Esatto

Excellent start for OceanEx, official exchange of the entire VechainThor ecosystem, which allows a guaranteed fixed income of at least 10% per year + the profits generated by Thor, to all users who, in the exchange itself, undertake to block for at least 30 days VeChain; all this thanks to the birth of a new functionality of the exchange: CRYPTOFARM

43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: June 15, 2019, 08:32:01 PM
I believe this fall of price is great opportunity to buy..just like when the hacking of Binance exchange happened..the price fall 30 % then recovered and went up 40 %..
Even this thing with closing general Binance exchange for Americans and founding separate US Binance will be good at the end... and the price will recover to 0.0040 - 0.0050 range. we just have to be patient. I started buying from  and 0.0039 btc and still buying as the price goes down....

Exactly, what I think too ..... Binance and his CZ leader are a war machine and this decline should only be seen as an opportunity to enter at a better price; personally I would expect a correction to around 0.0027 / 0.0029btc, which is an old resistance that has already been touched twice in the past, and can now serve as a support.
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Old Blockchain Vs new Blockchain ..... Bitcoin & Co Vs Amazon, Google, Facebook on: June 15, 2019, 03:25:48 PM
Three more days to the official release of the Globalcoin WP and the list of partnerships and agreements between giants is getting bigger and bigger; it would seem there are also agreements with Coinbase, EBay, Xapo, Vodafone, and many others.

45  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: June 15, 2019, 01:55:21 AM

We mere mortals still know nothing about GlobalCoin and the Wp of Facebook, which will release it in 4 days (these are the latest news), but it seems that other big companies are already ready to enter the "global" project and invest $ 10 million .... it is obvious that they already know all the details of the offer that will be presented and $ 10 million are just pennies for them.

I'm talking about the giants of Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Uber, which will probably use the future GlobalCoin to expand their services and offers, adapting to the new needs and demands of new markets and savers / investors.

Binance Says It’s Launching a US Exchange With FinCEN-Registered Partner
https://www.coindesk.com/binance-says-its-launching-a-us-exchange-with-fincen-registered-partner

After the wonderful news of the past few days, here is that today the Binance exchange has a heavy news, which has immediately had a strong impact in the token prices in the markets: BnB today loses almost 10%

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/06/14/us-customers-to-be-blocked-from-trading-on-binance-com/
all services and trading of US customers are currently blocked on the main platform; the "serious" thing is that they weigh about 15% of all traffic on the platform, as can also be seen from the photo below.

Let's say that maybe it's the right time for those who were waiting for a fall in BnB prices ... now they can take advantage of it  Wink
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Planning for summer 2019 on: June 13, 2019, 09:09:30 PM
Summer is known to be a very non-active time of year for all crypto enthusiasts. It seems to me that it is better to rest(morally) during this period and make a reboot to start mining new coins with new strength))
Why so? For me summer mining is just more time to the rest, less time to the mining. I would not make coins research, catch pumps, etc. Just mine some of the profitable coins and check how it goes 1-2 times per week.

I believe he was referring to coin / token prices that generally go down a lot during the summer months, or at least it was in past years; even in the stock market during the months of June, July and August, share prices tend to fall, because traders prefer to sell and rest a couple of months .... in fact, in these months the volumes of all the sectors fall a lot too. .

Precisely for this reason, however, it may be a good idea to extract some more profitable coins, because the hashrate is lowered and becomes cheaper .... provided that you do not have to cool the house / room with fans / air conditioners!

50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Grin Observer - GRN/BTC - Price Movement and Discussion on: June 13, 2019, 09:12:11 AM
In any case, what is the cause of this pump? The hardfork next month? There is nothing special about it, I reckon.

I can see three reasons.

1) The hardfork is special actually, since it's the first network upgrade of Grincoin. I reckon another pump will follow after the hardfork if everything goes smoothly.
Why? Because it proves the team is working on it and they're moving with their schedule.

2) They released a Windows wallet. So far people's only options were to install Linux (in a virtual or physical machine) or keep their funds in exchanges. I'm sure there were many big investors who might have though of buying GRIN but they didn't have Linux nor wanted to bother with Linux. Those people are now able to buy GRIN.

3) With mixer services proving unsafe after all, it was bound that some people would turn to GRIN for its superb anonymity.

Bonus) As I have been following this thread for a while, I understand a lot of people were expecting GRIN to fall to 1$ or even less, therefore at least a few people (if not many) were waiting to buy lower. Well... they might have understood that this was too low of a target and they're now FOMO buying.

