4021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: April 07, 2020, 02:22:17 PM
yes i keep on tracking my gambling activies  . not just gambling but to also on anything that i do i love to record them on my diary    . i see it as an investment because i invest time , money and effort playing with it  .

those investments are so far worth it because i now know how the game works and i can somehow predict if what will  be the outcome on my game  .  i also track my record via notepad on my pc if ever there is a good bet / bet i.d that i experience on my games    .
I appreciate of making it coz it is really far from me and I don't have any records to trace back where I spent my money, how much I lose, and how many times I win in gambling. Maybe I was wrong that I don't any of them to look at and to find where I am but I was so thankful also because maybe I can't accept the reality that I've lost a lot of money than of winning. This will might only gives me a reason to hate crypto gambling. I've enjoyed doing this thing though I suffered a countless time of losing but it was no regrets for me because that is the life I choose.
4022  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering on: April 07, 2020, 02:05:01 PM
The fact that the future of crypto relies upon us. It moves accordingly if we help to move it as well. If we all sell our bitcoin as the panic selling build-up, it is absolutely we can see that the market will dump to its worse more than what we experience last year. But somehow, many are still in the hold and not being hopeless despite the crisis that crosses us. Then, it is to agree that the only thing that can help its recovery is our fate and continuous support. Nothing more.
4023  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: April 07, 2020, 12:17:09 PM
I have always favored the HODL line... but not anymore. I first got my coins in 2017 January and ever since that I have marked more than 80% of my coins for long-term storage. However, my patience is getting really thin now. I can't hold on to the coins indefinitely. I have also my own needs and future plans. I am planning to sell 10-20% of my stash during the next few months.
That is common this time and even me, I really don't think that long-term holding will help you to become profitable but it is possible to suffer losses.
And you did it right. We need to be smart and have to look at every opportunity that makes us gain. I'm certainly not a long-term holder and every time the market price moves high, I sell by coins and wait for the market to drop again, then buy again. That is I look a good strategy and it seems to be effective.
4024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Correlation with Stocks is Dropping on: April 07, 2020, 11:48:04 AM
Sometimes they are correlated with each other but it never tells that they are both moving at the same scheme.
Maybe at this time, it gives them a way to interact with each other because of the pandemic issue. But looking at how the market trend shows us in the past few days, it started to grow unlike what it happens to the global market. This is an indication that they are not bonded to each other and crypto is different and has its own economic system.
4025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders need to learn on: April 06, 2020, 10:28:00 PM
We as traders in the crypto world there are always advantages and disadvantages, but in trading we have a way each and different science then the results we get are also different, so to improve the results we should learn more details about trading so that the way we get is also satisfactory.
Keep learning is what we need in order to be more productive and successful in our goal.
It is in our mindset to earn and it only is succeeded if we have to work on it and just be confident enough that we already know the basic but rather to acquire and learn how to use new technology or tool in trading. It really needs this time knowing that the market is so volatile and you'll have to be advance in order to win. There are several upgrades happen in crypto trading and that much be helpful if you know it.
4026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The sincere bounty managers should escrow bounty rewards on: April 06, 2020, 10:10:57 PM
I believe it was a good intent to protect the participants and community as well as a whole but even though the rewards have been escrowed by the BM itself or another person it never gives assurance that the project will succeed or it is being listed to any exchanges which are the most important thing to be sure about. Scams are not new to us and I know that we are all aware of it (I hope so). Maybe it was just lucky enough if that certain project will succeed because most projects created at this time are turning into dead. It is not about being escrowed but it matters how the team work on it.
4027  Economy / Speculation / Re: How does price action really works? Traders are predicts? on: April 06, 2020, 12:48:19 PM
Nah, we can't just think that traders are really good at TA or even closely predicting the market price in the future. We all be like them, investors and holder will make their own speculation and we got lucky (maybe) if we closely make it but in reality, we got no assurance for this. That is why I don't really give trust to TA or even asking an expert about their speculation but rather to have our own. And if ever it won't work, we have nothing to blame and we don't ever feel disgrace but it either help us to understand the market as well.
4028  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin last forever? on: April 06, 2020, 12:19:01 PM
We shouldn't have to think about it, not of course and even fiat money won't warrant anything to be last forever.
Only we have to give hope that it will stay long and long enough that people have to appreciate and give them realization towards the market and how we can get a benefit(s) from it.

Well, I suppose to think that Bitcoin will be fully accepted soon as a currency rather than being considered as an investment by most. And this way, it helps to keep crypto in the market and it helps promote by using it as another payment option other than fiat/local currency.
4029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bitcoin and Altcoins bullish together on: April 05, 2020, 10:36:29 AM
Last 2017, both of them are in the bullish. But that was before and I don't have to think that it will happen again.
The situation isn't like before and also the market behaves differently. It was just a hypes that makes a bullish market and I have to miss that thing since last year.

yeah, we can't tell the future but I have to say that Bitcoin still a big influence on the market. As long as the Bitcoin has a strong market performance, may it helps for altcoins to move after but somehow it won't be the same trend compared to the last Bullrun.
4030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: April 05, 2020, 09:56:26 AM
do you registerhow much you separate for gambling?
do you see it as an investment?

