41  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: future bitcoin transaction fees on: October 06, 2018, 03:23:04 PM

Currently the cost of bitcoin transactions is very cheap due to the relatively small amount of transactions, moving 48,000 bits per 4 cents, very cheap compared to December 2017 at some time up to $ 50 due to too many transactions at that time. . However, when the market recovers, there will be many transactions to be made and then whether technologies such as Segwit or Lightning network will help bitcoin trading faster and transaction costs do not become expensive. or not?

I think the transactions fee of bitcoin will be not different too much, except you convert it to fiat.
If we convert the bitcoin fee to fiat currency like USD, then of course the fee will be depends on the price of bitcoin in the market.
42  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons behind Bitcoin/Cryptomarket fall??? on: October 06, 2018, 03:17:48 PM
I believe there are many reason for the falling of cryptocurrency in the market.
One of them is the market manipulation. It is possible that someone who bought many coins from dec 2017, dumped their coins in the market.
43  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How far bitcoin can progress in the financial world without legal acceptance on: October 05, 2018, 03:15:11 AM
We all know at the moment bitcoin is not a legal currency in the world and it has many political barriers but still it continues to grow for years among general public and the business world so my concern is how far it can go or how far governments and other significant organizations will allow bitcoin to continue its journey without being accepted as a legit currency?

You can State what do you think because your bitcoin investment depends on that

Although it is not a legal currency, bitcoin has gained much trust from the buyers and the holders.
And i think bitcoin will going far in the future, not possible bitcoin will be accepted by countries and get legalized.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the worst thing you have heard about bitcoin on: October 04, 2018, 03:29:37 AM
Well a lot of critics has come out to state a lots of rumours about bitcoin and in some way caused panic well that's among the newbies.
So said bit coin is a bubble just like tulips, some says it is a ponzi scheme and will soon be banned

Other where critical about it's security level and it's vulnerability to hackers well over nine years bitcoin still is the top coin in the cryptocurrency and those critics are still trying to purchase more bitcoin

What is the worst thing you have heard about bitcoin

The worst thing i've heard about bitcoin is, bitcoin is used for paying criminal actions in the dark.
I think using bitcoin as a payment system has done mostly in there. But if bitcoin get massive adopted by peoples, it will functioning as a global currency in the world.
45  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: October 04, 2018, 03:21:57 AM
                              In an economic sense,
An INVESTMENT is the purchase of goods that are not consumed today but are used in the future to create wealth.
                                        In finance
An INVESTMENT is a monetary asset purchased with the idea that the asset will provide income in the future or will later be sold at a higher price for a profit.

I really don't want to turn these into an economics class but the both definition of what investments are clearly should settle the argument of whether BTC is truly an investment or not.

Well yes, you can say bitcoin is an investment if you think it is. But bitcoin is not a common investment.
It is a risky investment because the value is easy to change in the market. So when you invest on bitcoin, make sure you can afford all the risks.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Survive on: October 03, 2018, 02:42:42 AM
In this bearish market, it’s difficult to make profits without thorough research
And almost every portfolio is negative

All I can tell is don’t dump out of fear
Survivor this period and join in packing the dips

Be greedy when others are fearful

Yeah the current market condition is in the bottom for quite long. I wonder when will the crypto market recovering.
Short time holders and day traders maybe already dumped their coins, but if we can hold for long, lets hold our coins and accumulate more coins when the others dumping their coins.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency wallet is the best? on: October 03, 2018, 02:16:43 AM
For me, the best cryptocurrency wallet is a hard wallet. You don't need to download the app and the blockchain like using the client wallet in your pc.
Using hard wallet can makes you own most coins and with a good security for your wallet. You can use exchange wallet to store all most crypto, but i don't recommend it.
48  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin is a security, a currency or a commodity? on: October 02, 2018, 02:35:46 AM
The endless debate... Do you think Bitcoin is a security, a currency or a commodity? We came up with a few reasons why it could easily classify in any of those categories: https://cryptocoin.news/analysis/is-bitcoin-a-security-a-currency-or-a-commodity-2-18643/

What do you think it is?

