How can I send the coins to my desktop wallet?
If you have your coins on Bittrex they're currently stuck there, as bittrex wallet just went offline.I don't know what's going on

Looks like some of the top 100 addresses had recent activity and are accumulating, interesting. I also like that network hashrate, 700 TH/s, compared to other low market cap coins, it's impressing. later edit :

My plan is to add 4 new mining algorithms. 2 GPU (Lyra2RE2 and Groestl), and 2 CPU (yesscrypt and Argon2d)
These algo's will not be AUXPOW, only sha256 and scrypt will stay AUXPOW for now. I should be able to get the new version out in time and combine with the fork at block 2977000.
Will the hard fork require a swap?or we just need to update our wallets?

You can vote for Rise to list on eucoin exchange (eucoin.io)

I guess the stolen funds didn't hit the Exchange, right?
Only a small fraction of Shift managed to get out, but there was some ARK, LISK and BTC on the hacked personal PC in cause.

Wait... what? Are you saying that if you kept shift in the shift wallet from your website then all your shift are gone?
One of the team members had his computer hacked, but the thief didn't manage to sell more than 9k shift on exchanges. Your Shift is perfectly safe. There is no problem with the tech, it was only a wallet on a computer operated by a team member that was hacked (he also had some BTC, LSK and ARK from what i read)

Is the project abandoned by the developer? The project has been developed for several years, and it can not get the color, and the heat is not.
what do you mean bro? i think this project is stable right now . Hence why I ask my questions above. It seems the consensus is that Opal needs new devs and a new team and so forth. If that is not the case, then please ignore my post. #crysx Opal was once in Polo and Bittrex, it was listed on Cryptopia somewhere in the summer of 2016. Further development like new wallets, new roadmap (and maybe masternodes) could mean Opal reaching a few dollars easily There was actually an article that showed some use case(i don't remember wich country, Netherlands or Denmark) where some dude did some "dirty business" using Opal, there's gotta be a link somewhere in these 200 pages

So i've been thinking, supposely people around here have portofolios, and lots of coins. But let's be honest, it's quite difficult to regularly/daily check each and every coin for updates (there's a lot of them), and most importantly, to check for a hard fork/swap.Some around here have full-time jobs, and maybe they don't have that much free time.
Whenever i see the words "Hard Fork Swap" in a coin topic, i feel a slight pain in my stomach, thinking what consequences will follow, more precisely, like people missing a Swap because they were busy, they had personal problems or they were just keeping the coins in cold storage without knowing what a Hard Fork/Swap is.
There's no need to give away any coin names, there are enough cases of people losing coins because of a swap.
Now, the ideea is, to create some type of system, more specifically, a regularly updated list (maybe hosted somewhere), so that people won't miss any Hard Fork info/Swaps/Wallet updates.
Basically, any procedure or instruction that will avoid catastrophic events, like losing your stash.
Now, there are many aspects and implications of this concept.
-Firstly, the list of Coins that have a Hard Fork/Swap planned should be created using Popularity/Rank/Quality criterias -So, in case there will be a Swap happening, it would be recommended that the list should be updated by devs, and legit people that have the right to represent a Coin from the list.
So, i was thinking for example:
1.Coin A - Hard Fork happening on (insert date here) instructions here (link to ANN/specific message in the coin's topic) 2.Coin B - Hard Fork happening on (insert date here) update wallets 3.Coin C - Swap happening on (insert date here) prepare for swap of you'll be in deep s**t, instructions here (link)
I'm waiting for some opinions on this matter

Rise does good volume for a 120ml cap. Hoping to see Rise at least 5x by end of 2018. More devs, more exchanges, big marketing push.
As someone said on /r/Cryptocurrency: "dPOS will become more and more popular as it keeps the benefits of POS but also allows for a more democratic consensus method."

Am I wrong or upbit just listed STRATI/KRW on their exchange? If yes these are BIG BIG news!
Wow 27$ on Upbit

I don't really trust any new coins
Opal dates back to 2014, so technically it's not new

Recent statement from Novaexchange: "2018-01-14 14:23 - Nova will NOT close its doors! Honoured customers and crypto currency enthusiasts! You have been told a while ago now that we were planning to close down Nova Exchange in the beginning of 2018. We made this tough decision because Nova Exchange was growing at a speed, and in a way, that us, the founders, could not keep up with and run the business in a meaningful and secure way. Not wanting to make promises we might not be able to keep, we didn’t tell anyone, not anyone, that we never stopped looking for a way to keep going and keep Nova Exchange in business. So! We are so happy to announce that we have found a partner, a new main shareholder, willing and more importantly, able to carry on running Nova Exchange. The new owners, we have made sure, have the resources and the experience (6+ years in the business) it takes to provide excellent service to you all. We started negotiations and talks early in November last year, and now we can tell you the good news: The show will go on! More information will follow. In the meantime, just go keep on trading crypto. Best Wishes to you all!" Maybe this could mean good news for Slimcoin if trading would start again Wish i had deposited some BTC before deposits got disabled, some will get lucky with those sell orders going as low as 80 sats, there's a nice 100k SLM sell order for about 0.2BTC, that's a good deal

Hi, is there a bootstrap file available for Terracoin? I just downloaded the wallet, and syncing over five years of chain is going to take forever...
There's a TRC blockchain download available on cryptochainer, you'll find it on this page http://cryptochainer.com/dir/?page_id=365
