Please note that currency conversion and ATM withdrawal fees count towards the daily limit, so the actual ATM withdrawal limit is always slightly lower than the one specified. E.g. the maximum you can withdraw from an EUR ATM with an MB EUR card, is 147.5 EUR, because of the ATM withdrawal fee.

IMPORTANT: Please be careful if you're taking WK cards. Several people reported them getting blocked due to a stringent AML policy of the bank that issues them, and then they require lots of paperwork and ID verification to get them unblocked with no guarantee of success. MB cards are issued by a different bank and don't have these problems (I never heard of an MB card getting blocked or frozen in 2 years that I was dealing with them), they don't require card registration to be checked online and "just work", so I always recommend taking MB cards, unless you specifically need WK.

What is this?
These are your typical refillable VISA and VISA ELECTRON cards, except they can be bought, loaded and used without disclosing your personal data to anyone, like your name or address.

How do they work?
Simple. Every card has it's own separate EU bank account (IBAN). Once you load it up with any amount through it's IBAN, the card becomes activated and you can use it to receive money through SEPA or International transfers or from your PayPal or Skrill account, shop wherever you see VISA logo or withdraw cash anonymously from any ATM worldwide. For MB cards, registration of the card is completely unnecessary, as you can access the online panel without it, just by entering your card details on the bank's website. For WK cards, registration is only necessary if you want to be able to use the online panel, if checking balance and transaction history by SMS isn't enough for you. Card registration requires no ID verification, it's just a simple online form. I will send you screenshot-based .pdf instructions in English on how to do use and register the cards. Note that the card's IBAN is only meant for loading the card, you can't make a bank transfer out of the card.

Are they secure?
Yes. You will get your card(s) in a sealed bank envelope along with the card‘s contract page (in Polish) and IBAN number. You will create a PIN code for the card yourself, if you register it (WK cards only). This way only YOU will know sensitive data about the card (like the card‘s CCV number, IBAN or PIN code). Card‘s PIN can be changed at any time free of charge at the bank‘s website (WK cards only). Both WK and MB cards get their PINs in a separate non-transparent envelope, that you will find in the envelope along with the card.

Do they work with PayPal?
Yes, they do, you can verify and withdraw money from your PayPal account using them. They also work with other payment processors like Payza, Skrill, etc. But in various countries PayPal only allows certain withdrawal methods. The only PayPal that will withdraw to the IBANs of these cards is Polish PayPal, because the card's account is Polish. But any PayPal that can do card withdrawals will work as well (e.g. Italian or Latvian PayPal). You can check the link below, on where you can withdraw from PayPal in different countries. You just choose a country and it shows you what withdrawal methods are available:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f8e263663d3faee8d8cdcf517b037b45005cf5d4eda3b985b

Is this legal?
Yes, it‘s perfectly legal. Polish laws do not require banks to verify any information about the users of these cards as long as the sums involved are up to a certain limit (hence the limits on these cards) and thus they never do. Also, these are no-name cards, which means that you can specify any billing info when using these cards. Further, these cards are not tied to any person directly, and can be loaned or gifted to your relatives and friends. The card itself is the bearer of the bank account attached to it.

I meant MetaBank, the one located in the US, but oddly not shipping cards to the US?!?
A reminder though, the cards can't be shipped to the US.
The same bank that:
In October 2010, MetaBank was ordered by bank regulators of the federal Office of Thrift Supervision (since subsumed as part of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) to halt use of their iAdvance lending program associated with some pre-paid MetaBank debit cards, as they had been engaging in deceptive trade practices. The iAdvance program offered MetaBank debit card holders with the direct deposit feature an option to withdraw or spend funds when their account held an insufficient balance, with the shortage to be advanced by a payday loan secured by their next upcoming direct deposit. The loans had a maximum term of 35 days, steep interest rates, and a transaction fee of $2.50 for each $20 increment of the advance.
On November 5, 2010, Meta Financial Group Inc was put on court for (?) in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading public statements made between May 14, 2009, and October 15, 2010, by the Company and its officers., and paid 2.1 million dollars for settlement.
In 2010, the bank supplied credit cards used by 14 suspects of the killing of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai.

Again, where are you getting that Xapo is using metabank for their cards.
You have a special skill to go off on a tangent, continuously.

Havent you embarrassed XAPO and yourself quite yet?
Do your homework before trying to hijack somebodies thread.
