bminer: Support mining ETH on AMD 4G cards via the -ethash-allocation parameter.
gminer: Fixed mining on KAWPOW algorithm with intensity and lowered fee to 1%. Fixed bug with '--proto stratum' for Ethash mining.
nbminer: Ethash is now more stable under high OC for Nvidia 16, 20, 30 series GPUs. Improved hashrate for Octopus (1-3%) for 16, 20, 30 Nvidia GPUs. Ethash DAG verification after creation, if miner shows: Verification failed, invalid 2.0%, please consider lowering your GPU OC.
teamredminer: New Navi kernel. The main feature is lower power consumption, hashrate will remain about the same but depends on your clocks.

Global statistics
We have extended the metrics displayed in the global statistics.
 Coins' estimated profitabilities are now included in the global profitability chart.

gminer: Added support for extra nonce length up to 6 bytes for Ethash/KAWPOW algorithms (now miner will works on f2pool, miningpoolhub and other pools). Fixed a bug with stale job logic on beam and cortex (it will increase hashrate on pool side). Ethash devfee is now 0.65%.

Bulk commands

We have added Send command option to Workers list.
You can now send bulk console command (msOS and also general Linux commands) directly to multiple rigs without the need to log in to the console. This is useful for driver updates or similar actions that would otherwise require a lot of time to do it.

phoenix-eth: Added support for DAG epochs up to 500. Resolved a crash on Windows when using the latest Nvidia drivers 460.79 and 460.89. Added new kernels to allow mining on AMD Hawaii cards. Note that the AMD Windows drivers do not supports compute mode for Hawaii cards, therefore the hashrate will be low (14-15 MH/s with the current ETH DAG epoch). You can get the full 29-30 MH/s speed out of the Hawaii cards on Linux.

Eth epoch #382
 Dag size is approaching 4GB on ETH. At this moment it's 3.98GB so it's expected to see reduced hash rates (1-4%) with the current epoch even with more than 4GB VRAM GPUs.
Some miners will stop working around 25th Dec 2020 and hash rate will further be reduced. Make sure to use recently updated miners such as: teamredminer, lolminer with 4GB GPUs and nbminer, trex, phoenix-eth with above 4GB GPUs.

 New Power Cycle option to power off the rig and boot it back after 30 seconds. This can help with multi PSU setups when GPUs are not getting properly recognized by the motherboard. If action is not supported by your motherboard then the machine will just reboot.
 Resolved a bug in the agent that could cause an Idle state in poor network conditions.

Bios Flasher
 Previously you were able to download bios .rom backups from the worker's profile, but now backups can also be downloaded directly from the bios flasher page.
 Allowing to flash same BIOS without force method. (Bypassing Flash already programmed message). This reduces the risk to flash non-suitable or invalid bios. Only use force flash if you are aware of what you are doing.

Improved compatibility with AMD GPUs under Windows, now miner display temperature and power consumption for newest AMD cards. Decreased stale share percentage on ProgPoW/KAWPOW algorithms. When DAG generation failed on some GPU client will not just stop.

related to the latest Nvidia drivers.
nvmlinit not working anymore and due that most of the miner software crashing on start.

this method/patcher upper solving this issue by mixing older driver files and copying them to the corresponding location.

without this: miner devs would need to update all software with a workaround nvmlinitwithflags (https://docs.nvidia.com/deploy/nvml-api/group__nvmlInitializationAndCleanup.html) to start again. This is a possible bug with the latest Nvidia drivers that will be or never going to be fixed.

The upper solution makes all software working again without crashes at launch.

phoenix-eth: New kernels for AMD Vega and Navi GPUs that are slightly faster when the DAG buffer is approaching or passing 4GB in size (the current ETH DAG is close to 4GB). To use these new kernels, you need to use drivers 20.5.1 or later under Win10, or 20.10.x or later under Linux. Added support for the latest AMD Windows 10 drivers 20.12.1 and 20.11.3. Other small fixes and improvements.
srbminer-multi: Fixed a bug on RandomX algorithm that could cause miners to create invalid shares for some jobs and other bug fixes.

.exe just to automating this process and easier for the end user. If you want to patch manually you can copy everything from the lib folder to the upper location then nvml will be ok again with the latest drivers.
If you want you can install back 450 and previous drivers, copy those files mix them nvmll.dll and nvidia-smi.exe then install new drivers and copy those back there

Manual steps explained on the first post. It is a workaround to get NVML working again with latest drivers. On current driver version most of mining softwares not starting, this solves that issue.