I personally believe you are right for the last two points: anonymity and price too low for its potential.
Furthermore, his hashrate had also dropped a great deal and it had become really convenient to mine it and obviously buy it; this is perhaps the main reason.
The real price of Grin will be discovered only in 2-3 years, and I think it will be around 0.005btc, so at least x10 from today's price.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining ETH is now no profit on: June 13, 2019, 09:04:18 AM
People are looking at profits now and this is your biggest mistake.
In investing in mining and cryptocurrency, you must work on the edge of profitability. And due to rising prices, you will earn more than any of your other investments. Always look at the prospect.

People should understand mining is no way they make money fastly because it needs a lot of investment and it will take a lot of time to mature the coins. So we have considered other investment forms because we know how potentially the prices are increasing when the market starts recovering.

You are both right, but @starkovblue you have to understand that when the prices of the coins increase the number of the miners increases and therefore salt the hashrate of the currency with a decrease of the profitability; @superstarbtc instead you have to understand that those who invest in mining, in addition to time and Roi, also look to anonymity, because it is almost the only way to have coins without registering with kyc in some exchange, or making a transfer or with credit card (in all cases it is tracked by the regulator).
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex International & IEO on: June 12, 2019, 01:15:23 PM
Hi, i need some information about STP, can someone tell me about the IEO price for each STP? I saw that on icodrop if that was around 0.01 but i still feel doubt about that because in another platform the price of IEO will always differ from the price of a private sale. If that was true and it looks too risky for me to take this coin above 4x from the private sale price.  Cry

These below were the specifications of the IEO sale that ended yesterday; now you can buy and sell STP directly in the Bittrex exchange
https://international.bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-STPT

Token Sale Start Time   June 11th at 14:00 UTC
Token Sale End Time
When BI Sale Supply is reached or at the set time of June 12, 2019 at 14:00 UTC

Bittrex International Sale Supply   75,000,000 STPT
Total Token Supply   2,000,000,000 STPT
Initial Circulating Supply   109,620,000 STPT
Token Sale Price   ~$0.01 USD (approximate; price to be set in BTC within 24 hours of the start of the IEO)
Per Account Maximum Purchase Amount   250,000 STPT  ~$2,500 USD (approximate; price to be set in BTC within 24 hours of the start of the IEO)
Per Account Minimum Purchase Amount   1,000 STPT  ~$10 USD (approximate; price to be set in BTC within 24 hours of the start of the IEO)
Target Raise   ~750,000 USD (approximate)
Currencies Accepted   BTC
Token Type   ERC-20
Token Distribution   Within 24 hours after IEO sale ends
Bittrex International Token Listing   June 12th at 00:00 GMT/UTC

At the moment it seems that this is the first IEO on Bittrex that is going well, because STP sells for about x4 from the sale price.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH: Deep crash before going to the moon? on: June 12, 2019, 01:03:27 PM
I guess its a great strategy for the manipulators to eliminate those panic sellers then increase it after. It also will benefit those people who knows this kind of technique by eventually buying on the dip then selling on the moon. Playing with cryptocurrency is a matter of guts, patience and timing.
as long as the ether goes for bitcoin, it will repeat its movement. And now one well-known and influential person in the cryptoindustry said that as soon as bitcoin passes 10,000, he will reach 50,000 in 5 months, so there is a lot of interesting ahead of us.

That person is ignorant for two reasons:

1) Ethereum has its own well-defined graph and does not follow Bitcoin and, as you can see below, it has been following a descending channel for about 2 years, and now it will have to make a decision.

2) $ 10,000 is just a number and means absolutely nothing; everything in life follows cycles and waves, progressions and retracements.
If you really want an area to be monitored pay close attention to the $ 11,000 / 12,000 zone, which represents 50% of the primary cycle retracement; exceeded that area, IN CLOSING DAILY, then you can watch the old ATH of $ 20,000 .... from then on there are other progressions to observe but it would be too early to talk about it now.

54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: USB miner for Altcoins on: June 12, 2019, 08:33:58 AM
The choice to buy a USB miner is just a matter of costs as @jstefanop rightly said, and not profitability; not even OP has ever asked for comparisons and opinions on profitability, because I believe he will have understood that he will get little, but in the meantime he can learn this new and complicated world.

If you buy a raspberry you can't expect to run advanced programs or complex calculations, so why do you ask Roi huge for a USB miner? That does not make sense.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex International & IEO on: June 11, 2019, 01:10:06 PM
Fourth attempt by Bittrex International and fourth proposed IEO: Standard Tokenization Protocol ( STP )

Fully verified Bittrex International users can participate in the Standard Tokenization Protocol Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) beginning at 14:00 UTC on Tuesday, June 11th.