Indeed it is an endless discussion. Either as a currency or commodity, the fact is, there are many peoples using bitcoin for various thing.
It means bitcoin is not only a currency, but a trade-able currency or an asset as well. If you can use bitcoin for trading like commodity to gain profit, why not?
49  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption for better life in future . on: October 02, 2018, 02:26:03 AM
Well, every one want to be a millionaire, this is the dream of everyone, no harm in it. Henry Ford did not make a conveyor for the man he did to produce cheaper cars.Innovations come from attempts to bypass competition and win.
Although this is partly our own mistake. You can not always blame others. For example, I mentioned that we can not spend bitcoin to buy what you want. The question is, did we really see if it's impossible to buy this thing using bitcoins or are you making a guess? Because I've seen a lot of people who just assumed they can not afford to waste their time, but they could.but also we know bitcoin adoption as a currency is not yet great,, is also part of our error. For example, how many times have you asked the seller you are using bitcoin? We need to start with ourselves and insist on acceptance, and then expect others to follow

This is the dream of many pioneers and enthusiasts for ,long run, , but  it will be near-impossible to get the coin into the
mainstream economy short-term,but with time it adoption will increase.Even I, who started late in the game , wanted to see the Bitcoin as a currency of work, and not just some speculative assets.

Well, of course everyone want to be a millionaire, but we cannot become a millionaire just by buying bitcoin and wait for years.
We must use bitcoin itself so it will be massive adopted by other peoples and they can use bitcoin, of course as a currency, not as a speculative asset.
50  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi. What did he found to create something like bitcoin? on: October 01, 2018, 04:58:12 AM
I think because he want to create another currency to pay something with digital technology aside fiat currency.
And we didn't expect the value of bitcoin to reached this expensive in the market.
Maybe it is because many peoples has believe in bitcoin, and use them as a currency for their payment system.
51  Economy / Speculation / Re: I never held this much bitcoins. on: October 01, 2018, 04:37:23 AM
I jus dump half my investment from stocks into btc. Now I'm fully invested in bitcoin. Before I had invested in bch and it dumped. While I converted to fiat. Long story but I'm still alive after the ath 19k n buying the dip. I thought it was going to 4k. But i guess its a good time to buy now. Best of luck.

What makes you really sure that investing in btc will profitable for you ? Bitcoin value can falling more deep any time in the future, no guarantee it will rise.
But i guess your choice is a good one because btc has stabilizing at $6k, maybe it is the bottom of btc.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto market really for anyone? on: September 30, 2018, 01:12:12 PM
I think this market is not for everyone and that is why I do not usually recommend my friends or family to invest in cryptos, as it is well known that most people have a great aversion to risk and that is why traditional investment instruments still receive large amounts of money despite their stingy returns. And because of this usual risk rejection many newbies use to cry so much as soon as they suffer some loss in this market, because they never assume the great risk that crypto investments involve and believe that getting rich overnight is a simple and easy task.

Of course cryptocurrency market is for everyone, but the problem is, not everyone can take the risk.
Cryptocurrency value is still volatile currently, that's why the risk is quite high.
If peoples cannot afford to lose any funds, then i think they won't be able to survive in cryptocurrency.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to burn ETH? on: September 30, 2018, 01:03:56 PM
I know erc20 tokens can be burnt by sending them to some address. Is it possible to do same to ETH?What address should we send them to to burn if possible? Is sending ETH to  0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 will burn it?

