In ogni caso, i legali dell'arbitro ci comunicheranno l'Iter che seguiranno in base alle normative vigenti. |

Grazie per la risposta. Capisco il anche il discorso relativo al servizio del trading. In effetti non può essere un ATM. Giustamente. Però il mio pensiero era anche rivolto anche al caso in cui chi volesse solo inviare EUR per acquistare BTC e poi inviarseli nel suo wallet privato potesse farlo tranquillamente. Invece se non avviene del trading giustamente è meglio essere prudenti. Eccome! ....... [cut]
Penso ci sia stato un piccolo fraintendimento. Dicendo che bisogna fare trading prima di poter prelevare eliale non intendeva dire che devi fare 10 operazioni di trading (sparo un numero a caso) prima di prelevare, il succo era che non puoi depositare euro e riprelevare subito euro. Ma se depositi euro, scambi con Btc e vuoi prelevare Btc, lo puoi assolutamente fare perché hai fatto 1 trade, che è l'operazione sulla quale la piattaforma guadagna e quindi trova giustificazione di esistere, Mi correggerà eliale se ho detto male, ma ne sono piuttosto sicuro sia perché lo leggo ogni due giorni sul loro canale TG (  ) sia perché è esattamente quel che faccio io da quando uso TRT. Visto l'up, ne approfitto per fare un appello agli amministratori dell'exchange: vorrei chiedervi se TRT si può candidare come intermediario per la distribuzione dei BTC recuperati da MtGox, che dovrebbe avvenire entro l'anno prossimo (si spera).
Visto che per la distribuzione servirà il KYC obbligatorio, se proprio devo dare i miei dati preferisco darli a un exchange italiano ritenuto affidabile, che ai soliti noti con sede in Cina, alle Cayman o chissà dove.
In Italia siamo già riconosciuti come intermediari per azioni quali quelle di Mt. Gox. Hai qualche indicazione da suggerirci per prendere contatto? Grazie! |

Riesumo questo thread perché mi sono appena accorto che su TRT hanno listato alcune cripto in più:
Tether + Uniswap + Chainlink
e poi forse altre ma non le conosco per cui non ne sono sicuro (Seed?).
Vedo che i volumi per ora sono "inesistenti" ma probabilmente è perché hanno introdotto queste cripto da poco e quindi in pochi per ora lo sanno.
Domanda ai fondatori di TRT che sono qui nel forum: come mai non comunicate queste novità in questo thread? penso potrebbero interessare a molti, di sicuro a chi è già cliente TRT. Sicuramente Tether interesserà a molti.

The Rock CFO is implying that I'm the author of the last complain on Trustpilot I posted about on my previous post.
Moreover, I'm also implying that. even though you were capable of accessing the account, you are not the account owner and this is why, after 3 years, you can only anonymously spam multiple chats, send anonymous mails to our associates and not being able to do a KYC knowing the facts. |

Another serious complain against the Rock Trading I only recently took notice: https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/610128bdf9f487044c4a9585I couldn't figure out its date. She writes in Italian and call them with all the letters: "fraudsters" ("truffatori"). Accuses them to try to steal 5000 euro from her. Software translation: "I never knew they were scammers, I used their services because I was not requesting to switch to USD. They stole £5000 from me and would not answer my mail or calls. I had to report them to AsseTSECURe Ltd before I could get my money back.... Stay away from these scammers" Never heard about these AsseTSECURe, but the Rock CFO must know everything about this case. I guess his impunity on my case up to now made him think he can do anything without consequences. This guy is on such legal troubles that I almost pity him. I can only imagine who made the anonymous post..... |

Who gave you permission to remove the funds from your possession and transfer them to a third party that was not agreed to by the OP? The OP is the rightful owner of the funds you selectively scammed so why did you transfer them to a third party with the consent of the OP?

At least untill SHE is not providing evidences (KYC) to us or to the arbiter. - WE have been accused by an anonymous person (the OP) that we didn't have the funds. Let's forget for a minute the evidence posted demonstrating that you lied to the police. Let's ignore your arbiter, as is patent that you retain access to that money. Your post confirms it.
The OP is no longer a Rock Trading customer, thus AML rules don't apply and you don't have any right to ask for identity verification. The FAQ you removed say that you never had.
The OP posted plenty of evidence that he is the owner of the money and this conflict already has several years. You are the only one denying it.
Is there other evidence you could possible invent to release his money?
What if the OP is not the account owner? It would be very easy to prove it but he can't.... (PS the account owner is a woman) The Rock Trading Exchange's representative after years of excuses and lies and all the evidence posted is still claiming that the OP didn't prove that he is the owner of the blocked money. This appears just another excuse to appropriate the money. But I can be proven wrong. I'm waiting to know what specific evidence is lacking. I have a free signature. I'm hoping it won't be needed to use this thread with a nasty comment as signature to solve this case. In order to solve the case, it would be enough for the OP to prove she (the account owner is a woman) is the owner of the account providing KYC information. After 3 years of claims, up to now, not only we didn't have any KYC but, we are still waiting for an official note from the authorities which have been multiple times declared by the OP On our side, we initiated an offical legal procedure against the OP and deposited funds to an arbiter account. The Rock CFO made the mistake of publishing enough details about the banking account number and the alleged transfer. This will allow the Italian authorities to confirm that he owns the account or controls it or have close links with the person owner of the account.
If ithas a different owner, probably it was some business created by the Rock CFO. He wouldn't trust 35500 euros to a stranger.
If he used someone else, the police easily will confirm the links to him and his lies about a "third party". And this person will be in serious trouble too, as an accomplice.

It was clear something from Rock Trading representatives does not add up. They are willing to give your lawyers the contacts details of a third party but cannot tell the Court who they illegally gave your funds to?
On page 4 of our Criminal procedure against Coinfan, we notified the Court that funds would be placed on a "segregated" account. Which has been done. The Court has the right to request us any evidence of it. Problem is that Coinfan cannot prove to be the account owner and this is why he cannot have his lawyer writing us a simple letter. After 3 years it should be quite clear.... Thank you |

He hided the name and address of the "third party", which only confirms that it's a false "third party", that he controls fully.

On the 20th of January 2021 we transferred the balance of account 1XX8 in the amount Euro 35519.92 to an account in control of the arbiter. Since then, TRT is no longer in control of the funds which are securely held by a qualified third party.As promised, on a quarterly basis, we will publish the bank account statements in order to provide proof of assets and account movements.