Standard Tokenization Protocol is a smart contract that allows issuers to create and issue token offers in a regulatory manner in a large number of jurisdictions around the globe. The protocol allows the integration of international regulations to enable compliant issuance of tokenized assets and cross-jurisdictional transfers of ownership. It also allows for issuer-specific parameters such as ownership concentration, holding periods, and voting. By issuing a permissioned ERC-20 token (STPT) on the Ethereum blockchain, Standard Tokenization Protocol ensures that: 1) regulatory and issuer-specific compliance requirements included in the smart contract landscape can be captured and integrated. Standard Tokenization Protocol standard enables the tokenization of any type of asset in a globally compliant manner.

56  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency, KYC and Terrorism on: June 11, 2019, 12:40:52 PM
And what's the difference between a crypto platform to gather IDs, rather than any other online platform also where members have to gather IDs? It's just the same thing. Health companies. Online shops. With credit card details. Bills details. All kinds of KYC details.

Why is crypto the bad guy here?

You're right, and in fact there is no difference .... not even when you take the card points to LIDL, AUCHAN, CARREFOUR, Etc. and provide your data .... and that's what I wrote a little higher.
Soon all this will be just a memory and the ICO's will disappear completely.

Already now they are partially replaced by the new IEO fashion, in which the KYC is done ONCE with the exchange, and not 100 times for different and unknown 100 ico; the kyc with the exchange is perhaps a little safer and guarantees some greater level of security.

A few more months and by 2020 we will certainly have clear regulations and laws in the crypto area, mandatory KYC / AML on trade, and there will be new STO's, replacing IEO's.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 100x-1000x coin? on: June 11, 2019, 12:31:06 PM
These are not short-term investments, but for the next bullrun, the lowcap altcoins below (really lowcap), are for me the most interesting.
We must stop with the old altcoins of 2017 which exploded during the previous bullrun .. It looks like people who try to self-defeat they will review the prices of early 2018 .. People love novelty, new hypes and with new potential price discovery. You have to look at the under 5/10 million .. sup 50 million are known or are ICO who will try not to die after their first pump ..

- GRIN
- BEAM
- NYZO
- SIN
- SNOWBLOSSOM

Here is the article on my blog where I give some explanations .. #DYOR

https://block-chain-invest.com/presentation-des-meilleurs-lowcap-2019-2020/

All excellent coins, congratulations Rowenta, in particular Nyzo and Amoveo because they are still unknown and have a very low cap.

On your list I would suggest adding OpenWeb Network (OWT), a decentralized open source network, which is called WEB 3.0
Partnership with Brave and CYBR, currently listed only on STEX with a very low capitalization of around 250k $, but there is already the swap of Erc20 tokens in progress with the Binance chain and VERY SOON there will be a listing on Binance Dex ... .. it will be an "easy" x5-x10 in the very short term but at least a x100 in the medium term.

59  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Old Blockchain Vs new Blockchain ..... Bitcoin & Co Vs Amazon, Google, Facebook on: June 09, 2019, 09:36:05 AM
Facebook Coin or GlobalCoin or AmazonCoin etc. they will never really be able to attack Bitcoin & C. because they will have a different system and "play" on different fields.

What is certain is that they will be successful, very successful, and will be increasingly widespread alongside "old traditional cryptocurrency".

Another certainty: there is no intention to replace and / or kill Bitcoin & C.; if there was this idea in the past, today this possibility no longer exists! Too many interests and too many big players have already taken the field, investing many billions of dollars.

When the first ETF is finally approved and / or when Bakkt starts, NOTHING can stop Bitcoin anymore!

And when GlobalCoin and AmazonCoin and AppleCoin prove their limits, Bitcoin will become even stronger and unstoppable.

WHAT YOU DON'T KILL YOU, FORTIFY YOU AND MAKE YOU STRONGER!

Grin is pumping and this thread is in the 3rd page with no excitement? Something might be wrong. Is everyone selling on the pump?

In any case, bump hehehe.
Oh well, you are right . Last time i checked GRIN, the price was around 26k satoshis but now it got pumped to 36k satoshis. On CMC it saying this token got pumped more than 25% today.

Yea I got my little position in right before the pump yesterday Cheesy waiting for a dip to buy some more, this project seems really cool Smiley

There has been a steady decline in its hashpower in recent months, while in the last few days the latter has started to rise again by 30%, and the price in the markets has reacted accordingly, also increasing by 30%.

Until two days ago you could get a good profit from Grin's minign, even by renting Nicehash power, while today you are again on par.
