Added one (1) new project on the list! Lots of projects taking advantage of the new DeFi system have been rising lately. I encourage everyone to exercise caution and to check before investing onto these projects.

Good catch guys, well this is just a small project that keeps trying to match the Yearn project but still a lot of scamers keep coming up with new names but the prefix remains the same, oh really uneducated this way they do anything to get the money.
I will support the flag if marked by the OP thanks.
Oops! Thank you for reminding me about the flag! Despite small projects made by these scammers, they still have the potential of attracting investors who are not too careful in investing their resources. It is actually ridiculous that these scammers do everything, even the dumbest thing, just to take advantage of people and get money. You can now support the flag that I updated! Thanks again!

To sum this up,
What affects the prices of cryptocurrencies is what affects the people that builds the crypto market. Every people take things differently, one will pull his bitcoin out coz he see a 5% mark down to the price while the other will put more money because of the lower price. One investor will pull his investment out of the coin coz he sees a 20% mar down while the other put some more taking advantage of the lower price. One will withdraw his funds out of a project coz it got involve in a scam while the other will not touch his funds until further news have been reported. I guess what crypto is all about is the people's behavior.
As what the OP mentioned, the btc price is affected by those factors. We can't pinpoint only one as the contributor because it is the product of several factors in the market. Even when there is FUD or FOMO, they are just part of the game but they are not exactly the only contributing factor that affect the btc price. So in short, btc price is dictated by several factors and that we can't consider only one factor at a given time. In addition to what the author of the thread post, I think it's worth mentioning that the price of bitcoin also depends upon the willingness of the public to purchase it given its current price. Although this may generally fall on 'supply and demand', the price mainly depends upon the willingness of the public to purchase it like gold. Im pretty sure at this point it is only whales.
So in other words you think that economic situation, shutdown caused by the pandemic, the stock market crash, bitcoin bans in certain countries, exchange hacks, halvings, all that is irrelevant. All that matters is when a whale will decide to make a move. Whales play a significant factor in the changes of its price in the market but you must also consider the external factors as well. Even if whales have the majority number of bitcoins in the market, external control which is beyond their reach also play a huge role on the shift of bitcoin's price.

Scammers are back with their old method but with another new trick. Currently, they are streaming video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoQX4hElcSU&feature=emb_rel_pause, with the video title 100000 ETH giveaway. Be alert guys. They made the channel name Foxnews which is fake of course and they are streaming an @ethglobal video. I am appalled by the audacity of these scammers as they do anything just to take advantage of potential investors and ultimately succeeding on their scams. As someone who constantly checks the projects posted under the ANN boards for plagiarized whitepapers, ponzi schemes, and fake team members, I can definitely say that there are several projects that are couched in a way that look genuine facially. Scammers nowadays are evolving and they are exhausting all the means in order to abuse and trick these investors. I just want to remind everyone to please double-check before you invest your resources in the project. In addition, please check the project if there are any open scam accusation against it or check their profiles if there are any flags imposed upon them. Let's help each other and make this forum a better place so we can invest safely and surely among some promising projects.

Let's say I have a huge amount of money as an investor, where do I put them? Bitcoin or Gold
We all know that gold is known for its stability which could be vital in times of financial crisis; but doesn't exactly bring good return WHILE Bitcoin on the other hand can be quite profitable but it's risk of negative volatility can be catastrophic!
So which has your vote? Gold or Bitcoin!!!!
Given the accessibility of both, I would prefer to invest into Bitcoin than Gold. If you are looking for an investment instrument where the risks are higher but the yield is high, then go for cryptocurrencies (in general). The nature of cryptocurrencies make its price very volatile that may be ideal for both short/long-term value and investment. Gold, on the other hand, is a non-renewable precious tangible metal that has an innate value. Both bitcoin and gold's price are determined by the number of people who are willing to pay for it. One if its major distinction is its nature, as the former being intangible and the latter being tangible. What makes bitcoin as my choice is the accessibility and convenience of owning such, unlike gold which is relatively difficult to find/own.

I understand what you guys are trying to confer between the regulations on gambling sites that advertise e-sports and the discipline taught by the parents on their kids. The hard reality is, even with the necessary discipline given by the parents, as long as the kid is exposed to technology and has access to different kinds of gaming platforms, these type of problems are often inevitable. When kids engaged into playing, they seek knowledge from the game so they sought to search it on the internet. Even if gambling sites do not have any regulation or KYC functions before betting, if the kid has access to the site then it would depend on his discretion if he wants to bet or not.
I do agree that parents should be held accountable for the actions of their kids but they also need to understand that the present age of technological advancement makes it inevitable for kids to experience these. It is kinda relatively difficult where to draw the line on regulating gambling sites and having to discipline the children.

SOME THOUGHTS Would you consider in betting in Valorant games? Do you think it would be much popular, as betting in Dota2, in the future?
Let me first answer this question about the popularity of Valorant compared to Dota 2. When Valorant first released, more than 3 million players have played the closed beta 1 as compared to CSGO's closed beta to only 45,000 players. Of course, taking into consideration that Valve released only limited number of beta keys, we still have to appreciate the fact that Valorant took everyone by storm. About its player count, reportedly, CSGO has lost more than 500,000 of its players ever since Valorant was released. 2 Even with the recent release of CSGO's Shattered Web Collection which also increased its player count, it still lost when Valorant was released on the platform. Valorant Betting in the E-Sports PlatformNow let us talk about betting. Since we have established that Valorant has been dominating the FPS platform and more and more CSGO professional players have been switching to Valorant, what could be the possible future for its E-SPORTS betting? According to the chart below 3, the viewership in Valorant on Twitch has been decreasing over the past months ever since the game was released. Although this has been the case, it still ranks to #9 on the viewership count in Twitch. So the potential of the game getting bigger on the next few months will most likely happen and E-SPORTS betting will soon be considered. My personal thoughts on the future of Valorant and its potential betting platform
The game has been out for a couple of months now and its popularity has been dominating the FPS platform. It is a new game which introduced several mechanics and shooting fundamentals in CSGO with an introduction of "abilities and powers" which gave the game a completely fresh experience to old CSGO players and to new players as well in the FPS scene. I highly believe that betting in Valorant will soon materialize and become popular as the time passes by given that its competitive scene grows every day as Riot tries its best to reach out to these teams.

