Hi upon checking the contents of your whitepaper, almost all of its parts (including the roadmap) were copied and plagiarized from YFDOT.FINANCE's information posted on their medium. Should you ignore my reply, I will be compelled to create a scam accusation against the project. Kindly check the reference below, thanks.

3862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YFFII - Stake protocol. on: October 28, 2020, 05:57:21 AM
I am just an investor.
Project working 2 months, never scam any investor, it's funny what you said there

Look better at XFI project for example : https://twitter.com/xfinance_io

read this comments, people loose a lot of money.

YFFII devs do good job,and never scam anyone. Please wait before judgment because for me as a investor it's robbery what you do now.

You try to blame normal project, don't do it too fast.

You are completely missing my point.

I am not blaming the project- I am just calling that their project consisted of plagiarized articles coming from different sources without giving credit to the original source. Normally, these are early signs that a project may be called as a fake project.
I am not saying that this project is a scam; what I am saying is that it has those signs that may be deemed as a fake project. I understand that there are numerous yield finance related projects which are being copy-pasted then and there and I hope this is NOT one of them. Like what I have mentioned, it is only a prima facie evidence that may be controverted easily. That is why, I am giving OP the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to answer about my allegation.

This will be the last time I will be replying to you. If you still managed to miss my point, then let us just wait for others and their opinion.
3863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YFFII - Stake protocol. on: October 28, 2020, 05:15:02 AM
I think it's not plagialized. It is a normal thing that the translations of terms may be or identical

The main thing is that this project working from 2 months and during this time YFFII have small succeses

5 exchanges
stake working
vault is ready

Devs always do what they promises, project look interesting with this price and token's allocation.

Contract is after audit - so it's safe and no one from investors loose money like in other pseudo "Y" projects

Maybe it can be real third YFI brother after YFII

What do you mean by it is not plagiarized? All of the definitions, content, and words were exactly copied from two (2) sources without giving credit to the original source. I understand that there may be general definitions but a person can always paraphrase or create their own definition based from the original.
As of now, this is a prima facie evidence against OP and failure to controvert will compel me to create a scam accusation against the project.

*EDIT
Based from your post history and account, you are promoting the same project as what I have accused. Well, let us see in the near future.

Hi upon checking the contents of the whitepaper of the project, everything has been plagiarized from the existing and various yearn finance websites and variants. I will be waiting for a reply and failure to do so will compel me to create a scam accusation against the project. Kindly check the reference below, thanks.

3865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling could be used to pay for covid problems on: October 27, 2020, 06:21:36 PM
Just ironic though, governments are blaming gambling because they said that it is harmful specially if someone becomes an addict, so it's illegal per se. And now they are shifting focus and wanted to tighten it because it could be used to pay for covid problems? Double standard. I'm not down with this one, and it seems that they don't have any resources to help the covid pandemic and they will have to get it from online/offline gamblers.

Although the intention of the government is noble, I do not think they realize the opportunity it could garner with its regulation though. If the government were to implement strict standards and rules, it may bring a negative impact on the online gambling industry as a whole in the country rather than a positive impact.

This whole covid pandemic has shifted most businesses to adjust with the given circumstances. Most businesses nowadays prefer online delivery systems or online work in order to cope to adjust. With online gambling being one of those businesses that has been thriving, I see that the government would most probably implement tax one way or another.

3867  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will replace oil and Gold on: October 26, 2020, 07:18:23 PM
Governments all around the World Secretly start using together with banks the bitcoins.
Oil is done so They replace bitcoin instead of oil.

The btc volatility might go like daily 50k-100k price Changes.

Bitcoin will be instutionalized permanently.
The Global market prices Liqutation postion will be fluctuated by Bitcoin price.

I said this before but nobody didnt listen but now its here!!

I do not think so.

Gold has been one of the conventional ways of investing money. Due to its innate and intrinsic value, gold will always be valuable due to the fact that people are willing to buy it at a given price. In addition, gold has been in existence since time immemorial and I highly doubt that bitcoin will replace it due to its price.
In terms of oil, it is an essential necessity as people use it for daily use.

Again, bitcoin may be an alternative way of investing money but I highly doubt that it will replace the conventional and traditional mechanisms of investing in the market.
3868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more important bitcoin or fiat? on: October 26, 2020, 02:21:06 PM
Both are important I do not think you should qualify on whether which one is more important. Fiat is the conventional way of payment and it has been used by all the people around the world since time immemorial. Bitcoin, on the otherhand, is a decentralized currency which is revolutionary in its own way. Both are important as they have their own usage on different platforms.

There are countries which accept both as a medium of payment but bitcoin is only limited to some countries as they prohibit the usage of such due to its anonymity factor.

I didn't scam anybody unlike any bet websites. I do not hide that many pages of the site were plagiarized, but soon I will update website and announcement for sure.

I want to correct you, mostly projects with abstruse announcements which promise huge profits are scammers! Made by scammarketers with very smart words and pictures

It does not necessarily mean that you have to scam someone before being concluded as a scam project.
As what I mentioned, the fact that you copied and plagiarized the contents from another website without citing the reference or giving credit to the original owner are first signs of a scam project.

