to regain the trust here and outside, they should better make an open refund process by making all the process to be public and plan to all to see and analyze at any point.
