Pump and dump is linked with greed and fear. At the moment in the case of bitcoin the greed and belief takes it to moon.
Greed taking it higher.. and for sure some will be dumping .. but more new greedy buy those.. So its a cycle of bullphase..
Incase of altcoin the problem is second and thrird wave of bull activity is missing..

if I known what time till next pump of a coin. I dont need trade anymore. If u are a whale u will known when a coin will pump.. because u can pump by ur self. but usually a coin on exchange site will be delist will have some pump
