But nowadays we frequently see a trend where the organizers of some of the airdrops ask to send a small fee prior to sending the tokens.
This didn't happened just only these days. Even before, prior to the bull run you'll see a lot of ICOs were asking for their bounty participants to have this kind of partaking. They were asked for their ETH address and when the rewards were about to come, they were asking them to send a small amount of ETH for the GAS. Before, many just followed it and didn't want to take caution from it. But afterward, they have understood that they shouldn't be giving any amount of ETH because they've participated and they should be the one that must be rewarded.

When to Buy and when to sell? Buy when Price are " red " Sell when its a profit If it goes lower Don't sell Wait Even 1 week until it bounces back but Don't sell it with lower price!
1 week? for a newbie that's risky. It's ok to cut loss and then find a better coin that has a better days than remain on that coin being stuck. But you're giving a good advice for the people who want to give themselves knowledge in trading. It's still needed to have experience and then they'll soon learn how trading is risky even with your plans, volatility will surprise you. Be more careful with YFI as this coin has deep down level... And also the big Up level... It can go a lot down in short period of time and same time it can go a lot up !!
With many of them in existence, this is a good advice but at the side of going down. It's better not to invest on it and just buy those top coins you've mentioned.

The question is still the same with those people who are asking what's the future of bitcoin. And we'll always have the same answer that nobody knows the future of it but as of now, it's here to stay and price will increase due to the demand that it gets. The adoption rate is increasing and it's not just a simple adoption but institutions are joining too. Still its time to buy at $17600 and make rest of your life as financially independent
Many still look to this price as an expensive price. But if it gets a little bit higher and higher, they'll still say the same.

If someone suggests hardware wallets, it's always part of the suggestion to always keep the private keys somewhere safe. IIRC, even if we don't suggest HWs, as long as the wallet is giving the private keys, we tend to say that always create a back up and keep it somewhere that you can retrieve it quickly yet can't be seen easily by others in your house. Sadly, there are holders that are making use of the exchanges are their main wallet and storage which isn't good because they don't give private keys.

Well if only we knew that even a small amount of trading on uniswap will give us free uni airdrop we already do that. But no one knows that uni will give airdrop to its users. Lucky to those who made thousands because of uni airdrop.
It's the risk and reward system that we'll never know if a project will become successful. Lucky people who have trusted or just tried to make sure if the project is good as Uniswap as an exchange and its base user have increased dramatically. Even before the airdrop, they've seen that the project is growing and they've just rewarded those people who used them before the given snapshot or deadline.

I don't have to visit those links that you have given. The explanation of the situations, it's a clear indication that something is wrong. Things are incorrect regards to bounty management of the guy. Having no response to the questions that are being asked to him, he has the responsibility to answer those but he chose not to give any delight.

Why is it that only a few people are mentioning bitcoin and others are telling altcoins that are unknown? Well, ETH is a good choice to buy while it has dumped during this Friday. But it's also worth taking bitcoin if you still don't have it. ETH and BTC are the best tandem for investors that are holding and relying on these coins. I have BTC and ETH and would like to add to my stack as well.

I can't remember this country that allows offshore people to open bank accounts in their jurisdiction. AFAIK, it's a country where it's known to be like that. Not having that many restrictions for people from other countries who open bank accounts and deposit huge amounts without questioning where it came from. I just can't really remember the name of the country. I've tried googling it but I guess I'm missing some key words.
Cayman Islands? Is that the place you are looking for? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Certainly that place has a high reputation for being a tax haven but I still don't know how OP would pull if off minus getting in trouble. I mean at the end of the day, he will still get back to his Country where the tax policies are so strict so any extra sum of money could raise eyebrows. Hm, I think that's it. If not, there is another country that has the same rules upon opening bank accounts for people that are not living in that country. But I guess, it is the country that I've heard of.

Anyway, I had a question will ATH happening this year? or in the year 2021?
What do you think?
A countless no one knows if it will. I am believing that 2021 is probably going to be a good year as what everyone is expecting. But I'm starting to be scared at the same time and having a thought of those what if. What if it will be the same as 2018. However, I'm having that idea as well that it's not going to be the same anymore as 2018. Since 2019, the market has got better and with all of these fundamentals and positive news we've got, that makes my mind to go into the positive thought of having a great year of 2021. Howbeit, I'll remain as a holder and believer.

I am not confused about the bitcoin bullish trend today, because i always expected a change on its price, i am happy that after all after a big wait i see bitcoin again in a high value status same on year 2017 i think this is not because of the pandemic, what aver reason behind i am happy for it.
Somehow the pandemic has something to do with the bullish trend. Remember what the US did for their citizens? they've printed brrrrrrrrrrrrr money to distribute it to their people as an aid. Without that, I think bitcoin will still be able to reach the high price that it has today but it won't be that early as this year. Bears on the 1st quarter of the year and then there's a transition for the next quarters. We still have one month left to look at.

So bitcoin is down $3,000 today and it seems to be getting worse. Do you think this will be like 2018 again when it went to $18,000 then tanked and went to as low as $5,000 in the next year or so? What would you do in a situation like this now or in the future?
Worse? how long you've seen bitcoin? just this time that it went $19000 or longer? That you have mentioned, always take it as a possibility but I'm still happy to see that it has gone through with this correction. Because bitcoin has to correct for it to show that there's a chance that it'll go higher than the peak that it made. Remember that the year hasn't ended and this correction is still higher than the price since March. I'd still be happy to buy some since it's on sale.

