Really? Can you please elaborate? I'm not negating what you're saying... just saying I've used them to purchase quite a few coins and never had any major issues....

Please help. They Key is funded, and I will appreciate receiving my coins instead of a refund.



Looks like you need to verify the order. They send a text message that you have to respond back to...

Does answering back the SMS work if you are outside the US?

also tried to re send the SMS for the transaction Again. Nothing works. Is this related to the new site you are working on?

Please help, I would appreciate receiving my coins.

Hell if I know... I'm in the US. Are you allowed to send SMS internationally? Better yet, how did you verify your number if you can't send international SMSs?

Oh... Then the only thing I can suggest is... contact your cell phone carrier to make sure you can send international SMS. Or find a friend in the US and use their telephone number.

Once I forgot to verify my SMS.. but once I did, it was sent immediately.

If you enable Google Two Factor on your btcQuick account it will bypass the need for SMS confirmations.

Already did that, every time I log into Btcquick I enter my password, and then the PIN I get on my phone. Still I cant get the coins.

Why not change your telephone number? Find a friend in the US who will let you use their number to verify the order... not sure if that'll work tho; since the order has already been placed.

I'm not saying that your answer is not right . I'm saying that a sporadic reponse is not good and what I need is a proper customer service.
I used every channel of comunication you have.
You have a ticket service for this cases.....you just don't even look at them
You have an email......I don't know what for!!!!
You have a twitter....that you ignore.
You have a telephone number......messages must me heaping there.
You have a post here.....you just give an sporadic answer.

Give me my cutomer support service that you suppose to give as a serious service whose main capital should be TRUST.

Follow my case, enlighten me.....tell me what to do and problem solved.

With that simple thing this kind if posts would not be necessary.

I too am trying to get help with an unfunded order.
My order# 21980 dated 11/13 @ 2:14pm, SAYS it was processed, but the bitcoins never arrived.
I've opened a support ticket, sent e-mails, left voicemail messages....but have yet to get a response.

Ascension, please send my bitcoins or refund my money. 

I've done a blockchain search, so I know they were never sent to my wallet.

I would prefer not to get in a big and drawn out fiasco.  If I can get my money, I will quit bugging you.  If you ever get your issues resolved, then I will probably use your service again.  Until this order, every other time I used btcQuick, I received my bitcoins quickly and I was very satisfied (in fact, I actually recommended you to a couple of friends).

Please let me know what I can do to get this resolved.

Also, please let me know if you don't plan to do ANYTHING (i.e. you're closing down). 

Thanks and I wish you luck.  Like I said, I was very satisfied until now.  It's a shame.  I hope you can get things turned around.
