Thanks for interrupting the Selective Outrage Committee's content-free purse fight with some fact-based analysis and pithy commentary.  Love the line about "watching melons grow."  So true; so stolen!   Cool

Here we have the return of the man with not a single ACtM share to his name.

This guy dumped all his ACtM shares the same day the false news story was spread (convenient) to invest in 'IceDrill'. IceDrill currently has 6M shares unsold in its IPO with less than 2 days to go before the whole float is likely cancelled.

So you see he is back here because he knows his gamble in IceDrill hasn't paid off and he is desperate to get back into ACtM at a low price. 'So what' you say? Well, just a few days ago he was bragging on here about how much money he had ripped off from all the 'sad panic sellers' on here. Yes that's right, he sees fellow ACtM investors as worthless, to him we are just muppets to be used and taken advantage of for his own gain. Well I don't like people on here trying to rip off fellow ACtM investors and even bragging about it, it's just sick.

Well there is one way to spoil his party. And that is to make sure he can only get back in at a higher price than he sold at - that way he looses some of the money he made off the ACtM community (20k USD he claimed) when he dumped his shares . So all we need to do is when the refund from IceDrill is paid out we move up all the ASKS. That's right, you can make a bit of money here by making this fool pay a higher price to get back in once he has got his BTC back from IceDrill. There will be a lot of buying going on so don't sell your shares cheap - move all ASKS to atleast .0055. Not just yet (if you need to sell now) wait untill the day of the refund from IceDrill then make yourselves some BTC and give this horrible man a doing over.

Who cares? Are you mad hes making more money than you? Get a hobby please

Everyone who lost money on the false news release then saw this joker come on here bragging about all the money he took off us probably care. He's making more than me? Who knows, this has nothing to do with jealousy and everything to do with getting even with this idiot. If you aren't interested why comment?

I care a lot more about his objective opinion than i do of the meek 'yes men' in this thread.

Here's the news updates from just the last 4 days on btct. 70% of the stocks, bonds, etc have posted updated news this week alone, and 100% (besides ACTIVEMINING) in the last 2 weeks. I don't know how you can honestly say that it is NOT a problem.

That's just the tip of the iceberg when it come to problems that ActM has suffered. It's clear to me that the Ken can't handle the workload and needs help to effectively run the company. Hopefully, the upcoming board can take over some of the admin work and get things running more smoothly.

Why do I not have an issue with the fact the ActM-PR have posted 11 times in the last six days?

What are you after exactly?  There can't be any news reported if there is no news to report.  Be patient and trust that the information you require will be made available as soon there is something substantial to report.  Let them get on with their work.

I wasn't referring to people not giving a shit about legitimate complaints into ActM management. I'm referring to this perpetual StuartUK vs. iCEBREAKER dick measuring contest. No one gives a shit about that.

If either of them has a founded concern, by all means, voice it. But enough with the petty bullshit back and forth into eachother's character.

Dividends Paid on BTC-TC [.00000403/share]

Bitfunder has a problem with their login, so I am unable to login at this time and pay the
dividend.  As soon as Ukyo gets this fixed I will pay the above dividend.

Yes, the div payments have slipped from a Wed to a Friday.  From what I can gather this has been as a result of the workload that Ken had to deal with during the period he was manually transferring shares from AMC to ActM.

This weeks delay is probably due to the fact that he's currently dealing with the fallout from that tendering process and currently prioritising payments to those who missed out on divs when their shares were in limbo.  I'm not convinced we'll see payments today.

This is certainly one area that ActM can improve on.  When things settled down let's hope they come good.

sheesh.

It's really quite interesting to see the divide in how people approach the topic of updates/transparency. I personally don't see any issue with the three questions that were asked. Certainly not to the point of calling them asinine.
