Any plans on supporting/giving Bitcoin Cash (BCC) to people who have balances on the site?
Follow our blog Wink

If there are several resulting chains, things are a bit more complicated. Crypto-Games plans to give investors access to their coins on all resulting chains. As a service, we already experienced a chain split with ETC/ETH some time back. Investors were asked to provide ETC addresses and we made payments the amount of their active investments at the time of the split. We continued to accept ETH on the site and as bankroll.
The situation for BTC will be similar. Crypto-Games will request addresses from investors for any resulting chain we no longer support. We will then pay out their share of forked coins.

Okay, thanks. Good to know you guys are ontop of things.

Glad crypto-games is handling this situation better than many online wallets and this is what everyone expected from one of the most trusted crypto gambling site. But still we can see a huge panic withdrawal from the bankroll.
4022  Other / Meta / Re: This site take 2.3$ from me ? on: July 25, 2017, 11:12:14 AM
I never heard about this situation before, so that mean if I use a VPN to long into my bitcointalk account I have to paid ?

No that is just one time payment for ids that are created from known VPS/VPN/Tor IPs. An already registered ID can visit the forum from anywhere and is not required to pay any fees.
4023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How do I mine? on: July 25, 2017, 11:00:11 AM
I have a mac pro (top specs) and I would like to mine some alt coins.

I have the code needed but I don't know where to put/execute it.

Can someone help?

Thanks.

Which Alt are you trying to mine?
Mining is done through miners. Some Alts comes with miner in their wallets. And some provide binaries to do so. For a established coin, you would need to do mining trough a pool. And the miner are different for different types of coins.
4024  Economy / Gambling / Re: Any Sports Gambling Site that accepts Litecoin? on: July 25, 2017, 06:09:40 AM
i think after directbet service is closed
this now sport betting accepted litecoin only betcoin.ag
another service, need convert to bitcoin

There is a huge potential users for sports betting with altcoins and the mainstream bitcoin gambling sites are missing this opportunity.
Bitcoin with their high transaction fees are getting troublesome for daily activities like betting.

4026  Economy / Gambling / Re: ZoomDice.com - Amazing Dice Game Site on: July 24, 2017, 07:36:45 AM
Nice GUI for a startup, easy to navigate and simple to understand. Trust is needed for larger user base. For that you need longer dedication, patience and a good supporting team to be established in the market.
4027  Economy / Gambling / Re: OneHash || Dice & Sports Betting || No registration || on: July 23, 2017, 09:40:46 AM
Why the odds keep changing after i place bets, should not the odds be locked once i place my bet? Is there anything wrong with system or only i am getting this problem?

Odds always keeps on changing according to the amount of bets placed on both options and is rapid in a live bet.
But the odd you get for your bet is fixed which is the odd displayed while you put your bet and you can find it in your betslip.
4028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tell me how this strategy losses? on: July 23, 2017, 12:05:09 AM
Hypothetically martingale will never lose but for it, your budget should be infinite. Though the bets in black/red is ~50% still there is no fixed chances of getting black for any numbers of rolls. Like you can spin it for billions of times and there is a chance of getting all of them red.
4029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to do Gambling in bitcoin markets? on: July 22, 2017, 01:10:45 PM
Actually i want to know that which game will earn me the Bitcoin in more quantity. At least 0.002BTC per day income i need. If, anybody have this idea please PM me.

Are you the same with Op? You seem to speak the same language here... Cheesy

Yes I am referring a binary games. Thanks for your taught duds!

binary is to old for 2017 Grin
my advice if you really like gambling with the bitcoin price, you can just trading with altcoin its so easy if you have big bankroll

This is the best way to earn a good amount of BTC but it's not so easy as you present it.
If it was then all who trade BTC will be millionaires and they are not. Cool

One of the best place to place binary options in crypto price is onehash. They have one of the best odds and you can gamble anonymous without creating an account or for saving the transaction fee and speed up the bets, you can create an account with hot wallet.

4031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: July 22, 2017, 01:04:18 PM
Do you gamble for fun or for profit?