If you cannot provide any original information on your project and you just copied from other contents, then those are sufficient indications that your project is indeed, a scam.

good to have you to catch their scam, mostly project that having simple announcement are scammers who trying to conduct thier presale and dump the token when their token is listed on exchange, keep it up and post it on scam accusations board if can.

I appreciate the kind words, MonsterV.

I will OP wait at least one (1) day for OP to answer about the allegation. If he ignored my message, then I will create a scam accusation against them. Based from my experience of checking scam projects, plagiarized contents (such as this one) constitute a prima facie evidence that MAY be controverted depending on the strength of his defense. Though at first glance, it really does look like a scam project.
3872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Normal Game Setup - a success or a failure? on: October 25, 2020, 02:19:06 PM
The fact that most sports sector adjusted the moment the pandemic started constitute a big success for me.

Generally, these people have to follow strict mandates and protocols before engaging to such activity due to the risks involved. Again, they managed to continue the games live (despite having a virtual audience) and even if they acquired a relatively low amount of revenue compared before, they managed to find a way to still earn. That for me is a huge success in such sector.

Hi upon checking the contents of your website specifically under the "general concepts" tab, I observed that you copied exactly the contents from securities.io website. I understand that those are general concepts but completely plagiarizing such without giving content to the original website constitutes plagiarism. I hope to hear from you soon or else I will be compelled to create a scam accusation against the project. Please check the reference below, thanks.

3875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mind Blown Gambling Facts on: October 24, 2020, 03:54:29 PM
Based on this article then in my own understanding, it assumes that the husband has means of income that is declared not part of the conjugal property. If you do not have any agreement with the wife then by default all of the husbands assets and earnings will be part of the conjugal property. So it means if you use the money that is part of conjugal property and you lose then you are liable and the law would held you accountable for such a loss. Not really sure if this has been used before in any court case, maybe for money hungry wives.

Well this depends upon the marriage settlement executed before the celebration of the marriage. In the Philippines, generally, if there is no prenuptial agreement executed between the couples, what will govern the share of their properties will be the absolute community of property- meaning the properties of both spouses will be shared equally and the incomes thereof will be part of their common fund.

In the given example, the income or proceeds of the husband automatically converts it their common fund.

The real deal here is if the other party will know if his/her partner was lose or win on gambling. Its very rare to see a couple gambling together and also no one ever report to there partner his/her gambling statistics so it will be impossible for this law to apply unless there are records on the casino for PnL then its possible.

I visited casino few times and I don't if they are recording any of my winnings or loss that particular day. Thanks for contributing additional mindblown facts here.  Cheesy

Well that is true! May husbands keep it a secret about their gambling habits and expenditures since if the wife founds out, they will be in serious trouble! I have yet to read an actual case applying the provisions of Article 95 of the Civil Code.
3876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mind Blown Gambling Facts on: October 24, 2020, 06:56:58 AM
Let me just add one on the list:

  • Art. 95. Whatever may be lost during the marriage in any game of chance, betting, sweepstakes, or any other kind of gambling, whether permitted or prohibited by law, shall be borne by the loser and shall not be charged to the community but any winnings therefrom shall form part of the community property.

According to Article 95 of the Civil Code of the Philippines, if you lost money in gambling then you cannot charge such loss using your money in your conjugal funds BUT if you win, then the winnings will be automatically converted to your conjugal funds. Meaning, if you are married then you win money in gambling, the funds will be shared with your wife! Hahaha better keep those winnings to yourself!

3878  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Bitcoinnami - Plagiarized Whitepaper on: October 22, 2020, 10:09:56 AM
Scamer projects always come with copied ones or fake teams they create, this won't stop and they'll keep coming when the trend is already happening, oh my God when will this scamer end? considering that many investors have been deceived by them so many people are now starting to catch projects like this of course I say this is a great job because it has taken the time to research and report on it.

I will support if the profile of this scamer will be tagged.

Scammers will take advantage of everything as long as they achieve their goal- receiving money free! They will exhaust every resource and create the most obvious fake project in hopes to at least take advantage of one person. As long as they fool or scam one person, they have already achieved their goal.

These fake projects will always be present. The only difference will be the way on how they portray the fake project- such as creating a plagiarized whitepapers, fake team members, fake airdrops, etc. you name it!

Will provide the flag shortly, thanks again!

3880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: October 21, 2020, 06:09:09 PM
I actually mentioned about the so called 'gambling cycle' that regardless of the result of your gambling round, the gambler would most likely gamble again. For example in a given round, the person loss money. The tendency is that he will most probably gamble again to recover those losses. He will continue until he has recovered such. Another theory is that once that person recovers his loss, he will most probably gamble again and try his luck since he was able to equalize his winnings/losses.

I just hope that in the future, people would know their limits and develop some sort of self-discipline. In this way, this would most likely prevent people from losing more than what they actually planned for.
