Fact is every contracts with 0.2 fees are useless now. With such fees no body can achieve ROI. My 3TH have 0.2 fee, so they are useless and making 0 profit because GM is taking 6$ fees everyday. They are the one making profit with our contracts. Shame on them. |

G-M sell delusion to its customers , for example ZEC 1 years contract cost about 0.046BTC, daily earning approx 0.00015 zec , with current price of zec i need 10 years to recover my initial investment.
Up to 2/7/2016...I knew this day would come eventually! I am 168 days into a lifetime 1.5THs contract and it's down to paying $0.02 per day. It's not dead yet but it's gasping for air. I paid 2.6310 BTC for this contract and I've collected 0.5438 in payouts from it and that's pretty much all I will ever see back. I bought this contract as a test hoping to do more later on. What a total waste of time and money. If you are thinking of buying a cloud contract from Genesis because of their slick web site, do yourself a favor and just buy and hold BTC instead.

With normal Genesis Contract or Spondoolies? Because somebody said only the spondoolies have the problem. At least my normal works fine now. Got every payout and with ~265 Sat. per GH/s not even bad. I only have genesis contracts. It doesn't look good. They answered my ticket saying it's because of difficulty rising. According to my calculation, it's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that my payout goes from 0.09 to 0.0000000. |

You've nailed it! I went against my own better judgment and bought a hash contract while knowing there was no way to get out. I basically did it as a test to see how long it would run with steady payouts but dang, it started falling apart after only 25 days! I thought if this was legit it might last a little more than a year. I knew I would need 2 years to come close to ROI so I was okay with doing this as a test but I didn’t realize I was going to lose my whole investment before the end of the first month. I thought I was sharper than that! Let's wait for GM explanation. Maybe it's a technical error. Doesn't really explain why the payments suddenly fell so sharply while price rose (a little) in the same period.
Also difficulty went up from 57 (x1e9) to 59.3, or a mere 4% increase. On the sept 4, there was a similar increase in difficulty (54.25 to 57, or 5% increase), which did not result in a sharp drop in payouts. So clearly something does not compute. GM should practice mathematics. Still waiting for a serious explanations here. |

I'd really like an explanation why my payouts dropped 40% in two days while the BTC-price remained equal (in fact it rose a little).

So Hashnest selling S7 hashpower from next month with lower maintenace fees just for people that purchase S7 hashpower is also a ponzi too then? As I can see no difference.
Or are you saying that Hashnest should offer the same maintenance fees for the S7 contracts as the people that have bought S5, S4 and S3 hashpower in the past?
You're right. But Hashnest doesn't say it's "a gift" and all this communication bullshit. Let's be clear and honest then : You pay less because you have an efficient S7 and that's allright. There's part of it in GM announcement but it's not so clear... And, I'm curious, can you show me which blocks have been mined by GM these days ? Antpool is crystal clear, GM isn't at all. |

Just wondering what makes this coin so special in terms of coding compared to the other pos coins? Isn't this a splinter from the previous novacoin? I'm pondering on the idea to diversify my btc holdings so until i find a good reason for it, I'm going to hold my decision. Still looking at other options though.
It's special in that it's the coin dooglus chose to use for just-dice instead of bitcoin. Without that there wouldn't be much utility or any interest in it as you can see on the older price charts. yeah, as long as JD is online, you have a "guarantee" this coin will me worth something. But I'm affraid if JD close somehow its doors, the clams will be worth nothing in a few days. |