I used to gamble for profit.Because I need daily needs of my house.I like to bet my bitcoins because when I make this large count Im sure I will profit a big amount of cash. But some gamblers used to gamble just for fun.Just to relax and have entertainment.

I think I'm one of them who gamble for fun because I have spent more in gambling than I have used the profit for anything else.
Profit is always in my mind but with my betting records, not gambling is more profitable than gambling for me.
4032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your game and why? on: July 22, 2017, 01:01:13 PM
Dice is the best game for me. It's simple short and sweet. Good house edge too. Some dice sites like yolodice you can even reduce or hey an edge in the house edge with a rackback according to your level.
Dice is instant and easy. Unlike flip a coin, you can control your odds and most of them are probably fair. It all depends on luck then.
After that comes sports betting where you have stats before hand and the results are completely clear.
4033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can someone explain the trend of bitcoin casinos creating altcoins ? on: July 21, 2017, 09:14:36 AM
Till date all the casinos which have wanted to raise money or have an invest feature used to do it by launching a casino accepting investments in bitcoins and charging a commission on bets.

But now I see casinos like  creating an altcoin, accepting investments and issuing tokens to be traded on an exchange and keeping all the money raised upfront in the ICO.

Isn't that scammy ? Why can't they just accept bitcoins as regular investments ?

It actually depends on how you see it. Most people who are interested in invested their money, don't want to bother about what the site is going to use it for so far the site is known, the only question  they are bothered about is when will it be listed on the exchange and how they can push it on poloniex so the price will increase and they dump nothing more nothing else. Whether the site now keep the money and fail to develop what they intended to a large scale, no one cares and no one holds them responsible. So, they continue to have their way. Its unfortunate but its the situation of things.

There are different type of them.
1. Site/s like betking.io are doing a fundraiser for the construction and bankroll of the site and they are using tokens as stocks. They would handle both in and out payment on bitcoins while their internal transfer may be tokens.
2. Alt coin based sites like Dao casino are also using ICO of their ether based token as fundraiser. They are advertising with some reputed people but they can't be evaluated early. They might use their coins in both in and out transfers.
3. There are many so called gambling sites that have used the term ICO of Token to lure fool people to buy their worthless tokens. Which are a total scam.
4034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money? on: July 21, 2017, 09:04:01 AM
200 btc with intermediate expense and fees is about 400 thousand dollars in real.

With that amount I would firstly pay up my bank loan of 100 thousand dollars

And use the rest to buy some real estate as real estate is one of the investment which will never fail you.

And I'll keep some to gamble again trying to reach that jackpot for another time.
4035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it worth using bitcoins anymore for gambling ? on: July 21, 2017, 06:51:57 AM
I feel my bankroll management and savings all are highly unstable. Can go up or down by storing money in bitcoin to gamble. Some form of betting like poker requires good bankroll management and with value changing everyday, I don't see bitcoin as a good use for poker players and sportsbettors.

I cannot see any issue in using Bitcoin in gambling.  I do not see any difference from using cryptocurrency and fiat money in terms of actual playing in the game.  When you lost you lost regardless of the type of currency you are using.  But in terms of easy transfer, it is worth using bitcoin since it does not require a third party like banks in transfering credits and we do not have to give out our identity just to play gambling games.

Comparing your bankroll with USD or fiat currency is not a great idea. If you feel the transaction to be slow, use a hotwallet for instant betting and reward. Use bitcoins as itself and compare to fiat only when you are buying or selling bitcoins.
4036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who use Litecoin for gambling here? on: July 21, 2017, 06:47:05 AM
Nice site a good and simple concept design. But why are you only using litecoins for payments.
Bitcoins is one of the must for gambling sites as 90% by volume bets are in bitcoins.
4037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: July 21, 2017, 06:31:04 AM
It's really hard to leave gambling especially when you are playing gambling everyday despite of not winning. We are always playing gambling because we think it's easy money for us but in reality it's not. If you want to leave gambling out of your life. You must do another things that is not affiliated in gambling.