if yes, how do you track it?
simples spreadsheets, physical notebooks or maybe some different way?
I have started with just a note in order to find where I am going with this gambling and to see if I am gaining. But I'd find out that it seems not a useful thing do in my part because I am just a casual gambler and I only have to gamble when I feel stress or when I have free time. I don't know if the majority of the gamblers will do like this, having a list of their losses could something to tell you that gambling isn't an investment nor you can make money from it.
4031  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: April 04, 2020, 11:44:57 PM
It seems to me that the probability of panic in the traditional sector is very high next week: we see too disastrous figures for the rate of spread of the coronavirus. Sooner or later, the authorities admit that they are not able to defeat the epidemic and it remains to wait for it to end naturally (while doing great damage to humanity). At this point, panic will be in all areas, including in the crypto.
That's another scary thing, what would they announce then, when big the world declared that covid-19 has become a pandemic, bitcoin dump for awhile but it has then slowly recovered, so if the world would say they give up, it's like the end of humianity, I don't think there will be another announce like that.
They're gonna be losing their hopes and forget about crypto. They are much looking how to survive and so they have to sacrifice their crypto-asset at this time. Panic selling can't be stopped nor to encourage people not to sell either. The war against COVID-19 gets stronger in the other country and that it pushes people to make an unwanted decision even they have to lose.

Anyway, this is not the ending scheme for crypto. They could still have it back once the market cleared and when the spread of coronavirus flattened.
4032  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL HODL HODL...AND BUY MORE on: April 04, 2020, 11:10:11 PM
The pandemic pushing people to sell-off their Bitcoin/altcoins. The situation is so harsh that people may need money for their basic needs and devaluing the word hold. They have the reason either and that to expect that many of them will sacrifice even in their heart and mind they want to hold. In this time of difficulties, I shouldn't be a matter if I am losing, the most important is to survive from the crisis and start over again once it is over.

Nobody wants this thing to happen and here it comes, there is no reason to escape this but have to accept. If you can manage to hold your cryptos then that was great but if not, there is no wrong with that.
4033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The current world market situation. on: April 03, 2020, 11:02:09 PM
Everyone converted as much money as they could get to buy basic house facilities for their isolation days. The effect of the virus is massive not only on the economy, it has affected every other aspect of human lives. Money being pulled out in stock is either in fiat or was used to buy household goods.
Moreover, it is crazy how many value each company is losing DAILY at the moment and I can't imagine how can we pull it off for a month or two.
I hope we'll see bright future where we still could afford ourselves care about cryptocurrencies again   Cry
Nobody expected that this pandemic will happen to us, people aren't prepared for this that is why it shocks us and then turns into panic selling when the situation gets worse. Of course, this will have an end, we will surely surpass this crisis but we should have to be patient enough and still think about the positive.
The crypto market has in troubled in the past days as panic selling began but we are about to recover and the mindset of the people has changed. The pumps that we've seen today are giving us hope and it signifies that people are now holding rather than of selling. This could help for the fast recovery and relieve the stress to those who are started to think negatively.
4034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-gambling on: April 02, 2020, 08:58:40 AM
online gambling to the rescue and those player of the traditional gambling will try to play to the online, but not all of them because most of them are sure don't any savings and also they don't have work so they salary. We are blessed because we have online gambling and we can play gambling because it is not harm by the coronavirus only the traditional gambling.
Online gambling will help gamblers to keep alive and at ease in front of the pandemic health issue. Though some of it may work on them and others may not because they are not familiar with this. I believe this could help to promote crypto and offline gamblers will adopt the system as well. It takes time for them to familiarize how it works but for sure they can make it and appreciate crypto more and could give them a reason not to return in traditional trading system but rather to adopt the new technology.

4035  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is better than Holding on: April 02, 2020, 08:22:54 AM
Investing only get profit more than one or two months and some time we got problem with investing assets because price going down, but when you have chance to get much profit with trading is better than you keep hold asset for long term and the least your assets going down, but now I only take profit with trading.

Exactly, through trading, we are going to make a very little amount of money, holding long term will always help you to make much more profit. It completely depends on the asset you will choose, in trading some time it is impossible for us to predict the market situation and we need to be very careful with the fluctuations.

Holding will be good but talking about a long term hold will ALWAYS give you more profit, I have to disagree with this one. Nothing will give you assurance nor you'll see that buying and hold for a year or two the price will move high.
How about that happening last 2017? I bought Bitcoin at $17k and even I hold until today, I'm still losing. I believe that it works all the time. But if you are good at trading it much more profitable and much higher chances that you'll gain high that of holding. Or it will be better to work both holding and trading.
4036  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys avoid panic sell... on: April 01, 2020, 11:19:13 PM
We can't blame others to sell their bitcoin at its current price nor to stop them either because they have the reason also that makes them decide.
I know they don't want to do it, it was a sacrifice for them but they don't have another option than selling to save them from being out of resources during this time as quarantine and lockdown has implemented.

I feel this one cause it is really hard when you are at limited resources. It can't be a panic selling (as most people think about) but this is just a saving life in order to sustain for a long time out from the job.
4037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 2020 be exactly what we hoped for anymore on: April 01, 2020, 10:26:29 PM
I'm not losing my confidence here and I'm not giving up from being patient and as well as the trust for crypto.
This pandemic issue that causes a devastating market fall it actually be over in the coming days, it can't be forever as I know. This year is still full of hopes that we can make another ATH but I think it was so much for that cause we are still in the crisis. We either live that kind of optimism but shouldn't have to expect it. Yeah, we can witness a market surge but not just like what it happens in the previous halving.
