I do not know what is in slot machines that many are addicted to it. There is not much you do there, just pulling the lever. I would be more addicted to poker because you have to use analyze your opponents and read them to predict their hand. You are right here. There is no point in gambling anymore if you already have a lot of money. If it is for fun, there are lots of good activities that you can do that do not put you at risk to addiction. the idea of investing into a casino is great too. Instead of you throwing away your money into gambling, take more money from gamblers through your casino.

I think op has a point here. If majority of bitcoin is controlled under one roof (country), the purpose of a decentralized currency will be lost because it will become a centralized currency. If all chinese miners decided to act as one, they can easily control the price of bitcoin through organized dump and pump. Users trust to bitcoin will be lost in the process.

Why will you worry when the price temporarily crash when you are holding? Let it crash, just hold on your coins. Bitcoin have a history of always bouncing back when it crash. It is even a good time to buy some more bitcoins now that the price crash to have more coins when it bounce back. It is a good opportunity for more profit.

You are right. 20 years is still too far to think about it. There is a lot that could happen before then. Bitcoin may crash or it may flourish more. But before we dwell to that far future, let us first deal with what is happening with bitcoin today.

Is bitcoin not yet used internationally? I think it is already. People from different countries are already using and profiting from it. It maybe small in numbers but it is already in different countries. NOw, we only need to attract more users and make our number grow.