On the Side of doing anything else that is not affiliated with gambling, there must also be a strong will or intention to quit. And do it seriously, do not give up until it works. Because most people stop in the middle and label them as having failed.
The determination should be real, the will is coming from you and if you will really push hard to quit you can do it.
You do not need to do it yourself only, you need to seek advise from your family because for sure they will not gonna hesitate to help you.

We could have stopped gambling without the help of others, but with the help of others we would have been quicker to quit. So we should also ask for help to our friends or family. They'll be glad to know you want to quit and will definitely help you.

Gambling is a human nature. People gamble everyday to some extent. Money based gambling is generally fueled by desire to earn more in short period of time. And once you are addicted to it, it's hard to leave it.
4038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: July 21, 2017, 06:23:32 AM

You should make it as your practice and just make sure that you won't be thinking about to re-invest the winnings that you've got. Being responsible to play for profit is going to depend on how you will rely on your emotion. Make sure that you will have a decent control to your emotions.

Some people are fool to begin with so no matter what you say they wont really get it anyway. In the end everyone has control over their own will so when someone is determined to stop then he will stop. People are not really going to stop when they dont want to stop therefore they are going to play more

IF they can't control themselves then we can't change them or it's their money to gamble so we don't have to control them. And as they play more with their profit it's up to them and we are just suggesting on what's the best thing to do so that they will be having a good time to use their profit in the right way of spending or gambling.
They are responsible with their money so they have to ensure they are safe, they have a control if they can only lose what they can
afford to lose but beyond that the real problem will start. We cannot be stupid in gambling because it will just gonna make us poor,
remember we are using money to gamble and and it could be our hard earned money that we spend.

It would be nearly same whether you play with your profit or keep your profit and play with new investment because in both cases you are using your own money. Yeah using your profit to do something will make you feel you did it with wining money.
4039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social aspect of gambling - do you ever gamble with a friend? on: July 20, 2017, 12:21:29 PM
I gamble for fun so i usually play with my friends. I also make some friends whenever I gamble with strangers. So, gambling can also be a way to socialize.

playing gambling with our friends is also fun while we can talk each other and play together. sometimes i am playing with my friend too but unfortunately, my friend is better for playing gambling than me. still its another experience for us if we can played with our friend so we can share our experience with them.

Well for casual.gamblers like us, yeah it really is a lot better to gamble with friends without any pressure and high expectations. Gamble for just the fun of it. No stress so losing won't hurt that much and winning would be lot times more fulfilling.

All people bet with their friends in different things. Especially the atmosphere for betting is high on sports bets when there are popular tournaments.
People will bet for their favorite team to win over others. (or vice versa)
4040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Your Gambling Site(s) SegWit Ready? on: July 20, 2017, 09:40:11 AM
From reading threads in other parts of the forum, people are saying that before August 1 comes around, that you should withdraw your bitcoins from exchanges that are not SegWit ready and where you don't have control of the private key and put your bitcoins into wallets where you do possess the private key.

Does this advise also hodl true for gambling sites where your bitcoins are held in a wallet that you don't own/control the private key?

What happens to our bitcoins that are in an account on a gambling site that isn't SegWit ready and there is a hard fork after August 1st?
The gambling website will probably decide on which chain your coins will belong. At least they have the power to do so.
Crypto-games have outlined their plan in case of a fork: http://blog.crypto-games.net/2017/07/crypto-games-bip148uasf-contingency-plan.html

But that will most likely not be needed if BIP91 activates.

I think most services, casinos included, will try to do the same - split coins and release both coins to their owners, because it calms their users so they don't massively withdraw before the fork day. And overall it's a good plus to their reputation, while keeping forked coins for themselves would be viewed as dishonest practice. I personally going to keep my investments in crypto-games and YOLOdice during August 1st, since both operators have promised to release forked coins to all BTC owners.

This is confusing time for bitcoin users and many bitcoin based sites are preparing to benefit from this situation.
No sites should decide which chain to accept before a clearer way is found. Either they should give a choice to users are ask them to withdraw their funds.
