There is Bonpay. I just heard of them literally 5 minutes ago. Don't know which country they work out of but they do offer plastic cards which they have a promotion right now(I guess to get more customers to use their services) where they send it to you for free and waiving the $15 charge to make the card for you. I just found this wallet last week. It has been around for a while though. I think as long as 2014. https://block.io/faqAnyone else use this one and what are the advantages in paying for their service on a plan they offer for those rates which seem very high for not knowing exactly what they offer. What they should do is offer to send the transactions out to the blockchain for free for $1499 a month for developers.  |

The only reason for one to use them now is the usage of their eth to btc exchange for free between their wallets.
Other than this, there is no reason for anyone to take the risk of their bitcoins to be locked in those accounts and not being able to make a withdrawal due to whatever reason they wish to charge against you.

Run the executable like this in run...(with your path to the file) c:\mc\maxcoind.exe --daemon Then open a new command and type c:\mc\maxcoind getaccountaddress "" That will be the default address for the wallet |