Which jurisdictions/countries have weak or no AML/KYC laws and would allow you to convert large amounts of BTC (>$1 million) to fiat without asking too many questions?

There's no news yet about it but the most known is that there will be no longer ETH-POW based. It's a migration that all of it will get into the transition of being a POS-based ETH. Do you have some good idea on your mind which makes you interested in knowing about it? or just want to know the possible thing that can happen afterward.

Hi guys, what is a good altcoin to buy now that we are having a correction? Seems like a good discount.
Ethereum. Buy it before it goes back to $600 and that's the same for bitcoin. With a lot of discounts, you can see that we're having a pretty much healthy correction. XRP has also taken the market when it has reached $0.7 but I think it's only just going to that point but there's still a possibility that it could go higher. In all of that, Ethereum is the best choice to buy because the launch for 2.0 is coming by this December. And this month is about to end, I see that you understand that this is a great sale opportunity.

That's very interesting if you have earned that amount through Elrond. It's a big amount to say that it came from social mining. There were projects that have the same algo and became effective for those contributors. But to say that it will replace bounties, I don't think that it will unless the whole bounty community will have a transition and will rely on any project that offers social mining. Instead of thinking of replacement, they can co-exist.

Not only has the 2.0 contract been filled, but another 240K ETH was deposited today alone ($125million), despite the price consolidating. Now it's starting to look like the demand for Ether right now is going directly into validator nodes, given the launch date has been set. Either that, or it's a huge coincidence that the contract keeps growing exponentially. This has also dropped the largest holder of validation nodes to 6%, compared to Bitcoin's largest mining pool that has 27%]=https://coin.dance/blocks]27%, this is great progress for decentralization. Three of Bitcoin's largest mining pools have 50%+ of the network, whereas with Ethereum the top 3 validator nodes have less than 15% ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) Wow, I didn't know that another deposit that you have mentioned. Demand will surely increase if there will be more deposits that are going to be held for validators/nodes. The top validators for Ethereum today might not be that much but if the progress keeps showing positive before and after the launching. I guess there will be more big investors that will be interested in depositing more and sees an opportunity on it. Actually, this is very good news, since I was expecting a different result and a very long time to complete the deposit contract, but as it turned out, the account was already full and even the last 25% of the required Ethereum was collected in 4 hours. This is incredible. This now explains why the price climbed 10% on Monday to reach over $ 600. I thought so too. The deposit contract wasn't expected to be filled early as we have seen. And we will see pumps due to it. The pre-launching of Eth 2.0 has already shown a positive impact on its price. The post-launching looks interesting and has the potential to break the next level of its price increase. I just wish that everyone is holding intact their Ethereum holdings.

It is what most are saying about this bull run, this is caused by natural growth. After all of that news about adoption, PayPal, and other known institutions. This is making growth as natural as it is. Bitcoin bull run is from itself and Ethereum does not contribute to bitcoin bull run.
In 2017 it did. The ICO bubble which originated from Ethereum actually contributed and I guess this time it still does. Due to the 2.0 and the Dapps/Defis.

Dota 2 news. Fnatic is back on track. They now have a complete roster. Pos 1 - Raven Pos 2 - Moon Pos 3 - Masaros from Motivate.Trust Pos 4 - Jabz Pos 5 - DJ https://liquipedia.net/dota2/FnaticWho else thinks that this roster is strong if they ever come up together and become synchronized? Actually the roster of Fnatic is so messy before where they let go 23Savage for Raven even though their past tournaments are good and they also force DJ to be pos 5 even his dominant position is really pos 4 that makes their chemistry not good in this past tournament. I'm looking forward to see them in the next tournament and for sure that they will have a good chemistry, I actually want to see if Raven is back because his past performance is not good. He is a strong carry and I want to see a comeback to his skills. The Fnatic did not join in the recent SEA tournament but I'm looking forward to watch their next match if ever that there will be a tournament in this following weeks. Yes, 23savage did actually contributed very well to the tournaments that they've became champ. I don't know but it's a management decision whenever there's a roster change. Thus, 23savage is in good hands soon with Vici, he'll replace Erica/Poyoyo. And that's why Jabz got out because he wants to play pos 4. Long story short, Dj and Jabz are actually a good tandem and we'll see if the switch of their roles will do good for the team. No pending tournaments for the SEA but I guess by next there will be LAN games and we'll see if this roster of theirs will be fit to have an entry to The International's return. if you know of any upcoming tournaments with the respective dates, post them here and i'll add them to the OP. Liquipedia have not listed any tourney so far...off season is just around the corner, no Dota, no LoL :/ Yep, I will.

The deposits made by everyone for the launching of 2.0 is pushing it to reach a higher price. We may soon see it get back to $1k but not so fast, that would be the after-effect of 2.0 when it's already launched. yes, and for me the price could grow more and even touch about $700 - $800 in this year but if bitcoin price growing more and break its ATH i think ethereum price can reach about $1000 if this positive markets continues
It really can but we won't know when it will hit $1k again. That's highly possible eth will reach on that price as long as market attracts more investors to deal with it everything will happen accordingly. However as growing state inspired us a lot, I would highly recommend to choose wisely what coins will prosper at the end. Sometimes beeing too rush might affects us emotionally that's why our wrong moves will suddenly stressed us on buy and sell timings. $600 is the price of Ethereum just today. And the deposit contract of Ethereum for the launching of 2.0 has finally been funded and complete. For people that don't know what's the ETH2 deposit contract, here it is: https://etherscan.io/address/0x00000000219ab540356cbb839cbe05303d7705fa
