Ken and the engineers have ordered special 'glue guns' from 'Tim's Springfield Hardware Store' so the process should be quite rapid!

Someone bought 12k shares on BTCT shortly after that post Wink

Ah that's what happen, I was wondering why there was a large trade a few hours ago.
It's interesting watching things unfold here on the forums.

whoa, I didn't mean to start a quote war about dividends..lol

I've been managing forums for years, I'm well aware how irritating it is to see the same question asked over and over, I should have stepped back a few pages before I asked. It would be wonderful to read all post by the company owners eg Ken, in this thread alone. I'm not sure if SMF has that option but it would be nice to read all post by Ken in this thread in one place.. As well as other company owners in other threads, like all creativex's post in the BASIC thread.

Anyways, I really enjoy this forum but the nested quoting is a bit out of control if we're going to post what we dislike about forum members Wink

Dividends will be on Friday Smiley
Thanks, I saw that after my post  Smiley

If you had bothered reading one page back, you'd find out that dividend payment is due today.

no dividends last night?  Huh
408  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: July 29, 2013, 09:49:52 PM
how long do we have to  wait for Share Transfer from AMC to ActivMining?

I did everything according the instruction on page 1

I'm waiting already more than 48 hours.

Some have waited longer. Ken will get to them. Your shares are safe and you won't miss a dividend.

I didn't do anything and the shares were transferred over by themselves.  Kiss
I don't see my old buy prices but at this point I'm okay with that, I know about what they were (.0034'ish) and I can do the math myself if I want.

BTC-TC auto converts the shares. Bitfunder shareholders have to Tender them and Ken has to process those manually.
ah okay, I was wondering how it happen
I had seen the post about the 31st and was going to follow through but I'm glad I didn't have to.

Thanks for the info

Why don't we move to another one not in the US?

What would that change exactly?
411  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 24, 2013, 07:51:43 PM
The seller is getting screwed over just like the rest of us large shareholders. We negotiated a price at .61/share so when people are panic selling down to .13 it's not good for him either.

Iam pretty sure that was just a missclick Smiley otherwise lucky people who picked up those ~0.13 shares

I'd hope so  Undecided

I wish I had a few extra .X's to pick a few up, almost tempted to sell other stocks to pick up more of basic.
413  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 24, 2013, 06:06:46 PM
There was just a sale at .46  Shocked

oh. I didn't see the last page

I hope it bounces back, even with the dividends, anything under 5 isn't worth it to me Sad

There sure has been a lot of activity on btct in the last 12 hours, I made a few trades last night then figured it would drop by morning. Well it went up to .0047  Shocked
I was expecting it to bottom out around .002

Wonder why all the activity last night?
415  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: July 20, 2013, 04:29:16 PM
Ummm...bitminter just mined 2 blocks in 52 seconds minutes. We received almost 3BTC for less than one minute hour of mining with our BFL gear. ;p

I believe I owe you guys some coin.
that's amazing, can't wait to see how the next week turns out  Cool

This is good for those with AMC-PT buys on btct.co right?
If so, how?

thanks

I've been using bitminter for a few months now and have been very happy with the service.

I'll never support a union, with bitcoin or anything else Wink
419  Economy / Services / Re: What do people want in their hosting packages? on: July 08, 2013, 02:53:56 AM
I wasn't clear on what type of hosting?

If Web hosting - SSL certificate, SQL DB's and unlimited bandwidth.

If VPS or Dedi hosting - SSH and full unfettered access.
I may have missed another thread but this one doesn't make sense to me either.
I'd want the above if I was looking for web hosting.

Cool idea but I already waste my time on one server that I already have everything setup I'd ever need. I'm not going to start over, well I don't know. I'll check it out, but I doubt I have time to build a new setup on a MC server.  Tongue
