It's really hard to leave gambling especially when you are playing gambling everyday despite of not winning. We are always playing gambling because we think it's easy money for us but in reality it's not. If you want to leave gambling out of your life. Not easy but not impossible. As long as you have a strong intention to stop gambling and strong and unyielding efforts, you can definitely stop gambling. But stop gambling will not be done in a short time. And most people who fail in their attempt to stop gambling is because they stop trying half way. In other words, they have not failed, just stop fighting. Totally agreed with this! Once you are not determine for what you are doing and wanting to do then you will going to succeed to your plans like giving up gambling, it is not really easy but it is not impossible like what you have said, because I am also addicted in gambling before and now I am not that kind of person because I know to myself even if I play gambling it is just once and its enough as long as I've tried it, its enough for me. Not like before, when I started playing gambling I am not stopping until I am not winning.  |

Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about it half the afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good. Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble. The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me. So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust gambling casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.  This is a very basic thing experienced by gamblers, this is called 'mental training' when this is our mental in training to know how to make strategy in gambling. You are a weak gambler because you can not control your money until you give up. Things like this will not happen to the high class gamblers |

people think that gambling is easy but gambling need some stratigy and skills i think it is not easy .
There is no easy way in gambling. You have to be failure and loser every time before you won. And this is the truth, you need a work hard in gambling and face the failure. And it is not easy to look for a way to won in a game you have to be patient and accept that you lose. For me, you need a someone who can help you to stop to gamble or you need to control yourself to stop doing it. At first it is hard to do it but time goes by you can control yourself doing it. Think every money you could spend in casino, there is many thing that you can spend with your money. Just buy it a foods or some things to yourself or maybe you could invest it to a bank. |
