If a private company were to control the lotto industry, expect people to sway and deviate from this practice. The reason on why I purchase bitcoins is for investment opportunities provided by its high-volatility in the market. If I were to buy anything that could be purchased using real cash, I would have done so instead of using my bitcoins.
