In all honesty i think as regulations start to grow on the industry i sadly believe we'll see more ICO's or at least pre-ICO's moving towards larger entries of several thousand dollars worth of entry, though I know most teams like crom are working to try to make it so that smaller investors can find a way in at as early as possible which i appreciate.
I agree with you, the most favorable conditions always go to those who have a thick wallet. A large number of investors is good for the project. This forms a strong community. The ones with the most money, get the best deals. Unfortunately this is always the case and nothing we can do |

Okay so this sounds like what I thought it would be. 'CROM tokens give users of the platform a rebate on fees (and a kickback/bonus payout for certain types of users) → financial advantage without being a security.' I also like this bit of the article where it explains the lending platform: 'They can actively offer their tokens to market players with a shortage of tokens, earning a dividend from the fees saved. → increasing demand from “out of industry” investors → thereby increasing token price' Another good point here: 'The tokens give diminishing returns, so the impact of the first token is higher than each following token.' So basically there is a discount for transactions and a lending platform with dividend payments. Can someone confirm that this is correct? Pre-Ico with 25% discount is still running 9 days. Then the Public Ico starts without Bonus. Here from the Ann thread: Distribution: 2.0m tokens during a pre-ICO to early investors with a 25% bonus. 4.0m tokens during the public ICO at nominal rate. ICO time and duration: The ICO will start Dec 01, 2017, 12:00 GMT and last for 14 days or until all CROM tokens are sold – whichever happens earlier. The pre-ICO will start Nov 17, 2017, 12:00 GMT and will last for 14 days. Too bad the ICO is right before Christmas, people usually spend all their money around this time of the year. So when the ICO starts it will only last 14 days. I see that some ICO's have a longer duration so that you can have the chance to buy even more tokens from the ICO. So is this better or not ?
You are right. Lots of ICOs go on for more than 1 month. But very good ICOs or high quality ICOs are open for few days only. In that sense CROM joins the hands of quality ICOs. Quality comes first right? Investors also look for such quality. Well I see some big ICO's extend the token sales lately, so I would not be surprised if CROM does the same thing. |

After a closer look at the Crom whitepaper, I have a hard time understanding what Crom exactly will provide more than the Ethereum platform already does. As I understand it, they will use smart contracts in the advertisement industry, so that advertisers pay publishers with smart contracts.
Can someone explain me what Cromhub will do more than Ethereum platform already provides?

So how do you get people to click on your affiliate link? Do they receive any free tokens by signing in? Otherwise it is really hard to get people interested
As an incentive, you can tell potential buyers about the 25% ICO bonus that exists. This is certainly enough incentive for many. Thanx for your reply. Normally that would be a very good incentive, but nowadays you will get a bonus with every ICO. They should think of different ways to attract people |
