What he is probably saying is that if you create 2nd account you can verify the same address twice. Which is annoying that btcquick didnt think of that but still nothing serious as you can easily prevent that.

I can easy to verify in Account Setting--Bitcoin address, but can't verify in the "investor" page with the same bitcoin address.
Stucking at 'verifying message', I tried more than 20 times. used IE, chrome,firefox.
And so many people have the same problem. I think Ascension, you need to do something about that.

I have now successfully registered with BTCQuick and successfully claimed my BTCQuick shares by signing a message with my BitFunder public BTC address.
Question: how will dividends be paid out? Will they be sent automatically to my BitFunder public address? Or is there a way for me to update my BTC address with BTCQuick?
I also owned shares of a variety of other assets on BitFunder besides BTCQuick. I prefer that my BTCQuick dividends go to a different (unique) BTC address, because when payments arrive to my BitFunder public address I have no idea which issuer sent them or what they are for. It makes it so much easier to keep track of what is going on when I am looking at my wallet and I see that an incoming payment was received (for example) to my "BTCQuick Dividend Payments" receiving address instead of just "BitFunder public address shared with all issuers" address.
At this point in time dividends will be paid to the bitcoin address's on record. |

You have a ticket service for this cases.....you just don't even look at them You have an email......I don't know what for!!!! You have a twitter....that you ignore. You have a telephone number......messages must me heaping there. You have a post here.....you just give an sporadic answer. Alright guys, I apologize for the long delay. The investor portal is still a work in progress as I have been busy working on other things essential to btcQuicks operation. Right now we are still working with a company on getting everything setup for our credit card merchant account. This process takes a little longer when you are dealing with a bigger company. We have been able to secure an account in order to process ACH/Bank Transfers for our U.S. customers. Initially this will be limited to some of our loyal customers so that we can get a feel for how the system will work and get some of the bugs worked out. We are currently working on integrating the ACH system into our site and we should be up and running with that at the end of the week.
Here are some deadlines we have set:
- Investor Portal - Be able to verify number of shares, view investor specific information such as profits and earnings, and receive dividends - By December 6th
- ACH Payment Integration - By December 6th
- New Credit/Debit Card Processor Integration - By December 13th
- Dividend for November 15th to December 15th - On December 16th
- Blockchain.info new Wallet integration - By December 31st
Feel free to ask any questions that you may have and I will do my best to answer them

Hello, I been waiting for my order (21833) since Nov 13, opened a ticket but no answer. Please help. They Key is funded, and I will appreciate receiving my coins instead of a refund.  Looks like you need to verify the order. They send a text message that you have to respond back to... Does answering back the SMS work if you are outside the US? also tried to re send the SMS for the transaction Again. Nothing works. Is this related to the new site you are working on? Please help, I would appreciate receiving my coins. Hell if I know... I'm in the US. Are you allowed to send SMS internationally? Better yet, how did you verify your number if you can't send international SMSs? Verifying the number only require receiving SMS. Oh... Then the only thing I can suggest is... contact your cell phone carrier to make sure you can send international SMS. Or find a friend in the US and use their telephone number. Once I forgot to verify my SMS.. but once I did, it was sent immediately. Thank you for your help, looks like I cant answer international SMSs. If you enable Google Two Factor on your btcQuick account it will bypass the need for SMS confirmations. Already did that, every time I log into Btcquick I enter my password, and then the PIN I get on my phone. Still I cant get the coins. Why not change your telephone number? Find a friend in the US who will let you use their number to verify the order... not sure if that'll work tho; since the order has already been placed. I don't think that will be a good idea. I'm starting to get nervous about this. It should not be too difficult for them to just help me. I will wait a bit more before i post a formal complain. This is the time btcQuick will replace google checkout and the price of Bitcoin is raising so fast. This is the hardest time for btcQuick, a small company.
I suggest all shareholders give them sometime to handle all problems. I think we can see improvement in next month.
And btcQuick need to give enough information to shareholders in the future.
I am aware that I haven't been as active on the forums about btcQuick shares and information. There is alot going on between customer service, site improvements, new processor integration, investor portal and direct share management. I will do my best to post a more detailed news update in the next few days. Dividends for november with be posted at the end of the month once we get the functionality for paying out completed. |