Gambling is about money, but it gives me pleasure in anything I can win. Recording win and losses is very insignificant and completely useless. I have tried all kinds of trick and tips to increase win and chances, but none of them have been able to bring me a big win. Self-control is important and here I know that my main mistake in gambling is due to "money" purposes. I should have realized that if I made gambling a place to have fun then I didnt have to be excited about winning.
Gambling should never ever be about making money. May be, investment in bankroll is something you could opt for. Indeed. Gambling is initially a recreational activity and should be taken as the way it was intended for. Although I agree that making investments with the bankroll of casinos could be really an option. Nevertheless, discipline to set and follow limitations when gambling is necessary to prevent addiction. There are two types of people who gamble: either for recreational or for profit. The former are those who seek enjoyment and pleasure from taking risks, that is why they enjoy gambling. They are also type to enjoy situations where they feel they could win something by taking up the risks. Meanwhile, the latter are the ones who generally play because they are either desperate for cash or they are trying to earn a quick buck. Typically, people who view gambling as a form of earning profit usually fell into debt and start on what we call the 'gambler's cycle'. In this cycle, there is this illusion that blinds them on the gambler's fallacy. The money that they win usually ends up being gambled again- thus losing everything at once. The cycle continues until they ran out of resources and resort to selling their belongings just to recover what they lost.

I don't have lot knowledge about different things about legalities or some government things.
I am become curious about paying an employee using Bitcoin direct to it's Bitcoin wallet. Like these days, some of our salary are paid in different method, some are being deposit on some bank accounts, some are cheque, some are cash directly.
I want to ask if we will make official method for paying our employees in Bitcoin directly to their Bitcoin wallet. Is this method is not foul on the government? Or it is legal? Especially on the department of government that is about the labor or employment.
Hmm this will depend upon the corporation/business if they have the option of paying BTC as your salary. Not to mention, this would also require for its employees to know and have wallets that are compatible of accepting cryptocurrencies. This will be relatively difficult for countries who are not exposed to cryptocurrencies since only a handful of people know its existence. In addition, you should take into consideration the laws of a country since there are regulations that require for companies to strictly pay currency for their salary. Even if the employee were to agree for bitcoin as salary, this can easily screw up the company if it exposes that they are being paid of bitcoin.

Last 2018, I got scammed when I invested $150 of my student savings in USI-Tech (I even attended their conference here in the country) which I could have used in buying study materials and books. Due to this, it sparked my rage against these scammers and I want to help/support future investors into preventing them in making the same mistake as I did before. In the same way, I also try my best to make this forum a better and safer place to all.
Good to see that after getting scammed you took it as a responsibility to help newbies by revealing scam crypto projects. In most cases people lose their interest on crypto after getting scammed but you haven't followed that way. Just continue your scam busting job with all effort to keep this forum safer for newbies. Welcome to scam busters club. Thank you very much for your kind words! I will continue to do my best in contributing in making this forum a better place for all to invest! I don't want to say this, but experience is the best teacher, specially in crypto. You really don't know what's the fuss is all about these scams pulling pulled out by criminals in the space. Unless you really experience yourself losing money and then it hits you. Others keeps scam, and then keep mum about it. But I do encourage everyone to expose them so that they can't victimized. And kudos to you for doing the right way and help others through your scam exposé.
It definitely taught me a lot when I experienced my first loss. Unfortunately and I do agree with you, experience is one of the most effective methods of learning and avoiding your mistakes. You get to reflect, think, and to devise a way in order to prevent and avoid the mistakes you have done in the past. Through reporting fake projects, plagiarized WPs and ANNs, I get to create a warning to investors before they impulsively invest their money without thinking about the project. Good job you have taken the time to keep researching this scam project you caught and keep on the exposure you find as this can alert people to project fraud with team fraud and plagiarism.
I am sure that in the future there will be more catches and I am really disgusted by the current state of scamer just taking advantage of the moment when it is currently trending, namely with DeFi.
Thank you very much for your kind words! Scammers will do anything appalling just to take advantage of other people and their resources. I hope this would encourage forum members to join the stand against these scammers and to properly report them if they spot anything that is suspicious on the project.

After checking your Whitepaper, several contents of it were plagiarized from various sources in the internet without any references or citations. Even if you put a disclaimer at the end of your WP, that does not escape your liability of plagiarism. Also, why would you hire an anonymous person to create your whitepaper if you were the ones who created the project? Link to my accusation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5274304.new#newI do hope you shed some light on this so you could clear your name and provide legitimacy to your project. Thanks!

wow, you are too fast to catch them. It's around 1 hour later you creating this thread after they launched the ann thread in this forum. So it's a good activity. Btw I have seen some content is a definition of something.(for example, what is defi, what is cryptocurrency staking etc) So, It could be always the same but the copier has to add a source link. And yes rest of the contents are plagiarized. Let's see other's opinions I usually balance my time between my law school studies and bitcoin browsing and it just happened that I stumbled upon their ANN the moment they posted it! Although the definition of DeFi could be regarded as a general definition, without the proper citation of resources, I would consider it as plagiarism. I could be wrong but hey, let's hear the opinion of others!