Yes, sending the ETH to an unknown address is same as burning the coin because the coin won't be able to move if it doesn't have any owner.
there are some address used to burn ETH and tokens, not only 0x000.. Anyway, burning token means you make the coin won't be able to used by peoples again.
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: COMPANIES IN JAPAN PAYING SALARY IN BITCOIN on: September 29, 2018, 03:10:11 PM
COMPANIES IN JAPAN PAYING SALARY IN BITCOIN
This is very good for bitcoin and also altcoin  if all contries like Japan  become crypto friendly then crypto world be amazing for crypto lovers  and many will become millionaire and billionaire

I think it is no wonder that bitcoin used for paying salary in japan, because the founder of bitcoin itself is Satoshi, from Japan.
But using crypto as your salary can be risky because the value often to change. Just quickly convert it to fiat if you need your salary.
55  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Exchange In Japan Is Offering Bitcoin Loan on: September 29, 2018, 02:56:46 PM
Japanese Cryptocurrency exchange Bitbank has made an announcement to commence BTC-USD, a Bitcoin borrowing program. The idea has been developed to engage more new customers along with enhancing additional foreign exchange.
https://www.owltmarket.com/cryptocurrency-exchange-in-japan-is-offering-bitcoin-loan/

I think offering loan is a good method to create public awareness to peoples in the world because there are always peoples who need the money from loan. If cryptocurrency can functioning like fiat bank, then crypto will be a good alternate currency for peoples in the future.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment. on: September 28, 2018, 04:14:05 AM
How do you feel about long-term investment? Do you see the priorities in this? What do you think is the reason for this? Where to invest in your opinion?

Long term investment is the best option in crypto i guess, because crypto value has growing every years.
If you want to use crypto for short term invest, then it will be risky because crypto value is volatile for short time, but it can suddenly skyrocketing in the market.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you selective when you participating in ICOs? on: September 28, 2018, 04:02:14 AM
There are many popular sites are available like Bountyhive,Bountylord that gives the ICOs announcement their duration time etc.
I want to know that how you select an ICOs to either participate in it as invester or a bounty campaigner.

It will be a disaster if you don't selective when choosing the ICO you want to invest because there were many scam ICO's.
Look, even if you selective, you can get scammed to if not careful enough. Either you are an investor or hunter, you must picky to choose ICO.
58  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Become Mainstream In The Next 10 Years? on: September 27, 2018, 03:32:47 AM
According to a study conducted by researchers at Imperial College London, cryptocurrency has the potential to become a form of payment that is widely used for decades to come. In their research report entitled "Cryptocurrency: Overcoming Barriers to Trust and Adoption" Professor Imperial College London, William Knottenbelt, and Imperial College Business School Dr. Zeynup Gurguc, argue that cryptocurrency has so far acted as a store of value like a fiat currency.

10 years is a long time, it will be enough to make bitcoin as a mainstream currency in the future if bitcoin usage keep increasing from now.
Few years ago when bitcoin were created, there are only few peoples know about bitcoin and many didn't believe bitcoin value. But now, bitcoin value is very high and became a popular currency.
59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin control the market? on: September 27, 2018, 03:21:09 AM
Most people believe that the price of altcoins' is determined by the price of bitcoin and that they tend to follow it's market movements.

I partially disagree with this. I have studied prices of coins and tokens on CMC and the fluctuations of each currency seems to be unique and independent of any other digital currency. Some show strong pumps when BTC goes down and some heavy dumps when BTC is rising.

Undoubtedly, there are market forces and factors which affects most currencies, this is not influenced by bitcoins price, it rather controls bitcoins' price as well as others.
So when trading or investing, make sure you treat each currency differently as they have different utilities.

Bitcoin doesn't controlling the market, peoples who own much amount of bitcoin are.
I think if some whales of bitcoin unite, they can move the market price to a certain point to their favor and gain profit because of it.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market unstable on: September 26, 2018, 02:35:41 AM
This few month , crypto market is unstable.
going up and coming down..

so what is your move right now ?
- keep it and trade or
- buy while is cheap or
- sell it ? Huh

I intend to buy it but scared will drop again. confuse

First you need to ask what the coins for ? If you want to buy coins for holding long term, i think you should wait for bull market sign.
But if you want to use the coins just for trading, you can buy it now because it is on the bottom. If you buy on the bottom, the chance of rising price is higher than dropping price in the future.
